Commercial printing for brands and companies that need brochures, cartons and catalogues. Print is the part of marketing that people hold. Get the file, the proof and the delivery right the first time.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Good print is decided before the press starts, in the file, the colour and the paper. PromotEdge manages commercial printing for brands and companies: brochures, catalogues, cartons, labels, stationery and large-format pieces, with the file checked, a proof approved and delivery planned across India.
Here is what we usually see: good design, printed on the wrong paper or from a file the press could not use. We prepare and check the work, so the copy matches what you approved. Want newspaper or magazine ads? See print advertising.
Printing is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. You can also keep your own printer, and we prepare the files for it. Want us to look at your next print job?
From the first file check to the box at your door. Each part is quoted on its own line.
Company, product and project pieces, from single sheets to bound books, with the paper and fold that suit the use.
02Folding cartons, boxes, product labels and stickers, cut to your dieline and tested on your product.
03Letterheads, cards, folders, company profiles and annual reports, printed to match one brand.
04Posters, standees, danglers and banners for shops, dealers and events.
Bleed, fonts, images, colour mode and dieline checked before anything goes to the press.
Paper weight, matt or gloss, lamination, foil or spot UV, explained in plain words, with a sample where it helps.
A PDF proof for words and layout, a printed colour proof where colour matters, and Pantone references for brand shades.
Digital for short runs, offset for longer ones. Copies go to one address or split across cities, with dates agreed.
Holding three quotes that look different? Send them, and we line them up on one sheet. Talk to us
“The printed colours do not match what we saw on screen.”
Screens mix light and printers mix ink, so some shift is normal. We build files for print and send a colour proof before a big run. For a logo shade we use a Pantone reference.
“The press said our file cannot be used as it is.”
We check bleed (a few millimetres of extra background past the cut line), fonts, images and colour mode. The check uses the printer's own specification, before the file leaves us.
“We printed a full run, then a price or phone number changed.”
Changing details go on a separate dated sheet. For items that change often, a short digital run beats a big stock.
“Three printers quoted three different ways, and we cannot compare.”
We write one specification: size, pages, paper, finish, quantity and delivery. Every quote answers the same sheet, line by line.
“The carton or label arrived and did not fit the product or the line.”
We work from the dieline (the flat cutting and folding plan) and ask your packing team early. A sample comes before the full run.
“The job has a fixed date: a launch, a dealer meet or the annual meeting.”
We plan backwards from that date, with proof dates on the calendar and transport time for each city.
“Design sits with one firm, printing with another, and nobody owns the gap.”
You get one contact from file to delivery. We hold the approved file, the proof and the dates, so any fix has one home.

We believe in process: the same specification and file check on every job, so good results repeat. Time depends on method, finish and distance, and we confirm the timeline in the quote. Our servicing team is based in cities across India.
Our job is to impress your customers, not you, so we start with who will hold the piece. You tell us the job, quantity, date and where it must reach.
Costs come against the same specification, with printing on its own line, so you compare like with like.
We prepare or check the artwork for bleed, fonts, images and colour mode. Your team signs off the words in writing.
A PDF proof first, then a printed colour proof where colour matters. Nothing runs until you approve.
Digital or offset, as the job suits. On colour-critical jobs we check the first sheets at the press.
Copies are counted, packed and sent to one address or split across cities, with dates agreed in advance.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

A D2C (direct to consumer) brand prints short runs, with inserts and packs that change with each offer, so digital runs suit. A dealer-led B2B (business to business) firm sends catalogues to many cities, so delivery is split and prices sit on a dated sheet.
A franchise needs the same material at every outlet: one approved file, one supply. A real estate brochure has its claims checked by your legal team.
FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) cartons need your quality team's sign-off on the label text.
Paper is sold by gsm (grams per square metre): more gsm means a thicker sheet. Coated paper is smooth and shows photos well. Uncoated paper is easier to write on.
Lamination adds a matt or gloss skin. Foil and spot UV (a glossy coat on one part, such as a logo) add shine, cost and days. One finish used well usually beats three.
A4 is 210 x 297 mm, A5 is 148 x 210 mm and A3 is 297 x 420 mm. Each ISO size is half the area of the next larger one.

Printers build most colours from four inks: cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK). A brand shade can also be a Pantone spot colour.
Pantone's Color Bridge guide sets each spot colour beside its closest CMYK match. Our view: expect a close match, so the proof is where you decide.

Adobe lists Expand Image, Upscale Image and Remove Background in Firefly, and says its outputs carry Content Credentials.
HP says its Indigo presses offer AI-based tools to automate production and predict downtime, and cut makeready and plates for short runs.
Our view: AI will speed up artwork prep and short runs, while colour sign-off stays with people. Ask us where AI fits your print.

Contractors trust the machine their peers run on site more than any brochure.

03Procurement checks you out long before your sales team is invited to talk.
04A buyer's interest fades fast when the enquiry reaches the right showroom late.
05Enquiries are easy to buy, but the sale is won or lost at the site visit.

GibaBrazilian Former Volleyball PlayerIt is printing done for a business to promote or run it: brochures, catalogues, cartons, labels, stationery and reports. It differs from office printing in paper choice, finishing, colour control and the quantities that can be run. Most jobs also need file preparation and delivery planning.
It depends on quantity, size, paper, finish, colours and delivery. We quote against a written specification after one conversation, within 2 working days. Printing is a separate line, so you can compare quotes on scope, not only the total. Ask every printer to price the same specification.
As planning guidance, time depends on the method, the finish and the distance. Digital short runs are usually quicker than offset, and foil or lamination add days. Late approvals cause most delays. We confirm the timeline in the quote. If you have a fixed date, tell us early and we plan backwards.
Digital usually suits short runs and jobs that change often, since it needs no plates. Offset usually suits longer runs of one job. Where it is close, we ask for both quotes and show them on the same specification. Paper and finish can look a little different between the two, so a sample helps.
A press-ready PDF or the design files, with fonts and images included, plus size, quantity, paper and date. If you have only a draft, we prepare it. We check every file against the printer's specification before it goes. If a font or image is missing, we tell you at once.
They will be close, never identical, since screens mix light and printers mix ink. A colour proof shows the real result before the run, and a Pantone reference helps with a brand shade. On colour-critical jobs we check the first sheets at the press.
Yes to both. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. We work hybrid and remotely, visit regularly and, when a job needs it, work at your site. Copies can go to one address or be split across cities.
No published case for this yet. In a first meeting we can look at your current brochure or pack and say what we would change. Our brochure and packaging design pages show the design side of this work. Send us a past job and we will say plainly what we would change.
