Analytics and tracking for companies that spend monthly on ads and need numbers they trust. Budgets move on numbers, so count every lead and sale once and trace it to its source.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Ad money follows the numbers, so wrong numbers send it to the wrong place. PromotEdge sets up GA4 and server-side tracking to count every enquiry and sale once, so your spend goes to what brings qualified leads.
GA4 (Google Analytics 4) is Google's free tool for measuring what visitors do on your site or app. Google Tag Manager (GTM) places tracking tags without a developer each time. Conversion tracking tells Google Ads and Meta which clicks became leads or sales.
When tracking breaks, the damage is quiet. Forms count twice, calls aren't counted, and a typical mismatch reads: GA4 says 400 leads, the CRM (your customer records) says 260, and Google and Meta together claim 600. Budget then follows whichever number someone prefers.
It matters most when you spend monthly on Google Ads or Meta, sell online or take many enquiries by phone, as pharmacies, labs and wellness brands often do. A clean set-up usually takes two to four weeks. What can't be measured can't be achieved, so we fix the count first.

A tidy container with named tags, triggers and version notes the next person can follow.
Forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks, bookings and purchases tracked, with enhanced conversions where they fit.
Website and lead events sent from your server to Meta (the Conversions API), de-duplicated against the pixel.
A tagging server on your own sub-domain, for fuller data and lighter pages. Explained in the fold below.
Qualified leads and sales from your CRM sent back to Google and Meta, so ads chase buyers.
A consent banner and Google Consent Mode linked to your tags, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
A Looker Studio dashboard with spend, leads, cost per lead and sales by channel, refreshed automatically.
“GA4, Google Ads and Meta all show different lead numbers.”
Each tool counts and claims credit its own way. We fix one source of truth, usually your CRM, and reconcile the rest to it monthly.
“Our form submissions are counted twice, or not at all.”
We track the confirmed submission, not the button click, and test every form, thank-you page and pop-up before go-live.
“Most enquiries come by phone and WhatsApp, and none are tracked.”
Call clicks, WhatsApp clicks and call-tracking numbers become conversions, so phone-heavy businesses stop under-counting their best channel.
“Meta says conversions dropped, but our sales didn't.”
Browser tracking loses events to ad blockers and privacy settings. The Meta Conversions API sends the same events from your server, matched and de-duplicated.
“We moved to GA4, but nobody set up the reports.”
We set key events and custom dimensions, and build one dashboard that answers your real questions.
“We don't know if our cookie banner is enough under the new data law.”
Consent is wired to your tags, so they fire only as the visitor allows. Your lawyer approves the final wording.

We check what GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta and your CRM record today, and test every form and button.
One page: every action worth counting, what a lead is, and which tool is the source of truth.
Tags are built in a test version, then checked in preview and debug tools on phone and desktop.
We publish with notes, then watch for gaps, double counts and match quality for a fortnight.
Sites and forms change. A monthly check confirms the numbers still agree across tools.

A D2C (direct-to-consumer) store tracks purchases with value. A dealer-led B2B (business-to-business) firm sends CRM outcomes back to the ad platforms. A phone-heavy local business tracks calls first. A services firm counts booked meetings.
Normally the visitor's browser sends each visit, click and form fill straight to GA4, Google Ads and Meta. With server-side tracking, the browser sends it first to a server you control, on your own sub-domain, and that server passes it on. Google says the server container runs on a server you control, and recommends installing it on your first-party domain. Meta recommends running its Conversions API alongside the pixel, with de-duplication.

GA4 can forecast purchase probability, churn probability and predicted revenue from your event data. Google says a property needs at least 1,000 returning users who did, and 1,000 who did not, meet the condition in a 7-day period. A small site may not qualify.

Our view: tools will explain the numbers faster. They still count only what is tracked, so a clean set-up comes first. Want us to check yours? Ask for a free plan.
Tracking helps only if someone reads it. Tell us who in your team will open the dashboard. Talk to us
Contractors trust the machine their peers run on site more than any brochure.
02The person who pays for the cement is rarely the one who picks the brand.
03Procurement checks you out long before your sales team is invited to talk.
04A buyer's interest fades fast when the enquiry reaches the right showroom late.
05Enquiries are easy to buy, but the sale is won or lost at the site visit.
06Your ad works for a rival if your product is missing from the shelf.
We don't publish a price list. We quote tracking after a first look at your sites and ad accounts. Set-up is a one-time project, and the server bill, if you need one, is a running cost.
Keep every GA4 property, GTM container and ad account in your company's name, with the agency added as a user. You should never have to ask for your own data back.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

Rahul MishraAssistant Manager Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Magik LightingIt depends on how many sites, forms and conversion types you have, which ad platforms need connecting, and whether you need server-side tracking and a CRM link. We don't publish a price list. We quote after a first look at your sites and ad accounts, against a written measurement plan.
Usually two to four weeks from audit to live. Server-side tracking and CRM links can add time, mostly waiting for website, hosting or CRM access. Plan another two weeks of watching after launch to catch gaps. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
Tags send data to a server you control, which then passes it to GA4, Google Ads and Meta. You need it if you spend steadily on ads or sell online. A small site can wait. The guide linked under Proof and reading compares the two in more detail.
Ask them to show a measurement plan, not a tool list. A good agency asks what counts as a qualified lead for you, tests every form and call on a phone, and checks the numbers against your CRM. It keeps every account in your company's name.
They count differently. Google Ads gives credit to its own clicks and records a conversion against the date of the ad click. GA4 shares credit across all channels and records it on the day it happened. Some gap is normal. A large gap usually means a broken tag.
Where tracking identifies a person, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects a clear notice and consent that is freely given, specific and easy to withdraw. Its Rules were notified in November 2025, with most duties phased in over 18 months. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and we work hybrid and remotely, so distance does not matter. Tracking is built online. You share access to your website, ad accounts and CRM, and you get a plain test report and a shared dashboard.
You should. GA4, Tag Manager, the tagging server and the ad accounts sit in your company's name, with us added as users. If you move to another agency, everything stays with you, including the measurement plan and the named tags.
