Tourists, overseas gem buyers and Hindi-reading families all buy in Jaipur, and no single channel reaches all three. PromotEdge plans search, ads, websites, papers, radio and show stalls, and your report counts enquiries and sales, not likes.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A digital marketing company in Jaipur has to serve bazaars, phones and Hindi readers at the same time. PromotEdge helps jewellers, hotels, craft brands, startups and factories get found on Google and win enquiries from ads.
We also reach Hindi readers through papers and radio, and we judge every plan on the business it brings back.
First, a straight answer on how we work. Our in-house team of 65+ people plans and runs your account. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. For some clients, one of us works from their office or plant.
We start with logic and your numbers, not with ideas we happen to like. How many enquiries came in last season, and from where? How many became orders? For a jeweller, the answer may be search and a sharper catalogue website. For a heritage hotel, it may be ads timed to the January festivals.
One team runs every part of the plan: strategy, advertising, digital marketing and BTL. BTL stands for below the line: stalls, events and shop branding, where buyers meet you in person. Selling gems or trips? See our jewellery marketing and travel and tourism marketing pages.
Visitors pick where to stay before they land, so your pages meet them first.
02A family in Pune comparing heritage stays for January decides on your site first.
03When every feed shows the same pink wall, nobody stands out.
04Hindi dailies and private FM stations are where local ads are bought here.
05Good work sold cheap is a branding problem, not a quality problem.
06A January rush and protected old streets decide where an event can go.
07Editors choose what runs, and here the Hindi note has to come first.
We use AI to save your team's time. A person still makes the decision.
Three facts change where we would put your first rupee. The first is here; two more are in the fold below.
1. January is the big month. The Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) runs from 14 to 18 January 2027 at Hotel Clarks Amer. Its organisers call it the 20th edition. Jaipur BookMark runs alongside it, and the festival's site calls BookMark "South Asia's biggest annual publishing conclave". Rajasthan Tourism's calendar puts the Kite Festival on 14 January 2027, in the same week. Gangaur follows on 9 and 10 April 2027. Teej 2026 fell on 15 and 16 August. Hotels, cafés, gift shops and craft brands should plan their January push in the November before.
Why Jaipur needs its own plan, where its buyers come from, and the newspaper groups that also run radio.
Why does Jaipur need its own plan? UNESCO says the walled city was planned as a trading capital, with its main avenues laid out as markets. They are still the city's bazaars. The district's website says the city was painted pink for a royal visit in 1878. That gave it the name Pink City. Jaipur still trades. What has changed is where the buyer sits: abroad, on a phone or in another state.
2. Many of your buyers come from outside the city. Rajasthan had 25.25 crore domestic tourist visits and 19.45 lakh foreign ones in 2025, IANS reported from Ministry of Tourism data. The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC) calls Jaipur "the global centre for coloured gemstones". It says the city's gem and jewellery exports crossed USD 2 billion in 2024-25. Printers' groups in Sanganer and Bagru have applied for GI tags for their hand block prints. A GI (geographical indication) is a legal mark that a product comes from one place. The state's startup platform, iStart, showed 9,490 startups and 49,672 jobs in September 2026. All these buyers meet you on a phone before they call.
3. Newspaper groups that also run radio. Hindi is Rajasthan's official language, and English is an additional one. Census 2011 figures quoted on Wikipedia show Rajasthani, Dhundhari and Marwari are also spoken in Jaipur. Rajasthan Patrika says it was founded in 1956 and now has 38 editions in eight states. Dainik Bhaskar started its Jaipur edition on 19 December 1996. Of the city's six private FM stations, two belong to the groups behind these two papers. So ask one media house for print and radio together, then compare. Online, TRAI (the telecom regulator) counted 57.26 million internet subscribers in Rajasthan in March 2026. That is 68.41 for every 100 people, against 76.59 for India as a whole, and towns are far ahead of villages. Online ads alone won't reach every village buyer.

