/ 01 Digital marketing agency in Delhi

Delhi is many markets.Pick the one that pays you.

Delhi is full of ads, so being loud is not the same as being found. PromotEdge, a digital marketing agency and marketing company, plans search, ads, websites and social media for firms selling in the capital region.

It also plans print, radio and trade-fair work. Then it counts the enquiries each rupee brings in.

Your account is run by our in-house team of 65+ people. Industry consultants and partner agencies join where a job needs them. We stay in touch every day. Our servicing team in Delhi meets you at least once every three months.

NCR (the National Capital Region) is not one market. Delhi has its own hoarding rules and trade-fair calendar. If most of your buyers are in Noida or Gurugram, start with those pages. This page covers Delhi, and plans that span the region.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A SaaS startup leans on search and LinkedIn. A D2C or ecommerce brand leans on reviews, Meta ads and quick commerce listings, with festival timing. A maker selling to industrial buyers leans on the fair calendar, search and dealers.

  1. Fix your site so Google can read it. Ads and posts send people to the site, and a slow one wastes them. A fix list and a faster site.
  2. Run Google search ads, then Meta and LinkedIn ads. Search catches buyers already looking. Social finds those who are not yet. Ad accounts in your company's name.
  3. Follow up on WhatsApp and email. An enquiry nobody answers is lost. Reply times, tracked.
  4. Report enquiries and cost per lead. What can't be measured can't be achieved. A monthly report you can check.

Go deeper: Delhi's economy, its companies and its chambers

Local economy: top industries

The Delhi government's white paper on industrial and economic development names eight focus sectors. They are manufacturing, IT and ITeS, medical and allied services, and higher education. The rest are transport and distribution, research and innovation, retail and wholesale, and tourism and hospitality. It names markets such as Gaffar and Netaji Subhash Place. It calls Delhi a hub for bespoke furniture making. It says services were 84.84% of Delhi's GSVA (gross value added) in 2022-23. Invest India lists four focus sectors: education, healthcare, tourism and hospitality, and IT-BPM.

Local economy: companies with a Delhi base

NTPC, the power generator, has its registered office and corporate centre at NTPC Bhawan, Lodi Road. Bharti Airtel's corporate office is in Vasant Kunj and its registered office in Gurugram. Power Grid is the other way round: registered office in Qutab Institutional Area, corporate office in Gurugram. GAIL, Hero MotoCorp and HT Media are headquartered in New Delhi, per Wikipedia.

Chambers and next door

PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry is at PHD House in Siri Institutional Area. It calls itself a catalyst for Indian industry, trade and entrepreneurship. ASSOCHAM is another national chamber. In Noida, STPI reports ₹60,429.89 crore of software exports from its registered units in 2024-25.

AI in digital marketing: today and next

Today: Google

Google says there are no extra requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. A page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. Clicks from these features count under the Web search type in Search Console.

/ 03 The Delhi market

Three things that decide where your Delhi budget goes.

Delhi is wealthy, full of ads and busy with fairs. Each changes where your money should go.

1. A wealthy city that runs on services. PRS Legislative Research puts Delhi's GSDP (the value of everything produced in a year) at about ₹13.27 lakh crore for 2025-26. A year earlier it was ₹12.13 lakh crore. Output per person is about ₹5,93,071. Services make up about 86% of the economy, factories 13% and farming 1%.

DPIIT, the central startup department, counted 21,120+ recognised startups in Delhi on 31 March 2026. DSIIDC, Delhi's industrial body, names Okhla, Bawana, Narela and Kanjhawala among its industrial areas.

2. Three official languages, and a wider NCR. Under the Delhi Official Languages Act, Hindi is the first official language. Punjabi and Urdu are second official languages. TRAI counted 68.92 million internet subscribers in its Delhi telecom area at the end of March 2026. That area also covers Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, so it is a regional count.

Noida got the region's first STPI centre in 1993 (STPI is the central body that helps IT firms export).

