Content thatearns enquiries.

Content is worth only what buyers find and sales teams send. PromotEdge is a content marketing agency that writes for companies, so buyers who research online find you and enquire.

We plan guides, case studies, articles and video scripts that answer real buyer questions, then count the enquiries they bring.

Before a plant head asks for a quote or a parent shortlists a college, they read: Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp forwards. The company with the clearest answers makes the shortlist.

We believe in process, so good results repeat and don't happen by luck. You get a topic map and a few worthwhile pieces each month, planned with our SEO and AI SEO teams to rank on Google and be quoted by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

/ 02 What's included

From topic mapto measured results.

We write for corporate groups, listed companies and startups selling B2B, B2C or D2C. Content works best for considered sales: industrial goods, B2B services, healthcare, education, real estate and SaaS. If you need enquiries next week, start with Google Ads. Sizes below are typical; the buyer's question decides length.

01

Audit and topic map

A page-by-page audit of what ranks and what is missing, then topics scored on value, demand and difficulty, grouped into pillar guides.

02

Search briefs

A brief per piece: the reader, the question, the structure, the expert to interview, internal links and the reader's next step.

03

Guides and articles

Pillar guides of 2,500 to 5,000 words with tables, FAQs and a named expert, plus 800 to 1,500-word articles on one narrow question.

04

Comparisons, FAQs and glossaries

Buyer's guides and comparison pages of 1,500 to 3,000 words for sales calls, plus FAQ and glossary pages of 50 to 300 words per answer.

05

Case studies and whitepapers

Case studies of 600 to 1,200 words from a real interview, cleared by the customer. Whitepapers of 10 to 30 pages on original data.

06

Founder and expert content

LinkedIn posts (150 to 300 words, or 6 to 10 slides), opinion pieces and interviews under your leaders' names. Newsletters of 300 to 600 words keep leads warm.

07

Video scripts and social cuts

Scripts of 45 to 90 seconds for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and WhatsApp, plus carousels cut from each major piece.

08

Refresh and reporting

A quarterly review: pieces that are close get refreshed, pieces that fail get merged or retired, and you see the reasons.

/ 03 Sound familiar?

Why most contentgoes unread.

“We post every day, and nobody reads it.”

The problem is rarely volume. We cut the calendar to fewer pieces that answer real buyer questions, then promote each one properly.

“Our blog ranks for nothing.”

Posts were usually written without a search brief. We check what people type, what already ranks and what is missing before anyone writes.

“Sales says marketing content doesn't help them close.”

Most brands make awareness posts and few decision-stage pieces. We write case studies, comparisons and pricing explainers that sales can send.

“Our engineers know the product, but have no time to write.”

We interview them on a short call, write the draft and send it back for approval. Their knowledge goes out under their name, which Google, AI tools and buyers trust.

“Agency writers keep getting our technical facts wrong.”

Every piece is checked against your documents and approved by your expert. Health, finance and education claims are checked against the ASCI code and regulators such as SEBI, RBI or IRDAI.

“We can't tell if content brings any business.”

We track enquiries where a piece was read before the form, call or WhatsApp message. A CRM (one place where every enquiry is kept and followed up) shows which piece each came from.

“AI tools now answer the questions our blog used to answer.”

Then your content must be the source they quote: specific, well structured, with real numbers and named experts. Generic posts are skipped by Google and by AI.

“The founder still approves every post, so we publish twice a month at best.”

We agree one approver and a two-day limit, and write from a short call so the founder reviews instead of drafting. Pieces go out on planned days.

/ 05 How we work

From interviewsto refresh.

Expect first movement in rankings and traffic in three to six months on less competitive topics; a strong guide still brings enquiries next year. We can't do magic alone: we need one person on your side who approves pieces within a few days.

  1. 01

    Listen and audit

Calls with sales, product and service teams, and a review of what ranks. We collect the questions customers ask on calls and WhatsApp.

  2. 02

    Map the topics

Subjects grouped into clusters, each with a pillar guide and supporting pieces, in order of business value.

  3. 03

    Brief every piece

Reader, search intent, questions, expert, internal links and next step, agreed before writing starts.

  4. 04

    Interview, write and check

A writer who knows the subject drafts from the interview. An editor checks facts and claims. Your expert approves.

  5. 05

    Publish and spread

Published with structured data and internal links, then cut for LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and sales follow-up.

