What we believe
What can't be measured can't be achieved.

Marketing strategy for companies that want buyers to choose them over cheaper rivals. Know where to play and what to say, before you spend.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
When every extra sale needs a bigger discount and buyers still don't ask for you by name, the problem is the brand, not the budget. PromotEdge is a marketing strategy agency that helps companies move from price to brand.
We work out who to sell to, what to say and where the money goes, in a written, costed plan.
Who it's for. B2B (selling to businesses), B2C (consumers) and D2C (direct online) firms. We work best with companies between ₹25 crore and ₹500 crore in revenue. One wrong channel bet can swallow a big part of the year's budget.
Why it comes before spend. Budgets get split by habit, so TV, performance and dealer schemes never mention each other. Each reports success; sales stay flat. Since 2015 we have served steel firms, a hospital and makers of construction equipment and engines.
Research tools such as Claude Research and Gemini Deep Research now run many searches and write a report. Anthropic said in April 2025 that Claude can search the web and your Google Workspace files, with citations you can check. Google calls Gemini Deep Research a personal AI research assistant. A first read of rivals, reviews and your own sales sheets takes hours, not days. You still open the links and talk to your dealers.

Our view: first drafts of the market map and the budget split will get cheaper, so more of your time goes to choosing. Where to play and what to promise still need people who know your buyers. A position that is hard to copy, and the proof that makes buyers believe it.
02Launch plans tied to sales targets, for a new product, city or segment.
03Every rupee placed where it works, channel by channel and quarter by quarter.
04What buyers, dealers and competitors really think, before you decide.
05What's working, what to stop, and where the money should go next.
06Senior marketing judgement on call, without a full-time hire.
07Before you buy another AI tool, do you know which job it should do?
08Logo, identity and brand rules that hold up on a hoarding and a phone screen.
What can't be measured can't be achieved.
| The question you're asking | Where we'd start | What you walk away with | Who should be in the room |
|---|---|---|---|
| Why should buyers pick us over the brand they know? | Brand strategy and positioning | A positioning statement, its proof, and a message for each audience | Founder or CEO, sales head, a few dealers or customers |
| We're launching a product, or entering a new city or segment | Go-to-market strategy | Who to target first, channels, pricing signals, launch order and hand-over to sales | Leadership, product, sales and distribution |
| We have a budget but don't know how to split it | Media and communication planning | Which channel does which job, its quarterly budget and its number | Marketing head, finance, the agencies that will run the plan |
| We're spending, but can't tell what's working | Marketing audit and growth plan | What each channel returned, what to stop, a plan for two quarters | Marketing and sales, with access to ad accounts and the CRM (the software that holds your leads) |
| Our name and logo don't match the company we've become | Branding and identity | A logo, identity system and brand guidelines for every size | The founder and the daily users of the brand |
Signs you need it first: agencies report well but sales are flat; sales and ads describe the brand differently; a smaller rival keeps winning; nobody knows what one enquiry costs. Unsure which row fits? The free growth plan tells you.

A plan only matters if it changes what runs. The same team plans advertising, digital and BTL, so nothing is lost in a hand-over between agencies.
How we'd approach it. We interview leadership and sales, and where it helps dealers and a few customers. We read your sales by region, enquiry sources and past spend, then look at competitors and how buyers search.
Where we're unsure, we test the message in one city or with one dealer group first.
The sums behind the plan. Take made-up numbers. One customer brings ₹2 lakh of profit over two years, and sales closes one in ten qualified leads. So you can pay up to ₹20,000 per qualified lead.
A strategy turns sums like this into a budget, a channel mix and a target for every channel.
What you get. A positioning statement with proof points, a map of who decides, a message plan for TV, the dealer counter, Google and WhatsApp, and a budget split by quarter.
Plus the few numbers it is judged on, such as enquiries, dealer orders or cost per lead (what one enquiry costs).
Into the other pillars. Positioning becomes one campaign idea for a film, a press ad and a hoarding. The audience map becomes keywords and landing pages.
Priority towns decide where BTL (below the line, meaning face-to-face marketing) activations and dealer meets happen. Each quarter, results flow back and the plan moves with the market.
Agency or consultant? The work is the same: an outside view, a written plan, a check against your numbers. A team stands behind our advice.
You may not need a big project. A short look at what you already run can answer the question, and we will say so even when it means less work for us.

Contractors trust the machine their peers run on site more than any brochure.
02The person who pays for the cement is rarely the one who picks the brand.
03Procurement checks you out long before your sales team is invited to talk.
04A buyer's interest fades fast when the enquiry reaches the right showroom late.
05Enquiries are easy to buy, but the sale is won or lost at the site visit.
06Your ad works for a rival if your product is missing from the shelf.
07Patients trust calm, clear information more than any discount, and the desk seals it.
Strategy is priced by the work it covers, not the hour, and we don't publish a price list. The smallest first step is a free 30-minute call with a strategist and a one-page plan, for projects we think we can help. We take a limited number and say honestly if yours fits.
A fixed-list project ends in a written plan; strategy can also be the first phase of a monthly plan across pillars. To compare quotes fairly, ask each firm how much research and how many workshops are included. Ask us the same.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.
The same work in your city and your industry, and the services that go with it.
It depends on the markets, segments and people involved. A focused positioning project for one brand moves faster than a national go-to-market plan across regions and channels. We confirm the timeline in the written quote, with dates for each stage, so you know when the plan lands and who needs to be in the room.
Not always. If your channels work together and the numbers are moving, a marketing audit may be enough. If every agency reports success while sales stay flat, the gap is usually in the strategy, not the execution. A short look at what you already run can tell you which case you are in.
Yes. The plan is written so any capable team can run it. Some clients keep their media buyer or production house and use us for strategy and for joining the pieces up, and we can review progress against the plan.
Brands, markets, interviews and people to align set the fee. We don't publish a price list. You get a written quote against a written list of work before anything starts. The smallest first step is a free 30-minute call with a strategist.
No. We work with corporate groups, listed companies, startups and firms that grew by selling. It matters most when a wrong channel decision costs a real share of the year's money and nobody catches it, or when you want to move up from price.
A strategy agency helps a business decide who to sell to and what to say, then checks the plan will work in each channel. A consultant is often one senior person. An agency brings a team of research, brand, media and digital people, so the advice is tested before money moves.
The plan names its numbers before work starts, such as qualified enquiries, cost per lead or repeat orders, and we check them each quarter against your starting point. After that you choose: your team or another agency can run the plan, or we can run it as the first phase of a retainer.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. We stay in touch daily, meet you in your city at least every three months, and place our team at your office or plant if needed. The launch itself is a go-to-market plan.
