Website design and development for businesses that want enquiries, not a brochure. A website is a sales tool. Build it fast, for phones first, so it shows up on Google.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A website earns its cost only when visitors turn into enquiries and sales. PromotEdge is a web development company that builds fast, phone-first sites for Indian businesses on WordPress, Shopify and custom code.
Your team edits through an admin panel (a CMS), and we support you after launch.
Most buyers first see your site on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data. If it is slow, the visit is lost. So we design phone-first, with a speed budget (a cap on load time) and one job per page.
Our SEO and performance marketing people join the build, so tracking starts on day one.
These are typical jobs, not fixed packages: we quote against a written list after a discovery call. Need a simple one-page site at the lowest price? A template and a freelancer may serve you better, and we will say so. We also build for businesses in Mumbai, Jaipur, Pune, Delhi NCR and Durgapur.
For manufacturers, B2B firms, institutes and service firms: products, case studies, CMS, basic SEO, enquiry forms, call and WhatsApp buttons, CRM link.
Shopify or WooCommerce (a WordPress store add-on) stores: UPI, cards, cash on delivery, pin-code checks, GST invoices, shipping, phone-first checkout, refund and delivery terms.
WordPress (a common site-building system) suits content-led sites, with custom themes and plugins their makers still update. Shopify (a ready-made store system) suits D2C brands.
One page, one offer, matched to the Google, Meta or LinkedIn ad, with a form or WhatsApp button, tracking and test versions.
05Structure and user flows, then wireframes (rough page layouts) and screens. UI (user interface) is how it looks; UX (user experience) is how easy it is to use.
Portals, dealer logins, configurators and launch microsites (RERA details for property). No published dealer-portal case yet; the nearest is Desi Machines, an online marketplace for heavy machines and a PromotEdge group company.
URL mapping, redirects and a close watch after launch, run with our SEO team. Then updates, backups, security checks, uptime alerts and speed reviews.
Domain, hosting, SSL, code, design files, content, customer data, analytics and paid plans in your company's name, with a handover guide. Ask every agency for this in writing, including us.
“Our website looks fine on a laptop and breaks on a phone.”
We design at phone width first and test every page on real Android and iOS phones.
“The site is slow, and the developer blames the hosting.”
Sometimes it is hosting. More often it is heavy images, plugins and third-party scripts. We find the cause and fix it.
“We get visitors but almost no enquiries.”
Usually the next step is unclear or the form asks too much. We plan each page around one action. Our conversion optimisation work starts there.
“Every small change means waiting days for the developer.”
We build templates and content fields your team can edit, and train them at handover. A phone number change shouldn't need a ticket.
“Our old agency holds our domain and won't share the logins.”
With us, the domain, hosting, code and every admin login sit in your company's name from day one, listed in a handover document.
“We're afraid a redesign will wreck our Google rankings.”
It can, if addresses change without a plan. We map every page that earns traffic, set up 301 redirects (permanent forwarding to the new addresses), then watch Search Console.
“Enquiries come in on the form, but nobody follows them up.”
We set up a CRM (one place where every enquiry is kept and followed up). Reminders say who calls whom, and by when. AI tools sort routine questions.
“Our site got hacked and now shows spam links.”
Old plugins, shared passwords and missed updates are the usual way in. We clean the site, close the hole and set up updates and backups.

A company website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Projects slip while waiting for content, so we ask first for one decision-maker, product details, photographs, domain and hosting logins, and who receives each enquiry.
Calls with leadership and the people who talk to your buyers. We learn who visits, what stops them and which action proves the site works.
Sitemap, templates and user flows signed off before visual design, plus a content checklist. Redesigns start the redirect plan here.
Copy is written alongside the design, phone screens first. We add what Indian buyers look for: a working phone number, WhatsApp and a physical address.
Development on the agreed platform with structured data (labels that help Google read the page), speed tuning, accessibility checks and analytics. You review a private test copy (a staging site).
Real Android and iOS phones, on slow connections too. Every form, payment and redirect is tried, and leads must reach your CRM or lead sheet.
Go-live with redirects on, the sitemap sent to Search Console and monitoring in place. Then we train your team and hand over every login, file and account.
A review a few weeks after launch of speed, errors, search coverage and conversion. Need visitors from day one? Our Google Ads work comes in here.
A dealer-led B2B maker needs product pages and a clear enquiry path first. A D2C brand needs a fast checkout, UPI and cash on delivery. A services firm needs proof pages and a call button. A franchise needs one page per outlet, with its own map and phone.
In 2015 Flipkart shut its mobile website to go app-only, then returned with Flipkart Lite, a web app. Google's write-up reports time on site rising from 70 seconds to 3.5 minutes, and visitors who added it to their home screen converting 70% more. It is an old case, but it shows what a fast phone-first site can do.

Our view: building a first draft of a page will get cheaper, so a clear plan per page matters more. Want us to review your site? Ask us.
Holding a quote and not sure what is missing? We will read it with you. Talk to us
We don't publish a price list: a landing page, a company site and a store are very different jobs. First step: a free 30-minute call and a one-page plan. Quote within 2 working days. New sites are fixed projects; ongoing work is monthly; domain, hosting and plugins are at actual cost, in your name.
Compare quotes on pages, domain ownership and what happens after launch. Planning a redesign? Read our guide to redesign mistakes that cost rankings first. Want a second view? Ask for a free growth plan. We take on a limited number and tell you honestly if yours is a fit.
Our beliefWe believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
A typical website takes 4 to 6 weeks. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.
Brands and people are named only as public examples. They are not PromotEdge clients or endorsers unless stated.
The same work in your city and your industry, and the services that go with it.
It depends on templates, platform, integrations and the copy and design work. A focused company site costs a fraction of a store connected to your ERP; domain, hosting and platform plans are extra. A company website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, a landing page far less. We quote against a written list after a discovery call.
Choose one that asks about your buyers and goal before design. Then check: sites like yours, with results; domain, code and logins in your name, in writing; a quote listing pages, platform, testing and training; phone speed. Nobody can honestly be the best for everyone; the right one puts its terms in writing.
WordPress suits most content-led and lead-generation sites. Shopify suits D2C stores launching quickly with a small team. WooCommerce suits stores inside a content-heavy site. Custom code is for portals and complex integrations. We recommend one after discovery, with the reasons and the running costs of each in writing.
You do. Your domain, hosting, code, design files, content and admin logins are in your company's name, listed in a handover document. We work through access you can remove. If an agency won't agree to this in writing, ask why.
Yes. We build structured page templates and content fields for anything you will change often, and train your team at handover with a guide to each template. You shouldn't need us to change a phone number or publish a news item.
Every site needs updates, backups, security monitoring and speed checks after launch, so we plan for that before the build. Our proposals include a maintenance plan with an SLA (service level agreement): response times we promise in writing. Hosting stays in your company's name, with us added as a user.
Google's Core Web Vitals (its checks of page speed and stability) set the targets. Main content should appear within 2.5 seconds (LCP), the page should respond to a tap within 200 milliseconds (INP), and layout shift (CLS) should stay under 0.1. We test on ordinary phones.
You get monthly numbers: enquiries by page and source, calls, WhatsApp clicks and leads reaching your CRM (the software that holds them). With paid traffic, we show cost per qualified lead. Rankings and AI-answer mentions grow with ongoing SEO and AI SEO work.