  6. 06

    Measure and refresh

Monthly numbers, and a quarterly review of what ranks, what AI tools quote and what sales uses.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A dealer-led B2B maker writes product-choice guides and dealer FAQs. A D2C brand writes how-to pages that email and WhatsApp can reuse. A services firm writes checklists a founder signs. A franchise writes one local guide per outlet.

  1. Start from the questions buyers ask on calls. A piece that answers a real question gets read; one that does not, gets skipped. A topic map ranked by business value.
  2. Brief every piece before anyone writes. A clear reader and question save rewrites later. A one-page brief you approve.
  3. Interview your expert, then write. Your own people know what an outside writer cannot. A draft in your expert's own words.
  4. Check every fact and claim. One wrong claim costs more trust than ten good posts earn. A fact list beside each draft.
  5. Cut each piece for LinkedIn, email and sales. Buyers meet you in more than one place. A pack your sales team can forward.
  6. Review every quarter. A guide that ranks needs a refresh now and then, and that costs less than a new piece. A keep, refresh or merge list.

Teach first: Zerodha Varsity

Zerodha, the broker, runs Varsity, a free library of stock market and finance lessons made by Karthik Rangappa. The page says it needs no signup, has no paywall and carries no ads. Our reading: a company that teaches first is easy to trust later.

Who sets the rules: ASCI

ASCI calls itself an independent, voluntary self-regulatory organisation that works to keep Indian advertising truthful. It handles complaints and gives advice before a campaign runs. Claims in your content can be checked against its code.

AI in content marketing: today and next

Today: Google's view of AI-written pages

Google says generative AI can help with research and structure. Making many pages without adding value for readers may break its spam policy on scaled content abuse. It advises checking facts and reviewing everything before publishing.

/ 07 Cost

What affects the cost of content marketing.

We don't publish a price list. A content programme is priced monthly, by scope, after the content audit. Design, video and paid promotion are quoted separately. We send the quote within 2 working days. You can also buy a one-off project, or the audit and plan alone while your team writes.

What affects the cost

  • How many pieces a month, and how long and technical they are
  • How much expert interviewing and approval each piece needs
  • Whether design, illustration or video is included
  • Distribution work: LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and paid promotion
  • Refresh work on content you already have

How we quote

  1. We talk about the buyers you want and the questions your sales team hears
  2. We audit your content and the topics your rivals cover
  3. We write a scope: topics, formats, pieces a month and who approves
  4. You get the quote in writing, with design, video and promotion on separate lines

What you get in the quote

  • The content audit and the topic map
  • Pieces each month, with word counts or run times
  • Expert interviews and approval steps
  • Distribution on LinkedIn, email or WhatsApp, if you choose it
  • Refreshes of older content and the monthly report

To compare quotes fairly, ask each agency how many finished pieces you get a month and who interviews your experts.

Straight answers.

  • Content marketing means publishing useful material your buyers look for, so they trust you before they call: guides, case studies, articles, videos or newsletters. It matters most for B2B, where buyers research alone and the company with the clearest answers makes the shortlist. An agency plans, writes, distributes and measures it.

  • Early movement in rankings and traffic usually shows in three to six months on less competitive topics, and later on competitive ones. Publish fewer pieces than most agencies sell you: a few well-researched ones a month plus refreshes of what ranks beat a daily stream of short posts. We confirm the timeline in the quote.

  • Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. We talk daily, meet you in your city at least every three months, and place a team member at your office or plant when needed. Interviews happen on video; your team approves each piece.

  • We use AI tools for research, outlines and editing. A person writes and edits every piece and checks every fact and claim. Content that reads like generic AI output rarely ranks and is rarely quoted by AI assistants, so we keep your experts' voice and real numbers in every piece.

  • It can, if built for that. AI answers quote pages that answer a question directly, use tables and real numbers, show a date and name an expert. We write that way, and our AI SEO team checks which priority questions assistants answer with your pages.

  • Yes. Regional-language content often reaches buyers English pages miss, especially in consumer, agri and dealer-facing categories. Through our language partners we write in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more. Our team plans the work and checks the result.

  • You get monthly numbers: enquiries where content was part of the path, rankings and clicks by topic, mentions in AI answers, and which pieces sales sends. Where ads promote content, we report cost per qualified lead. We agree the mix before starting.

  • It depends on the number and depth of pieces, expert interviewing, and whether design, video and distribution are included. Programmes are priced monthly, by scope, after the audit. We don't publish a price list; we quote in writing after a first conversation.
