“A buyer fills the form at 8 pm. The first call comes two days later.”
The first reply goes out at once, by WhatsApp or email, and offers a call time. A person calls in the slot the buyer chose.

Sales automation for mid-to-large businesses whose leads go cold between WhatsApp, forms and calls. Reply fast, follow up on time, and keep a person for the buyer.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A lead that waits for a reply goes to the next seller. PromotEdge is a marketing and growth agency.
Its sales automation looks after the leads you already have: a fast first reply, timed follow-ups, routing to the right sales person, and a clean hand-over to a person.
It suits mid-to-large businesses with several sales people, dealers or branches, a CRM already in use and many leads a week, such as real estate, education, building materials and BFSI. Getting more leads is a different job, on our lead generation page.
We are not an IT company. We use AI where it helps sales: the reply, the reminder, the report. It does not fit a price talk, a complaint or a buyer ready to decide. A person takes those.
| Part | What we set up | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Lead map | A list of every place a lead arrives and waits | A one-page lead path |
| First reply | Instant reply and an out-of-hours message | Replies at night and on Sundays |
| Routing | Rules by product, city, language or deal size, with a back-up owner | One owner for every lead |
| Follow-up steps | Timed messages and reminders that stop when the buyer replies | A plan your team approves |
| Hand-over | A clear point where a person takes the chat or call | An alert with the history attached |
| CRM link | Chats, calls and forms saved in the CRM you already use | One record for each buyer |
| Reports | Reply time, untouched leads, leads by stage | A weekly report from your own records |
CRM licences, WhatsApp charges and AI usage fees are paid to their providers and shown on separate lines.
Our beliefOur job is to impress your customers, not you.
“A buyer fills the form at 8 pm. The first call comes two days later.”
The first reply goes out at once, by WhatsApp or email, and offers a call time. A person calls in the slot the buyer chose.
“Leads arrive from forms, chats, calls and ad clicks, and each team keeps its own list.”
Every source lands in one list with the source marked. Calls and chats are saved against the same buyer.
“Leads go to whoever is free, not to the person who knows that city or product.”
Rules route a lead by product, city, language or deal size. If nobody acts in the time you set, it moves to someone else.
“Follow-up lives in a sales person's head. When he is on leave, the lead waits.”
A reminder reaches the owner on the day. A lead left untouched is shown to the sales head.
“A buyer who said "not now" is never contacted again.”
A polite follow-up is set for the time the buyer named. It stops when they reply, buy or say no.
“We tried an AI tool for replies, and it promised a price nobody had agreed.”
Prices, discounts and delivery promises stay with a person. The AI drafts or sorts, and your team decides.
Want us to read a sample of last month's leads and show where buyers waited longest? Book a 30-minute AI check
We confirm the timeline in the quote. The first step is a 30-minute AI check: a call with a strategist and a one-page plan on where AI would help your business first. It is for projects we think we can help. We take on a limited number and say honestly if it is not a fit.
We look at a sample of recent leads: where each came from, who called, and how long it waited.
You approve who gets which lead, and the point where a person takes over.
One channel first, with opt-in and approved templates, in your company's name.
Leads, chats and calls are saved against one record. We test with dummy leads.
Late, rude and half-filled leads go through first. Then a part of your traffic goes live.
We read what stalled, fix the rule and add the next step.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
Deeper reading if you want the research behind the plan.

Meta says a business must get opt-in before messaging people on WhatsApp, state its name clearly and tell people how to opt out. When a customer writes, a 24-hour window opens for replies without a template. After it closes, only approved templates go out.

The DPDP Act, 2023 says consent must be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, with a clear affirmative action. A person can withdraw it at any time, as easily as they gave it. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

HubSpot's page on its Prospecting Agent says it helps find target accounts and contacts and reach out to them. You choose whether a rep must approve before anything sends, or let it send on its own once you trust the output. We would start with the approval on.

Our view: tools will write more first drafts, and your sales people will spend more time on the calls that matter. Want us to look at where AI could help your sales? Ask us.
Not sure whether your CRM can carry this? Ask us on WhatsApp. Chat with us
No price list. These things move the number.
The scope is written first. Set-up is a project, and monthly care is optional, with a 3-month minimum and then 30 days' notice. CRM licences, WhatsApp charges and AI usage fees are third-party costs, billed at actuals.
Comparing quotes? Ask who owns the CRM and WhatsApp accounts, and what happens to the rules if you leave.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorIt is software that handles the repeat steps after a lead arrives: the first reply, follow-ups, routing, reminders and records. A person still talks to the buyer, negotiates and closes. We set it up on the CRM and channels you already use.
An AI SDR (sales development rep) is software that finds prospects, drafts messages and follows up. It suits routine first contact. It does not suit price talks or complaints. We set it to draft or sort, and a person approves what goes out.
Lead generation brings new enquiries. Lead nurturing looks after the enquiries you already have, with timed follow-ups until the buyer is ready, says no, or moves to a person. This page covers nurturing. Getting new leads is on our lead generation page.
Usually yes. We work with the CRM you already use, such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce, or help you choose one. Whether two tools can share data depends on what each allows, so we check first. If a link is not possible, we say so. See CRM integration.
Not when it is set up with care. Messages are short and use the buyer's name and enquiry, and a person takes over when the buyer asks a real question. Prices, discounts and promises are never sent by software alone.
Yes. Meta requires opt-in before you message people on WhatsApp, and India's DPDP Act, 2023 asks for clear consent. We build opt-in wording, records and an easy stop into the flow. This is general guidance, not legal advice, so have your lawyer approve the wording.
We agree the measure first, such as how long a lead waits for a first reply and how many leads stay untouched. We read the figures from your own CRM records. If a rule changes nothing, we say so, and change or stop it.
