/ 01 B2B marketing agency

Fewer leads,more meetings.

A B2B lead counts only if your sales team wants to call it. PromotEdge is a B2B (business-to-business) marketing agency that runs LinkedIn and search campaigns, and trade-show follow-up, for companies, so sales gets qualified leads.

We judge every campaign on meetings and orders, not form fills. Each lead goes into your CRM (the software that tracks your leads).

B2B buying is slow and shared: engineers, procurement, finance and a final approver, most researching alone before anyone fills in a form. Two hundred leads that sales can't use cost more than thirty that turn into meetings.

We start with your sales team: the ideal account, the roles and what makes a lead worth calling. Our performance marketing and SEO teams build the channels, and we report cost per qualified lead (one lead that sales accepts) and pipeline.

/ 02 What's included

Eight partsof a B2B pipeline.

We work for corporate groups, listed companies and startups that sell to other businesses: industrial makers, construction-equipment and building-materials firms, SaaS and services, plus healthcare suppliers and real estate developers. It suits high deal values, a defined set of buyers and a sales team that calls leads quickly. Most programmes combine three or four channels.

01

LinkedIn Ads

Image, video, carousel and document ads, Lead Gen Forms, Conversation, Message and Thought Leader Ads, targeted by company, title, seniority and your account lists.

02

Account-based marketing

Campaigns aimed at a named list of target accounts, with content and offers for each stage of their decision.

03

Sales Navigator and leaders' posts

Account lists, message scripts and content for your sales team's personal outreach, plus leaders' own LinkedIn posts. Real opinions and human messages only.

04

Google search for RFQ demand

Search for RFQ (request for quotation) demand, on the words buyers use when ready: product plus manufacturer, supplier, dealer, price or quotation. Keywords stay tight in niche categories.

05

SEO, content and offers

Specification and comparison pages engineers research, and offers worth a reply: specification sheets, application guides, site assessments, ROI (return on investment) calculators, demos.

06

Trade-show follow-up

Stall leads reach the CRM the same day, then email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn retargeting. Stalls are delivered within the PromotEdge group, so event and follow-up are planned together.

07

Email and WhatsApp nurture

Keeps long cycles warm and revives old enquiries by WhatsApp and email. It needs consent and genuinely useful content.

08

CRM hand-off and reporting

Leads scored on fit and behaviour, routed with source and context, tracked to won or lost. Cost per qualified lead, meetings, pipeline and won deals by channel.

/ 03 Sound familiar?

Why B2B leadsgo nowhere.

“LinkedIn ads cost us a lot and brought junk leads.”

Usually the targeting was too broad or the Lead Gen Form was too easy to fill. We tighten roles and accounts, add qualifying questions and judge results on meetings.

“Our sales team says marketing leads are useless.”

We agree the definition of a qualified lead with sales before launch and review quality with them every month. If nobody can call a lead within a day, fix that first.

“We met hundreds of people at the expo, and most never heard from us again.”

Stall leads should reach the CRM the same day, with notes. We set up the capture, the first message and the follow-up sequence before the show opens.

“Our buyers are a short, known list of companies.”

Then account-based marketing fits: campaigns aimed at named companies and roles, with content for each stage of their decision.

“Our deals take months, and marketing reports show no progress.”

We report the early signs too: target accounts reached and engaged, meetings booked and pipeline created, so you see the direction before deals close.

“We bought a database and got spam complaints.”

Bought lists go stale fast and raise consent questions under the DPDP Act. We build audiences you are allowed to reach.

“We sell through dealers, and marketing leads never reach them in time.”

We route leads by region or product to the right dealer or branch, with a deadline for first contact. Then we report what happened to each lead.

“Our SaaS trial sign-ups rarely become paying customers.”

We look past the sign-up: which channels bring trials that activate and pay, and we move budget to those.

/ 04 How we work

From ideal accountto closed deal.

We can't do magic alone. We need your target account list, your best recent wins and why you won, the objections buyers raise, and a sales head with an hour a month for lead review.

  1. 01

    Define the ideal account

Industries, company sizes, regions and roles, written with your sales team, plus what makes an enquiry qualified.

  2. 02

Fix tracking and the CRM path

Forms, calls, WhatsApp chats and LinkedIn lead forms reach the CRM with source, campaign and owner, and a target time to first call.

  3. 03

    Build the offers

Things a buyer will trade details for: a specification sheet, a site assessment, an application guide, a demo or a quotation.

  4. 04

    Launch in sequence

LinkedIn builds familiarity with target roles, search catches active demand, and retargeting brings engaged accounts back to a stronger offer.

  5. 05

    Score and hand off

Ready leads go to sales fast. The rest are nurtured by WhatsApp and email.

