Advertisingagency in India
Advertising agency for Indian brands that want enquiries from TV, print, radio and outdoor. Each medium is planned for reach you can account for.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Reach people at scale, then count what it did.
Big money on TV, press or hoardings is easy to spend and hard to tie to sales. PromotEdge is an advertising agency that plans one campaign across TV, print, radio and outdoor for Indian brands.
It adds ad films and PR (public relations), then tracks the effect on enquiries and dealer orders.
Mainline, in plain words. Mainline advertising, also called ATL (above the line), is mass media that reaches lakhs of people at once: TV, newspapers, radio, cinema and big hoardings. People trust a name they have seen, and it gets more calls and dealer recommendations.
What an agency does. It plans the campaign, creates the idea and scripts, makes ad films and books media with proof that the ads ran. It also handles PR, and reports what changed in enquiries and dealer orders.
AI in advertising: today and next
Today
Ad tools now draft for you. Meta says Advantage+ creative can make image variations, stretch an image to fit Reels and Feed, and write alternative headlines, and each option can be switched off. Google says Performance Max can suggest headlines and descriptions, plus images, from your website, and asks you to review them, as approval is not guaranteed. So one idea reaches more sizes quickly.

Our view: resizing and trying versions will keep getting faster. The idea, the film, the press ad and the hoarding site still come from people who know your buyers, and we check every AI version against your brand rules before it runs. Pick the mediumby the job it must do.
| If you need to… | Start with | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Make a new brand known across a state or the country, fast | TV advertising, national or regional, with an ad film | Launches; categories families decide on together | High production and airtime cost; needs one clear idea |
| Announce a launch, an offer or a project in chosen cities | Newspaper advertising in the right editions | Credibility; real estate, education, retail; local-language editions | Short shelf life; time it around the news |
| Repeat a message cheaply in one city | Radio advertising | Retail offers, reminders, events | Audio only; the idea must land in 20 to 30 seconds |
| Own a city, a highway or the towns where your dealers are | Outdoor (OOH) advertising | Launches, dealer towns, routes into industrial belts | Site quality varies; insist on inspection and photo proof |
| Build trust with buyers, investors or journalists | Public relations | Credibility, search visibility, reputation | Coverage is never guaranteed; needs a real story |
| Run one idea on every medium at once | Creative and campaigns | Brands using two or more media in a season | A clever idea that doesn't sell is wasted money |
Cinema advertising in chosen cities and multiplexes works best as a supplement. Most plans combine two or three rows, such as regional TV with dealer-town outdoor, plus launch-day newspaper ads.

How mainline works with the other three pillars
A TV film or a front-page ad creates a burst of interest. What happens in the next hour decides whether it becomes enquiries, or clicks for your competitor.
Strategy sets the brief. Our strategy work decides who the campaign is for and the one thing it must say. Without that, a film, a press ad and a hoarding say three different things.
Digital catches the burst. Our digital team raises bids on your brand name, keeps landing pages and WhatsApp replies ready, and tracks branded search region by region. That is how we read what the advertising did.
BTL (below the line, meaning face-to-face marketing) closes the sale. At a dealer counter or on a site visit, our BTL team carries the same idea onto standees and activations, and the shop board.
One idea, every medium. The film and press ad share one idea with the radio spot and the hoarding. A typical set: a 30-second film and 10-second cut-down, a 20-second radio spot, press ads in two or three sizes, hoarding artwork, and versions for YouTube and Instagram.
Planned around your sales calendar. Durga Puja, Diwali, the wedding season and school admissions, plus the financial-year end, raise rates and clutter. We time bursts to when your buyers decide.
Regional first, national when it pays. For most mid-size brands, buy the TV and newspapers of the states where you sell, and radio too. Go national only when your distribution can turn it into sales.
Proof the ads ran. Spot-level reports for TV and radio, tear sheets (a copy of the printed page) for print, dated photos of every outdoor site. Outdoor printing and fabrication, and LED displays, are delivered within the PromotEdge group.
Measured, as far as it can be. We compare enquiries and WhatsApp messages, and branded searches (people typing your name into Google), in regions that saw the campaign against those that didn't, plus campaign-only numbers such as QR codes and offer codes. Before you spend, we say what we can and can't measure.
One report for all of it. Proof of release, enquiries, branded search and dealer feedback sit in one monthly report. The digital marketing page shows what it opens with.
Building demand. Offers bring sales this month. A name people remember brings them next year, at a better price.
Who we plan for. Corporate groups, listed companies, startups and firms that grew by selling, B2C (consumers) or B2B (businesses). Since 2015 our mainline work includes construction equipment and other industrial sectors. We work best with companies between ₹25 crore and ₹500 crore in revenue. For a company that size, one TV burst is a big slice of the year's budget.
How we'd start. We begin with the job the campaign must do: a launch, a new state, a festive dealer push, or a B2B name known before sales calls. We test in one or two states. If enquiries and branded search rise, we widen it. If not, we change the idea or medium first.
What we need from you. Sales by region, your dealer or store map, your festive calendar, and a straight answer on budget.
The honest part. If your budget buys only a thin TV presence nobody will remember, we'll tell you. The same money may do more on radio, outdoor near your dealers, or digital.
Our beliefChange is the only constant.