Jaipur has six private FM stations and daily papers in Hindi and English. Inside the old walled city, heritage rules decide how shop fronts look. Try radio or one paper first and count the calls.
| What | In Jaipur | What it means for your plan |
|---|---|---|
| Private FM radio | Six private stations on the government's March 2026 list: 91.1, 93.5, 94.3, 95.0, 98.3 and 104.0 MHz. Two belong to the Bhaskar and Patrika groups. | Short spots before a sale, a launch or a festival weekend. |
| Akashvani (All India Radio) | Primary channel on 101.2 MHz, Vividh Bharati on 100.3 MHz. The government's 2017 card lists the primary channel at Rs 660 gross per 10 seconds in category I (film music shows). That rate is the government's, not ours. | A cheap test of whether radio brings calls. |
| Hindi dailies | Rajasthan Patrika, Dainik Bhaskar and Punjab Kesari have Jaipur editions on the ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulations) member list. | The usual print choice for families and shop owners. Ask each paper for its own reach figures. |
| English papers | The Times of India and The Economic Times are on the ABC list for Jaipur. First India calls itself "Rajasthan's own English Newspaper". | For company buyers, officials and senior managers. |
| One city body | The city's two corporations were merged into one Jaipur Municipal Corporation, with 150 wards, on 10 November 2025 (PTI). | We found no published outdoor ad policy for it. Ask a site owner for the permit before you pay. |
| Walled-city controls | On UNESCO's World Heritage List since 2019. UNESCO says the Building Byelaws 1970 and a 2009 amendment to the Municipalities Act control how buildings there look. | Shop boards and front branding inside the walls must suit the old look. |
| High Court order, 2026 | On 7 August 2026, the Rajasthan High Court ordered a stop to unapproved building work in the walled city. It asked for the "heritage look of the Pink City" to be restored, starting with four roads such as Johri Bazaar Road. | The order is about building work, not ads. Still, plan any new shop front there with care. |
| JECC, Sitapura | In 2015 the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre had 20,000 sq m of column-free hall space and a 1,200-seat convention centre. It hosted the Rising Rajasthan summit in December 2024. On day one the state claimed "approximately ₹30 lakh crore" in proposals, IANS reported: promises, not money spent. | Plan the stall, the ads before the show and the follow-up calls as one job. |
| Metro and airport | Metro Phase 1 runs about 12 km, with stations under Chhoti and Badi Chaupar, the walled city's market squares. The airport handled 56,27,147 passengers in 2025-26, down 7.1%. | Phase 2, approved in April 2026, will link Sitapura and the airport by its 2031 target. |
Sources as cited in each row, checked 4 October 2026. JECC's figures are from 2015 and may have changed. The High Court case was listed again for 7 September 2026; we have not checked the outcome. The radio rate is the government's 2017 card, not ours.

Our servicing team is based in cities across India. Most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode, and we travel to meet you in Jaipur.
Starting out. The first talk is a video call. Bring last season's enquiry numbers. After that we talk daily, and visit at least once every three months, plus shows and launches.
Online work, papers and outdoor, stalls and events, language, and how to choose an agency.
Online work. SEO (search engine optimisation: showing up on Google without paying for each click), Google and Meta ads, websites and social media run online, so distance does not matter. Ad accounts and data stay in your company's name.
Papers, radio and outdoor. We book Hindi and English papers, FM and Akashvani. We use an outdoor site only when its owner shows a valid permit, and walled-city work follows the heritage rules.
Stalls and events. A JECC stall or a launch event is planned with you and delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy, with partner agencies where a job needs them.
Hindi and English. We pick the language by who buys from you. Our language partners write in Hindi, English and more, and our team checks every version.
Choosing an agency in Jaipur. Talk to two or three, us included. Ask each for a monthly report with the client's name hidden, and ask who will write your Hindi ads. Media costs should sit apart from the fee.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupOur servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We keep in daily touch by phone, and come to Jaipur to see you at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.
We won't give ourselves that title, and nobody can honestly prove it. Judge agencies on proof instead. Ask for a real report from a client like you, and the name of the person who will run your account. Then pick the one whose answers you understand the first time.
Yes, from the same team, but other towns need their own media. Dainik Bhaskar opened its Jodhpur edition in 1997 and its Udaipur edition in 1998. Online reach also drops outside cities: TRAI counts 45.63 internet subscribers per 100 people in rural Rajasthan. And RIICO, the state's industrial body, runs 446 industrial areas through 33 regional offices.
It depends on your buyer. Local families and shop owners are often easier to reach in Hindi. Overseas gem buyers, foreign tourists and company buyers usually need English. Many Jaipur plans run both, each written for its own reader by our language partners. They also write French, Spanish or Japanese for buyers abroad.
Teej 2026 fell on 15 and 16 August. The big window is January. JLF runs from 14 to 18 January 2027, and the Kite Festival falls on 14 January. We'd start planning in November and book print and radio by early December. Gangaur, on 9 and 10 April 2027, needs a plan by February.
Only with care. UNESCO notes that old byelaws and a 2009 law change control how buildings in the walled city look. In August 2026 the Rajasthan High Court also ordered a stop to unapproved building work there. We found no published signboard rule, so ask the Jaipur Municipal Corporation before you build. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