  6. 06

    Review with sales

A monthly review of lead quality with the sales team, and campaigns changed based on what actually closed.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A dealer-led maker needs leads routed to the right dealer by region. A SaaS firm judges trials that become paying customers. A firm that sells to a few named companies suits account-based marketing better than wide ads.

  1. Start with your sales team, not the ad platform. Only sales knows which lead turns into a meeting, so their word sets the target. A written definition of a qualified lead.
  2. Write for each person in the buying group. Engineers, buyers and finance ask different questions, so one message rarely fits all. Offers and pages for each role.
  3. Send every lead to the CRM the same day. Interest cools fast, and a quick, informed call is the part you control. Source, owner and status on every lead.
  4. Add channels in sequence. LinkedIn builds familiarity and search catches demand, so seeing each work alone shows where money earns. Cost per qualified lead by channel.
  5. Review with sales every month. Closed deals teach us more than click reports do. Shivanand Mishra, our Digital Marketing Lead for B2B and lead generation, leads the lead-generation work. A lead-quality note and the changes it led to.

Zoho's long road

Zoho's own timeline says it began as AdventNet in New Jersey in 1996, became Zoho Corporation in 2009, and has never taken money from investors. We read it as a reminder that business buyers trust patient, steady work. That is why we report meetings and pipeline, not only clicks.

AI in B2B lead generation: today and next

Today: LinkedIn's Accelerate

LinkedIn says its Accelerate tool in Campaign Manager can recommend an end-to-end campaign in as little as five minutes, and marketers can adjust it before launch. The announcement does not say where it is available, so we check your account first.

Next

Our view: AI will draft the first audiences and ads. Your target account list, and what counts as qualified, still come from your sales team. Want us to check whether LinkedIn suits your accounts? Ask us.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of B2B lead generation.

No price list. These things move the number.

We don't publish a price list. Our monthly fee covers strategy, campaigns, content and CRM work. Media on LinkedIn, Google and other channels is separate, paid to the platforms at actuals. One trade show or dealer meet can be an event sprint. We send the quote within 2 working days.

What affects the cost

  • Number of target accounts and how narrow the audience is
  • LinkedIn and Google media budgets
  • Content for offers: guides, specification sheets, case studies, videos
  • CRM and tracking work, event follow-up and outreach support

How we quote

  1. We sit with your sales team to agree who a good account and a good lead are
  2. We look at your target account list, your CRM and the outreach you run today
  3. We write a scope: channels, offers, content, CRM work and the monthly review
  4. You get a quote showing our fee and the media budgets on separate lines

What you get in the quote

  • The target account list and the audience set-up
  • Campaign plans for LinkedIn, Google and other channels you choose
  • Offer content, with the number of pieces
  • CRM and tracking work, and the monthly review with your sales team

LinkedIn needs enough budget to reach a meaningful share of your target accounts each month, and we will tell you if yours is too thin.

/ 07 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

  1. 01

    A strategist calls you

In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.

  2. 02

    You get a 1-page plan

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

  3. 03

A quote, if you want one

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Straight answers.

  • B2B marketing is how a company wins customers that are other businesses, like a crane maker selling to contractors. Buying is slow and many people decide together. Account-based marketing (ABM) starts with a list of target companies. Ads, content and outreach then aim at the people inside them. It suits a few hundred possible buyers, not thousands.

  • Often, when the buyer is a defined role in a defined set of companies and the deal value can carry a higher cost per click. LinkedIn is the only major ad platform that targets by company, job title and seniority. For low-value or broad audiences, Google and Meta Ads cost less.

  • Cost per qualified lead, meetings booked, pipeline created and deals won, by channel. Cheap leads that sales can't use are costly. We agree what qualified means with your sales team and target the right accounts and roles. Leads are scored on fit and behaviour, and campaigns that bring volume but no meetings get cut.

  • We support it with target account and contact lists from Sales Navigator, message scripts and content your team can share. We don't use automation tools, because LinkedIn's User Agreement bans them and they put profiles at risk. Your team stays the voice buyers hear, and we keep the lists and scripts current.

  • Yes. We set up capture at the stall by tablet, QR code or WhatsApp and push leads into your CRM the same day with conversation notes. Follow-up runs by email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn retargeting. Our events and exhibitions team can plan the stall.

  • Any CRM your sales team will actually use; Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce and LeadSquared are all common in India. What matters is that every lead arrives with its source, has an owner and a status, and that won and lost deals are recorded.

  • Yes. Our in-house team of 65+ people, plus industry consultants and partner agencies where needed, serves every city. Servicing staff are based across India, talk to you daily, visit at least every three months and join your plant or office if needed. The work runs online.

  • There are two parts: media spend on LinkedIn, Google and other channels, and our fee for the work. A narrow account list with one channel is a smaller job than many channels. We don't publish a price list; we quote after a first conversation, with media at actuals.
