The channelyou own outright.

A big email list is not an asset until it brings orders. PromotEdge provides email marketing services to brands, so past buyers and old leads come back and buy.

We build automated flows, newsletters and B2B (business-to-business) nurture that reach the inbox. Everything is judged on orders and pipeline.

Email is the one channel where you own the audience. No algorithm decides who sees your message. Yet most brands send one discount blast a week until people stop opening.

We look at your business first and the email tool second. We map the lifecycle (every stage from first sign-up to repeat order or renewal), build the flows that earn the most, then add a campaign calendar drawn from our content marketing team.

/ 02 What's included

Flows, newslettersand the foundations.

Email pays back fastest with repeat purchase or a long decision: D2C brands, subscriptions, SaaS, education, real estate, healthcare and industrial B2B. We build the two or three flows that earn most first, each with a goal and a review date. We never buy or rent lists.

01

Lifecycle map

Every stage from first sign-up to repeat purchase or renewal, with the trigger, message and goal for each.

02

D2C and ecommerce flows

Welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back and sunset flows, tested before launch. Measured by revenue per flow and repeat-purchase rate.

03

B2B nurture and lead scoring

Enquiry follow-up, content nurture, old-lead revival and post-meeting sequences, with leads scored and handed to sales. Measured by meetings booked and pipeline.

04

SaaS, education, property, health

SaaS: trial onboarding to renewal. Education: enquiry to admission. Real estate: site-visit reminders. Healthcare: appointment reminders, with care over health detail.

05

Newsletters and templates

Editorial newsletters people choose to read, mobile-first accessible templates, and subject lines, preview text and copy for each segment.

06

Deliverability and list health

SPF, DKIM and DMARC, sender reputation watched, inactive readers re-engaged or removed, unsubscribes honoured at once. Consent follows India's DPDP Act, 2023.

07

Email, WhatsApp and SMS together

Short, urgent messages go to WhatsApp or SMS; longer content stays in email. Nobody gets the same message twice. Planned with paid media and sales follow-up.

08

Revenue reporting

Orders, pipeline and repeat purchase by flow and campaign, plus list growth and health, every month.

/ 03 Sound familiar?

Why emailstops working.

“We send a newsletter, but fewer people open it every month.”

Usually everyone gets the same email, too often. We split the list by what people bought, read or asked about, turn the welcome into a short series, and send each group something relevant.

“Half our emails land in spam.”

Often the domain isn't authenticated, or the list is full of people who never open. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, clean the list and send to engaged readers first.

“People add to cart and leave, and we do nothing about it.”

An abandoned-cart flow is usually the first thing we build for a D2C store. It reminds the shopper and answers doubts. A discount comes only if you choose to offer one.

“Our B2B leads go cold after the first call.”

A nurture sequence sends useful material through the long decision and tells sales when a lead becomes active again.

“We have a big list from old events, and we don't know if we can use it.”

Perhaps not all of it. We check where and how each list was collected, ask for fresh consent where needed and set aside what can't be used.

“We pay for an email tool, use it only for blasts, and have no idea which emails bring orders.”

Most tools already do segmentation, automation and testing. We set those up and tag every link with UTM codes (labels that tell analytics where a visit came from), then match orders and leads to each flow.

“Every rupee of our sales depends on ads, and each lead costs more than last year.”

Email brings past buyers and old leads back at almost no cost per send. We build the flows that win repeat orders, so you need less paid traffic for the same number.

“Our customer list is in three Excel sheets and a sales rep's phone.”

Nothing can be automated from that, and a flow can't tell a first-timer from a loyal buyer. We set up a CRM (one place where every customer and enquiry is kept and followed up) and connect it to your email tool. AI tools help draft and sort replies.

/ 04 How we work

From auditto revenue report.

Success is orders and repeat purchase, plus pipeline for B2B, not open rates. Welcome and cart flows can start earning soon after launch; nurture needs a full sales cycle to prove its worth.

  1. 01

    Audit

Your platform, lists, flows, templates, sender set-up and consent records, and how leads and orders reach the email tool.

  2. 02

    Map the lifecycle

Stages, triggers, segments and the goal of each message, agreed with sales or the ecommerce team before building.

  3. 03

    Fix the foundations

Domain authentication, list clean-up, consent capture on forms and checkout, and the link to your store or CRM.

  4. 04

    Build the core flows

The few flows that earn the most go live first, tested on real devices and inboxes.

