A price means little until someone has seen your numbers. PromotEdge writes a list of what we will do, and a quote, after a first conversation.

/ 01 Digital marketing packages and pricing

Why we don't sellfixed packages.

Two brands asking for the same service rarely need the same amount of it, so a fixed package is either too big for one of them or too small for the other. PromotEdge plans, makes and runs strategy, advertising, digital and on-ground work for brands across India.

We don't publish a price list or sell fixed packages. We would rather look at your numbers first and write a quote that fits the job.

Every client and project is different. The cost depends on the effort it takes, so we price after the first call. This page shows how that works: what moves the cost, how a quote is built, what it holds, and what you pay to others. If you want a sense of scale before you talk to us, tell us your budget range on the contact form. We're professionals, so we'd rather be blunt than pleasing: we will say what it can and cannot do.

The smallest first step is a free 30-minute call with a strategist and a one-page plan, for projects we think we can help. We take on a limited number and tell you honestly if yours is a fit. Our servicing team is based in cities across India.

Using this website is covered by our terms of use. A project is covered by the written quote and proposal.

/ 02 Cost

What moves the cost.

Three things set our fee: how much work the plan needs, how senior and specialised the people on it must be, and how often we report. Everything bought from others sits on its own line.

What affects the cost

  • How many services and channels are in the plan, and how many cities or languages it covers
  • How much new creative, film, design or content each month needs
  • Whether the job is a one-off project or work that runs every month
  • How much tracking, reporting and sales follow-up you want us to handle
  • Deadlines and seasons: festive months and launch dates need more people at once
  • What you already have: a clear brief, brand files, footage and working ad accounts save time

How we quote

  1. We look at your business first: what you sell, who buys it and what is not working. Marketing comes second. We ask for the numbers your sales team already watches
  2. We look at what you have today: website, search presence, ads, social pages and past campaigns
  3. For projects we think we can help, we offer a free 30-minute call with a strategist and a one-page plan. We take on a limited number and tell you honestly if yours is a fit
  4. We write down what we will do, who does it, the dates and what will be reported, then quote against it
  5. You get the quote in writing within 2 working days, with our fee and every outside cost on separate lines, before you approve anything

What you get in the quote

  • What we will do, in plain words, and what we will not do
  • Who works on it and who you speak to
  • Dates for each stage and who approves what on your side
  • How we report, and which numbers we will watch with you
  • Outside costs shown separately, such as media, print, venues and fabrication
  • Who owns the files and accounts at the end

How it is billed

Way of workingWhen it fits
A projectOne piece of work with a clear end, such as a brand identity, a website or a film
Monthly workWork that runs every month, such as search, social media, ads or content
A plan first, then the workA strategy or audit first, then the work that follows, quoted once the plan is agreed

Whether a fee is fixed, monthly or linked to results is agreed in the written proposal. Ongoing monthly work has a 3-month minimum. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice. For a project, we confirm the timeline in the quote.

We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.

Tell us what'snot working.

Or leave your number. A strategist calls you in one working day.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • No. We write down what we will do, and a quote, for each job. Two brands asking for the same service rarely need the same amount of it, so a package would be wrong for one of them. The quote follows the job: what you sell, who buys it and what is not working.

  • Because a number on a page would be wrong for most readers. What we can show you is what moves the cost, how a quote is built and what it contains. That is all on this page. The real figure comes after we look at your numbers and write down the job, with outside costs on their own lines.

  • We can talk about scale once we know the job. The contact form asks for a monthly budget range so the right people join the call. If the range is too low for what you want, we say so and suggest a smaller first step.

  • Yes. Ad spend, media space, printing, venues and fabrication are bought from others. We show them on their own lines, apart from our fee, and ad spend is paid to the platforms. You see every outside cost in the written quote before you approve anything.

  • For projects we think we can help, yes. We take on a limited number and tell you honestly if yours is a fit. The first step is a 30-minute call with a strategist and a one-page plan, so you can decide. It does not commit you to anything.

  • Some agencies offer that. It works only when both sides trust the same tracking and the agency controls enough of the path from click to sale. We look at whether it fits once we have seen your numbers, and write it into the proposal if it does.

  • Ongoing monthly work has a 3-month minimum. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice. A project has a clear end, and we confirm its timeline in the quote. The smallest first step, the free call and one-page plan, commits you to nothing.

  • Each account has one lead who owns the plan and the numbers, with specialists from each service involved. Our in-house team of 65+ people, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them, does the work. Before work starts, we agree in writing who your main contact is.
