Ads that find buyersbefore they search.

Likes do not pay the bills, qualified leads and orders do. PromotEdge is a Facebook ads agency that runs Meta Ads for B2C (consumer) and D2C (direct online) brands.

Meta Ads is the current name for Facebook ads, across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. We judge every campaign on cost per qualified lead, not clicks or likes.

Google captures demand that already exists. Meta creates it: people discover products they weren't searching for. For D2C, real estate, education, hospitality and most consumer categories, paid growth usually starts here. We run it with our social media work, so ads and posts tell one story.

Many Indian buyers would rather message a business on WhatsApp than fill in a form. We design campaigns around how your customers want to talk to you, and get every lead to your sales team within minutes. First leads usually arrive in week one; costs settle in month two or three.

/ 02 What's included

Meta campaigns,start to finish.

The mix depends on how your buyers want to talk to you: a form, a chat or a checkout. Many accounts run two side by side and compare cost per qualified lead.

01

Pixel and Conversions API

Browser and server-side tracking with event matching and deduplication. The Conversions API (a direct link from your server to Meta) catches sales the browser misses, and leads are followed to the sale.

02

Prospecting and website campaigns

Broad audiences with the creative doing the targeting, plus lookalikes from your customer list. Website campaigns suit ecommerce and longer forms; slow pages kill results.

03

Lead form campaigns

Instant forms with qualifying questions, synced to your CRM or sheet, and optimised to the leads your team converts.

04

Click-to-WhatsApp

Ads that open a chat, with greetings, quick replies and routing, for big purchases where people ask about price or stock first. Every chat is logged in your CRM.

05

Catalogue and retargeting

Products from your feed shown to people who viewed them. Feed quality, pictures and stock accuracy decide performance.

06

Instagram ads

Reels and Stories made vertical-first, never cropped from a TV film, plus Messenger and Instagram Direct ads for younger audiences.

07

Creative testing

Writers, designers and editors sit with the media buyers. Several concepts launch on small budgets; winners scale, losers are cut, and new ones arrive every two to three weeks.

08

Partnership ads

Creator content run as ads through the creator's own handle, with usage rights agreed upfront.

/ 03 Sound familiar?

Why Meta campaignsstall.

“Leads are cheap, but nobody picks up the phone.”

Easy forms bring casual leads. We add qualifying questions, use Meta's higher-intent form type and send back which leads your team qualified.

“Our ads worked for a month, then costs shot up.”

Creative tires fast as the same people see it again and again. New hooks, formats and offers go in every two to three weeks, before results drop.

“Boosting posts hasn't brought a single sale.”

A boost is built for likes and reach. Sales campaigns need conversion tracking, the Conversions API and a clear offer, so we set those up first.

“WhatsApp enquiries sit unanswered over the weekend.”

Click-to-WhatsApp ads only work when someone, or an automated flow, replies within minutes. We set up greetings, quick replies and routing.

“Meta says 200 sales. Our order system says 120.”

Platforms count generously. We report against your CRM (the software where every enquiry is kept) or order system, and treat Meta's numbers as a guide.

“Our ads keep getting rejected and we don't know why.”

Meta's review flags health and money claims, before-and-after pictures, and lines that point at personal traits. We write within the rules and appeal ads rejected by mistake.

“Should we switch everything to Advantage+?”

Advantage+ campaigns hand more decisions to Meta's automation. They suit ecommerce accounts with clean tracking and steady sales. With weak data, they spend fast and learn little, so we test them first.

“We don't have a studio to make new videos every week.”

Most winning Meta ads are simple phone-shot videos, statics and carousels. We make them, and cut your brand films into short vertical versions.

/ 04 How we work

Test small,then scale what sells.

Think creative, act on numbers: we try bold ideas, then the numbers pick the winner. Brief to first live ads usually takes one to two weeks, with tracking fixed before money is spent.

  1. 01

    Audit and tracking (week 1)

Pixel and Conversions API checked, events mapped, lead forms connected to your CRM, and existing campaigns reviewed for quick wins.

  2. 02

First creative (weeks 1 and 2)

A first batch of concepts made or adapted from your assets, in the formats each placement needs.

  3. 03

    Test (weeks 2 to 4)

Concepts launch on small budgets. We judge cost per qualified lead, not just cost per lead. An ad that doesn't bring qualified leads is dropped, and we tell you.

  4. 04

    Scale winners (month 2)

Budget moves to the ads and audiences that bring qualified leads or sales. Retargeting and catalogue campaigns switch on.

  5. 05

Refresh (every two to three weeks)

New hooks, formats and offers go in before the current ads tire. Lead quality is checked with your sales team.

