Course pages built to rank before the admission rush, counted in enquiries and admissions, not rankings.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Admission searches come in waves, and a new page needs a few months to rank, so next year's course page must be live before the rush. PromotEdge does SEO (search engine optimisation) for schools, colleges, universities and coaching institutes.
We build and fix the pages families find on Google and in AI answers. The goal is more enquiries, campus visits and admissions.
Searches rise in waves around board results, entrance exams and admission dates, so we plan search work backwards from your admission calendar. During the rush itself, Google Ads can fill the gap while new pages settle.
A student types the course or "placements". A parent types your name with fees, hostel, bus route or "is it recognised". Your site needs a plain answer for each.
The full admissions plan is on our education marketing page. Our general method is on the SEO services page.

“Search our name, and portals show up first, with last year's fees.”
Put fees, eligibility and dates on your course pages as plain text, not in a PDF or a photo. Then correct the portal profiles you control.
“Our three centres show up on Google Maps under five different names.”
Keep one profile for each location, under the name on your signboard, and link each to its own page.
“We got forty reviews in one afternoon, all from one batch. Then they vanished.”
Ask families one at a time, after a real experience, and reply to every review. Google removes reviews that arrive in unusual bursts.
“ChatGPT tells parents the wrong fee and an old address.”
Make your own site the clearest, most current source for each fact. AI tools build answers from pages across the web, old ones included.
Which course page do parents never find? Tell us the course, and we'll tell you what we'd fix first. Tell us the course
We believe in process. The order matters more than speed.
We list every intake and result date your courses depend on, then find what students and parents type before each one.
We run a full SEO audit on an ordinary phone. Each course then gets a page with fees, eligibility, duration and start dates. Coaching institutes get a page per programme, and our website team can make the fixes.
ASCI (the Advertising Standards Council of India) has guidelines for education ads. Its font-size rule names the internet and the prospectus, so treat your website as an ad. Result claims must be from the latest completed academic year, with evidence. General guidance, not legal advice.
Google allows one Business Profile per location, named as in real life, and can suspend profiles that add extra words. Its spam policies call pages aimed at cities that funnel visitors to one page "doorway abuse". Each real centre gets one listing and one useful page.
Google phased out its "Course Info" display in 2025 and said ranking is not affected. So plain, current facts and the date checked do the work, and our AI SEO work builds on that. Our tracking then matches form and call enquiries from search to your counsellors' records.

Education ads need proof for every claim. Google keeps one profile for each real location.
ASCI's education guidelines say an ad must not suggest recognition, approval or affiliation without evidence, and result claims must come from the latest completed academic year. Google allows one Business Profile for each location, and calls pages aimed at cities that funnel users to one page doorway abuse.

Our view: parents ask other parents, check fees and distance, read reviews, then visit. Students search the course and the entrance exam. Both drop out at a page with no fee, an old date or a phone number nobody answers.
You can name one person who updates fees and dates, reply to every review, and name the body that recognises each course. Recognition, results and rankings are not ours to give, and Google decides where pages show.
We plan backwards from your intake dates, because a new page needs months. We write course facts as plain text, because parents and AI tools both read them. We count admissions from search, because rankings do not fill classes.

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorSEO results usually come in 3 to 6 months, so give new pages at least that long. Fixes to an existing site can work faster. If your forms open sooner, run search ads for this season and build the pages for the next one. We confirm the timeline for other work in the quote.
It depends on the number of courses and centres, the state of your website and how your intakes run. We don't publish a price list. We quote against a written scope with a date for each step. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call, and nothing starts until you approve it.
Only if you can prove it. ASCI's guidelines say an ad must not suggest a course is recognised, approved or affiliated without evidence. If you rely on another institution's affiliation, give its full name and location. The University Grants Commission (UGC) lists fake universities on its website, so families can check. General guidance, not legal advice.
Yes, one for each real campus or centre that students visit. Google's guidelines say a location gets one profile, not several. Inside a university, a department that faces the public as its own unit may have a separate one. A course or a batch is not a department. General guidance, not legal advice.
Yes. Google allows a business to ask for reviews of a genuine experience. It does not allow fee discounts or gifts in return, or asking only the families you expect to be happy. You shouldn't press people to post on campus, or set review targets for staff. General guidance, not legal advice.