3. Festivals and trade fairs share one calendar. Delhi's 2026 holiday list puts Dussehra on 20 October and Diwali on 8 November. Guru Nanak's Birthday is on 24 November. Holi, on 4 March, has gone. India Mobile Congress runs at Yashobhoomi from 7 to 10 October 2026. IITF fills Bharat Mandapam from 14 to 27 November 2026. Its first five days are for business visitors only. Bharat Mobility Global Expo follows from 4 to 9 February 2027.

Shops push hardest between Dussehra and Diwali. B2B (business-to-business) firms plan around the fairs their buyers walk.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of marketing in Delhi NCR.

We don't put a price list online. After a first talk we agree a written scope and quote against it, within 2 working days. Media, printing, stall building, venue and travel costs pass through at actuals.

What affects the cost

  • Delhi alone, or Noida, Gurugram and other NCR towns as well
  • Online only, or with national papers, Delhi radio and outdoor
  • Language versions: English, Hindi, Urdu or another
  • Trade-fair work: stall size, show days and the venue's own charges
  • Your Google, Meta and LinkedIn ad spend, kept apart from our fee
  • Season: Dussehra, Diwali and IITF weeks fill up early

How we quote

  1. A first talk about what you sell, who buys it and where in NCR they are
  2. A written scope for each channel, so you can add one or drop one
  3. A quote with our fee first, then every third-party cost on its own line

What you get in the quote

  • The channels chosen and the monthly work in each
  • The NCR towns and language versions covered

Comparing quotes? Check GST, whether ad spend is included, how much work is promised each month, and who will do it.

/ 07 How we serve Delhi NCR

Served across India. In Delhi when it counts.

Delhi NCR clients are served by a servicing team based in cities across India, working hybrid and remotely.

Getting started. The first conversation is a video call. Our people come to Delhi for the planning day, shoots and show days. For some clients, one of our team works from the client's office or plant.

Online and offline. Our digital marketing covers SEO (search engine optimisation), ads, website and social media. The ad accounts stay in your company's name. Our advertising team books national and Delhi editions, private FM and Akashvani. It asks the site owner for municipal permission before any hoarding. You see every rate before you sign.

Fairs and languages. A stall at Bharat Mandapam or a launch at Yashobhoomi is delivered within the PromotEdge group by our in-house team. Through our language partners we write in Hindi, Urdu, English, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more. Our own team checks every version.

Planning around Dussehra, Diwali or IITF? The good slots go early, so talk to us soon. Talk to us

Selling in the capital?

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • It depends on the channels, the monthly content, the ad budget and the languages. One service costs less than a plan mixing search, social and print. We quote in writing after a first call. Every outside cost sits on its own line, so you can compare offers fairly.

  • We serve Delhi through a servicing team based in cities across India, working hybrid and remotely. We stay in touch every day and meet you in Delhi at least once every three months. If a job needs it, we place our team at your site.

  • Any agency calling itself the best is guessing, and we won't claim it. Ask each one for a real report and who runs your account daily. Ask whether you own the ad accounts and whether media costs sit apart from the fee.

  • Partly. This page covers Delhi and plans that span the region. Noida has its own page, and so does Gurugram. Ghaziabad and Faridabad businesses are planned from this page. They get the same team and the same monthly report.

  • Start from your buyer. Hindi reaches most Delhi families, and English works for offices and startups. Urdu is an official language too. Our language partners write all three, and others on request. Use the one your buyers read fastest, and test a second on a small budget.

  • For print, radio and outdoor around Dussehra (20 October) and Diwali (8 November), many good slots are taken. Search and social ads can go live within days. For Diwali 2027, which central government offices mark on 29 October 2027, plan by July.

  • Yes, with permission. Under the 2017 policy, nothing goes up without the Commissioner's written approval. Ads for alcohol, tobacco and drugs are banned, and so are ads near historical monuments. LED ads must hold for 8 seconds. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

  • Every month you get a report. It shows enquiries, where each came from, and cost per lead (what you paid, on average, for one enquiry). If you share sales numbers, we add them. Then we say what to stop, keep and test.
