“Half our calls ask "how much for an implant?", and the desk can't say.”
Show a fee range and what moves it on each treatment page, which the dentists' code allows. Give the desk a short script that ends with a consultation slot.

More booked consultations for implants, aligners and root canals, within the dentists' code.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A dental clinic has two kinds of patient, and marketing to both the same way loses the bigger treatments. PromotEdge does digital marketing for dentists and dental clinics.
We make your clinic easy to find and trust on Google, and we answer cost questions honestly. The aim: more booked consultations, and more of them turning into treatment. We have worked with clinics across India since 2015.
We plan them apart: maps and reviews for a check-up patient, explanation and follow-up for an implant patient. Your appointment book is our ground truth. See our healthcare marketing page too.
Our full service for dentists and dental clinics, kept within the dentists' code.
A full profile for each clinic and dentist, so nearby patients find you on Maps.
Google Business ProfileGoogleA polite ask for every patient, and a reply to each review.
GoogleFee-range pages for implants, aligners and root canals that rank.
GoogleGoogle Ads around your clinic only, and only while someone can answer.
Google AdsYour dentist explains a treatment with a model, not patient photos.

WhatsAppTreatment and fee pages, a booking form, and Call and WhatsApp buttons.
A CRM (one list of every enquiry) tracks each to treatment start. AI replies after hours.

| Step | What we do | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Check-ups and fillings | A Google profile per clinic and dentist, local SEO and WhatsApp booking. | They book the same week. |
| 2. Tooth pain and root canal | Correct hours, a call button and same-day slots. Search ads only while someone answers. | A patient in pain calls until one clinic answers. |
| 3. Implants, crowns and bridges | Fee-range pages and explainer videos by your dentist, kept to the evidence. | A big spend, talked over with family. |
| 4. Aligners, braces and smile design | An honest comparison page, and Meta ads for adults and parents, never children. | Adults choose for themselves. Parents decide for children. |
Start with one treatment that has spare chair time and a good margin.
India has about 4 lakh registered dentists, and a new regulator now oversees them. Patients choose a clinic one way for a check-up and another for an implant.
On 10 October 2026 the regulator's register page listed 4,05,777 dentists in Part A. It gives no date for the count and takes the numbers from State Dental Councils. The National Dental Commission has replaced the Dental Council of India, and rules made under the old Act continue until new ones are made.
Source: National Dental Commission, Total Registered Dentists page, read 10 Oct 2026 (https://dciindia.gov.in/DentistRegistered.aspx). National Dental Commission Act, 2023, section 59(2) (https://dciindia.gov.in/Rule_Regulation/National_Dental_Commission_Act,_2023.pdf)
Our view: for a check-up, a patient asks family, looks at Google Maps and picks a clinic that is near, open and well reviewed. For an implant, they ask about cost, pain and how long it lasts, compare for weeks and talk it over at home. They drop out when nobody answers or a fee is hidden.
You can complete your Google profile, ask every patient for an honest review, write a plain fee list for each treatment and answer messages within the day. Reading the dentists' code for your clinic, and treatment advice, are not ours. Your dental council or lawyer decides those. We cannot promise bookings.
We start with the Google profile and call handling, because a patient in pain calls until someone answers. Next come reviews and treatment pages, because a big spend needs proof and fees. Then reminders and ads. We count booked consultations and treatment starts each month, so we both see what pays.
National Dental Commission: the regulator that replaced the Dental Council of India. Its site lists approving dental institutions and keeping a national dental register among its functions.
IDA: the Indian Dental Association. Its site lists 29 state branches, over 450 local branches and over 75,000 members.
NABH: lists an entry-level dental clinics certification and a dental healthcare service providers accreditation programme.

Unsure whether to start with your Google profile, reviews or ads? Let's think it through together. Think it through
“Half our calls ask "how much for an implant?", and the desk can't say.”
Show a fee range and what moves it on each treatment page, which the dentists' code allows. Give the desk a short script that ends with a consultation slot.
“Can we post before-and-after photos of happy patients?”
Use a model or a diagram. In our view, the code bars boasting of cases, so no photos in ads. See healthcare social media for patient stories and consent.
“We have 40 Google reviews. The clinic across the road has 400.”
Send every patient one polite review request after the visit. Google bars rewards and pressing people at the clinic. Our reputation team names no treatment in replies.
“Our ads bring leads, but nobody knows who sat in the chair.”
Track each enquiry from source to booked consultation to treatment start (the first sitting of a plan). Your desk marks the source; our tracking keeps patient details out of ad platforms.
“Patients message after closing time and get a reply the next day.”
Send an instant reply with your hours and a booking link.

We don't publish a price list. A written quote follows within 2 working days of a 30-minute strategist call.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Monthly retainer | Listings, search, reviews, content and reporting. Minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
| Per campaign or video set | A new treatment, branch or set of explainers. We confirm the timeline in the quote |
We read each rule at its source on 4 October 2026. General guidance, not legal advice. Your lawyer or dental council decides.
The 2014 dentists' code still applies. Websites may list treatments and fees. False promises, boasting of cases, superiority claims and school camps are unethical. A specialist claim on signs needs a recognised qualification.
Ads and listings. ASCI (the advertising watchdog) wants provable claims, which we read as covering a retouched smile. Google bars review rewards. Meta limits cosmetic ads to adults.
Patient data and WhatsApp. The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 wants free, informed consent that is easy to withdraw, and a parent's for a child. WhatsApp goes only to people who opted in.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupIt covers every place a patient checks before calling a dental clinic. That means Google profiles, reviews, treatment pages with fees and short explainer videos. Then search and social ads, WhatsApp booking and reminders. We judge it on booked consultations and treatment starts, not clicks.
Yes, with dignity and within limits. The 2014 dentists' code allows factual websites and internet listings. It bars false promises, boasting of cases and superiority claims. It stays in force under the National Dental Commission until new rules replace it. General guidance, not legal advice.
Usually with neither. Start with your Google profile and reviews, because nearby patients see your map listing first. Search ads bring calls this week but stop when you stop paying. SEO (search engine optimisation) takes 3 to 6 months. More on SEO for healthcare and Google Ads for healthcare.
We won't claim to be right for every clinic. Ask each agency three things. Can they explain what the dentists' code allows, without notes? Will they report booked consultations and treatment starts, not just clicks? Will Google profiles and ad accounts stay in your name? Ask us too.
We don't publish a price list. The cost depends on your clinics and dentists, the treatments you want to grow, the videos, and ad spend in your area. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call, with each cost on its own line.