  6. 06

    Review (every month)

What's scaling, what's tiring, where the budget should move and the next creative direction.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A D2C brand runs catalogue and retargeting ads from its product feed. Real estate and education brands do better with lead forms and a quick call-back. A local franchise or shop often wins with click-to-WhatsApp. Narrow, high-value B2B usually does better on Google search and LinkedIn.

  1. Fix tracking, then make the ads. Meta optimises for the events it can see. If it only sees clicks, it finds cheap clickers. Pixel and Conversions API events matched to your CRM.
  2. Launch several simple ideas on small budgets. Nobody can tell in advance which hook will work, and small tests cost little. A scoreboard of ideas by cost per qualified lead.
  3. Call a sample of leads with your sales team each week. A lead form can look cheap and still be useless. The call shows it. Lead quality notes beside the numbers.
  4. Scale the winners in steps. Big jumps in spend muddy the signal, so we raise budgets gradually and watch cost per qualified lead. Budget moving to what brings buyers.
  5. Refresh the ads every two to three weeks. People see the same ad again and again, and tire of it. A fresh batch ready before costs rise.

Go deeper: the rules and the market

Who sets the rules

ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India) is a voluntary self-regulatory body that handles consumer complaints and publishes outcomes. Its site also lists influencer resources and endorser due diligence, useful when creators run your ads as partnership ads.

Many languages, one feed

The Kantar and IAMAI Internet in India report found that 57% of users prefer content in regional languages. So we make each ad in the language your buyers use, and test Hindi against English.

AI in Meta Ads: today and next

Today: Advantage+ and the Conversions API

Meta describes Advantage+ sales campaigns as an automated, end-to-end sales solution that optimises audience, placements and budget on its own. Its page claims a 20% lower cost per result on average; we could not see the basis for that, so we test it on your account first. Meta's developer pages say the Conversions API sends website, app, messaging and offline events from your own systems to Meta, to improve targeting and measure results.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of Meta Ads.

You decide the ad budget, and it is paid to Meta from your own account.

Your ad budget goes to Meta at actuals, and our management fee is billed separately. Meta sells ad space by auction, so we forecast cost per qualified lead or sale before launch.

What affects the cost

  • Your audience and category: B2B and premium products cost more per lead than broad consumer offers
  • How much new creative you need each month, and how much is video
  • Number of campaigns, products and cities
  • Season: festive months such as Diwali push auction prices up
  • Tracking and CRM set-up at the start
  • Whether we also manage WhatsApp replies and lead routing

How we quote

  1. We talk about what you sell, who buys it and how a lead turns into a sale for you.
  2. We review your page, your past ads and the creative you already have.
  3. We send a written list of what we will do: campaigns, how many new ads a month, and lead routing.
  4. We send the quote within 2 working days, with creative work and management on separate lines and ad spend shown apart. You approve it before launch.

What you get in the quote

  • The campaigns, audiences and cities we will build
  • How many new ads and videos we make each month
  • Lead forms or click-to-WhatsApp set-up, tracking and CRM links
  • The monthly report, with our fee shown apart from the ad budget: monthly, plus creative, or a percentage of spend

Meta adds GST to its own bill, and GST also applies to our fee.

Straight answers.

  • They are the same platform. Meta Ads is the current name for the system that places ads across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Meta charges by auction, so costs move with audience, placement, season and above all creative quality. Our fee is separate; media is paid at actuals.

  • Lead forms bring more leads at a lower cost; WhatsApp brings conversations, which suit purchases where people ask questions first. Many accounts run both and compare cost per qualified lead. WhatsApp only works if someone, or an automated flow, replies fast.

  • If people already search for what you sell, start with Google Ads. If you are creating demand for something buyers don't yet know they want, start with Meta; most growing brands need both. Meta can work for B2B with a wide buyer base; narrow, high-value B2B does better on Google search and LinkedIn.

  • Choose one that asks what happens after the lead, not how cheap it is. A good agency tracks leads to calls, site visits and orders, makes new ads every two to three weeks, keeps the ad account in your name and reports cost per qualified lead.

  • Either works. Our designers, writers and editors produce statics, carousels, motion and short video for Meta, and we can use your brand team's assets. For video shoots we use our in-house team, with partner agencies where a job needs them.

  • No. Results depend on your product, offer, creative, competition and Meta's own changes. Be wary of any agency that promises a cost per lead before it sees your account. We guarantee the testing discipline, the tracking and honest reporting, including when a campaign is not working.

  • Since Apple's App Tracking Transparency arrived in 2021, the Pixel alone misses many conversions. We add Meta's Conversions API, remove duplicate events and send CRM outcomes back to Meta, then read a blended view across channels rather than Meta's numbers alone.

  • Yes. Our servicing team, based in cities across India, runs your ads online and stays in touch daily. We meet you in your city every three months and sit at your shop or office if needed. We target your buyers' areas; you get shared dashboards and a monthly report.