Where this works best.
Construction equipment
Contractors trust the machine their peers run on site more than any brochure.
02Building materials
The person who pays for the cement is rarely the one who picks the brand.
03Industrial & manufacturing
Procurement checks you out long before your sales team is invited to talk.
04Automotive
A buyer's interest fades fast when the enquiry reaches the right showroom late.
05Real estate
Enquiries are easy to buy, but the sale is won or lost at the site visit.
06FMCG
Your ad works for a rival if your product is missing from the shelf.
07Healthcare
Patients trust calm, clear information more than any discount, and the desk seals it.
What affects the cost of advertising.
Advertising has three costs: media (airtime, space, sites), production (films, artwork, printing) and our fees. We don't publish a price list; our cost guides show how each medium is priced. The smallest first step is a free 30-minute call with a strategist and a one-page plan, for projects we think we can help. We take a limited number.
What affects the cost
- Medium and reach. National TV costs many times one regional channel; a metro edition more than a district one.
- Size and position. Spot length (10, 20 or 30 seconds), ad size, page or time slot, site size.
- Timing and season. Prime time, festive months, big cricket tournaments and elections push rates up.
- Markets and languages. Each extra state can mean another film and press ad, plus a radio spot.
- Production. A studio film with actors costs more than an animated or factory-shot one. Outdoor printing and mounting are charged per site.
- Lead time. Last-minute booking leaves fewer slots and sites, and less room to negotiate.
How we quote
- We start with your goal, the markets you sell in and the months that matter most.
- We check what you ran before, and which media your buyers see.
- We write a media and production plan: channels, sites or slots, durations, languages and creative.
- You get the quote within 2 working days, with our fee, the production cost and the media rates on separate lines, before you approve any booking.
What you get in the quote
- The media plan: each channel, edition, slot or site, and its dates and current rates from the media owner.
- Creative work (the idea, scripts or artwork, and versions in each language) and production lines for films, radio, printing and mounting.
- Our planning and booking work, proof of release and reporting, and taxes as their own lines.
We quote a creative fee and a planning and buying fee, with media at actuals and production at quoted cost. Rate cards are public, but real rates move with negotiation and volume, and by season. You see current rates in writing, so compare quotes that show media and production apart.
What happensafter you ask.

A firm that turns a business goal into a campaign: the idea and scripts, then the media plan and booking, with proof that the ads ran. Full-service agencies also make films and handle PR. Ask how any agency will measure results; reach alone isn't one.
-
Often, if it is regional and focused. A regional-language channel in the states where you sell can cost far less than a national plan. TV and digital usually work best together: TV makes more people aware of you, and search catches them and counts the enquiries. On a small budget, start with search.
-
It depends on the paper, edition, size, colour and day. A small ad in one regional edition costs a fraction of a full-page colour ad in a metro edition. We buy through our media partners and share current rate ranges at planning. You see every rate in writing before booking.
-
Yes. We write and produce films for our clients, from script to final cut. Our in-house team of 65+ people does the work, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them. You see the script and storyboard before we shoot, and you approve the final cut.
-
Yes, more than most people expect. We track branded search volume. We also track direct and WhatsApp enquiries, as well as campaign codes and offers. We put areas with the campaign side by side with areas without it, and compare sales. Before you spend, we say plainly what we can and cannot measure.
-
Yes. Campaigns are adapted for the languages of the markets in the plan. Through our language partners we create content in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more. We adapt the idea rather than translate it word for word, so it sounds natural to local buyers.
-
In five steps: you tell us your goal and budget, and the markets you sell in; we write the plan; you approve the creative and every rate in writing; the ads run with proof of release; a report shows what changed. For festive-season TV and outdoor, start several weeks ahead.
-
Sometimes. Business papers and trade publications, plus outdoor around exhibition venues, reach buyers and dealers, as well as contractors. Mass TV rarely pays for a narrow B2B audience. Start where your buyers already look for suppliers, and add wider media only when your sales team can follow up the extra interest.