  5. 05

    Add campaigns

A calendar of newsletters, launches and seasonal campaigns, sent to segments rather than to everyone.

  6. 06

    Report and improve

Think creative, act on numbers. Monthly revenue or pipeline per flow and list health, with tests on subject lines, timing and content.

  7. 07

    Clean up every quarter

People who haven't opened or clicked in months get a last check-in. Those who don't respond are removed.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A D2C store starts with welcome, cart and reorder flows. A dealer-led B2B maker nurtures enquiries over a long decision. A subscription or software firm plans onboarding to renewal.

  1. Fix the sender set-up first. Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, even a good email can land in spam. A passing sender check.
  2. Map the lifecycle before building. A flow with no goal is just another blast. Milton Das, who does our email marketing and data research, leads the email work. Stages, triggers and goals on one page.
  3. Build the two or three flows that earn most. Welcome and cart flows usually pay back first. Revenue for each flow.
  4. Split the list by what people did. The same email for everyone tires the list. Groups by buying, reading or asking.
  5. Clean the list every quarter. Readers who never open hurt delivery for the rest. A smaller, healthier list.

Go deeper: the rules of the inbox

Google's sender rules

From 1 February 2024, Google asks anyone sending 5,000 or more messages a day to Gmail to set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe, and keep the spam rate below 0.30%. It suggests staying below 0.10%.

Why open rates mislead: Apple

Apple says Mail Privacy Protection downloads email content in the background, whether or not the person opens it, so senders cannot see when or how often an email is opened. We judge email by clicks, orders and replies.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of email marketing.

We don't publish a price list. Set-up is quoted as a one-off and campaigns monthly. The email platform's subscription, usually priced by list size, is billed by the provider in your company's name. We send the quote within 2 working days.

What affects the cost

  • Number of flows, and how many segments and versions each needs
  • List size and the platform's own pricing
  • Integration work with your store, CRM or website forms
  • Campaigns a month, and design work: templates, images and product feeds

How we quote

  1. We ask about your list, how it was collected and what you send today
  2. We check your sender set-up, current flows and recent open and click numbers
  3. We write a scope: first flows, templates, segments and a campaign calendar
  4. You get a quote splitting the one-off set-up from the monthly work, before you approve

What you get in the quote

  • Sender authentication and platform set-up
  • The first flows, with the number of emails in each
  • Templates, design work and links to your store, CRM or forms
  • Monthly campaigns, testing, list clean-up and the report

Flows need light upkeep once they are live, while campaigns are managed month by month.

Our beliefWe use AI to save your team's time. A person still makes the decision.

Straight answers.

  • Yes, when it is built on consent and automation rather than bulk blasts. Email reaches customers you have already paid to win, at almost no cost per send, and no platform decides who sees it. Use both: WhatsApp for short, time-sensitive messages, email for longer content and nurture, planned as one lifecycle.

  • It plans the emails your business sends, builds and runs them, and measures what they bring back: automated flows, newsletters, campaigns, templates, list health and inbox delivery. To choose one, ask whether it audits your sender set-up and consent first, and reports orders or pipeline, not opens. Walk away from anyone selling lists.

  • It depends on your stack. Ecommerce tools such as Klaviyo suit D2C stores. CRM-led tools such as HubSpot or Zoho suit B2B teams that need lead scoring. Apps often run email, push and WhatsApp from MoEngage, CleverTap or WebEngage. Mailchimp or Brevo suit smaller lists.

  • Since February 2024, Google and Yahoo have required bulk senders to authenticate with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe and keep spam complaints below 0.3%. Microsoft added similar rules for Outlook.com in 2025. Miss these and inboxes filter you out.

  • You get monthly orders, leads and pipeline by flow and campaign, plus clicks, replies, list health and, for B2B, meetings booked from nurture. Open rates alone mislead: Apple's Mail Privacy Protection, introduced in 2021, can record an open whether or not anyone read the email.

  • Yes, with valid consent. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires a clear purpose, consent and an easy way to withdraw it. We set up consent capture on forms and checkout and keep the records. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

  • Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India and talks to you daily. We meet you in your city at least every three months, and a team member joins your office if the work needs it. Email runs online through platform access you control.

  • There are two costs: the platform subscription, usually priced by list size, and our fee for set-up and management. Set-up is a one-off; campaigns are monthly. We don't publish a price list; we quote after a first conversation, with the platform cost shown separately.
