“People arrive, but few reach the enquiry form.”
We draw the visitor's path and find the step where they stop, often one confusing button or a long form. We fix it first.

If a buyer has to think, they leave. Screens are tested with real users before anything is built.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Maybe visitors leave at the form, the menu or the checkout, and nobody can say why. PromotEdge studies how buyers use your website or app, then redesigns the screens so more of them enquire, book, buy or sign up.
UX (user experience) is how easily someone finishes a job on your screen. UI (user interface) is how it looks and feels. A pretty page with a confusing path still loses customers.
Choose this over our wider website design and development when the problem is how people use a screen, not whether you have one. We can stop at the design, and your developers build it.
| Part | What we do | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| UX audit | Screens, analytics and real phones | Ranked problems, with fixes |
| User research | Short talks with buyers; read sales calls | One page on who uses the screens |
| Journeys and wireframes | Map the main paths; plain layouts with real text | Journey maps, sitemap, layouts |
| Prototype and test | A clickable version tried by five or six users | A test report and a fixed prototype |
| UI design | Final screens for every device, aimed at WCAG 2.2 AA | Screen files developers can open |
| Design system | A shared kit of buttons, forms and colours | A short library |
| Handover and build review | A developer walk-through; a check of the live build | A list of differences to fix |
You can buy the audit alone, or the full design.
“People arrive, but few reach the enquiry form.”
We draw the visitor's path and find the step where they stop, often one confusing button or a long form. We fix it first.
“The site looks fine on a laptop and feels clumsy on a phone.”
We design at phone width first. WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) sets a floor of 24 by 24 CSS pixels for tap targets at its AA level. We aim higher on main buttons.
“The menu has grown with every new product, and nobody finds anything.”
We ask real buyers to find three things on your site and watch. Then we name and order the menu with the words buyers use.
“Customers and dealers keep phoning to ask what the site should answer.”
Those calls are free research. We read your last 50 calls and WhatsApp questions and build the answers in.
“The finished site never matches the design we approved.”
We give your developers a small kit of rules and review the live build before launch.
“We want a redesign, but fear paying lakhs on a guess.”
Start with an audit. Big losses often sit on a few pages. If three fixes will do, we say so.

We talk to your sales team, read analytics and the last 50 enquiries, and agree one job for each key screen.
Problems ranked by what they cost you. Some teams stop here and fix the list themselves.
We redraw the main journeys and layouts. You review plain layouts before colour makes choosing harder.
Five or six users from your market try it on phones. We note where they stall and fix it.
Final screens and the rules kit. These weeks are planning ranges.
We review the live build. What can't be measured can't be achieved, so weeks after launch we compare the numbers noted in week 1.

Our view: first drafts of screens will keep getting faster. Real users still decide whether a screen works, so we keep testing with people. Want us to look at your screens? Ask us.

No price list. These things move the number.
An audit, a website redesign and an app design are very different jobs, so each is quoted against a written scope.
Comparing quotes? Ask if real users test the design, who owns the files afterwards, and whether the live-build review is included.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
A typical website takes 4 to 6 weeks. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

A UX audit is a screen-by-screen check of your site or app that ends in a ranked list of problems and fixes. Yes, start there: it shows whether you need three fixes or a full redesign, so you do not pay for more than the problem needs.
It depends on screens, journeys, platforms, research depth and languages. An audit of one journey costs far less than the design of a full app. We quote against a written scope, with audit, design and testing on separate lines, so you can compare quotes fairly.
As a planning guide, an audit takes about two weeks, and a full design for a company website about two months before the build starts. One journey is quicker; a large app takes longer. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
Choose one that asks about your buyers and sales before it shows screens. Check three things: does it test with real users, agree a number to improve before design starts, and review the live build? If any answer is no, keep looking.
Usually five or six per round, then we fix what they found and test again if the scope allows. Jakob Nielsen's study for Nielsen Norman Group found five users find about 85% of usability problems. A larger app with several kinds of user may need more people, and we say so in the quote.
You meet the people doing your design work in the first week. Our in-house team of 65+ people does it, with industry consultants and partner agencies where needed. Your developers get a walk-through of the files from the designers, so the people who design and the people who build talk to each other.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India. Walk-throughs and tests run over video, and your prototype opens on any phone, so working across cities is normal for us. We visit at least every three months. In Kolkata? See our UI/UX design in Kolkata page.
Before design starts, we agree one or two numbers, such as form completions or checkout drop-off, and note where they stand. A few weeks after launch we compare them, using your analytics and lead record. For steady testing after that, see conversion optimisation.
