Your visitors build software. They will judge yours.

Bangalore buyers work in tech, so they spot a slow page, a broken form or a claim with nothing behind it. PromotEdge plans, writes, designs and builds sites for startups, tech service firms and builders, so the right visitor understands you in one scroll and asks to talk.

Design decides what each page says. Development is the code, speed and forms. Marketing brings visitors. One team does all three, so every page suits the searches and ads that feed it.

Our servicing team in Bangalore runs the work; you review on video calls and a preview link. The method is on website design and development; the city is on our Bangalore page. The same work for other cities is on our Mumbai and Delhi NCR website pages.

/ 03 Who is buying websites here

Four things about Bangalore that change the brief.

Public sources, checked on 4 October 2026.

1. Young companies. On 31 March 2026 Karnataka had over 22,600 DPIIT-recognised startups, second to Maharashtra. DPIIT is the central industry department. Their sites must explain, reassure investors and help hire.

2. Global tech centres. A GCC is a foreign firm's own tech unit in India. At the September 2024 launch of Karnataka's GCC policy, Bengaluru was said to hold "over 30 percent of the country's GCCs". The policy targets 500 new GCCs and 3.5 lakh jobs by 2029: targets, not results.

3. Tech parks. Embassy Manyata covers 121.76 acres, with 17.2 million sq ft to lease, 93% taken, as of 30 June 2026 (owner's page). Electronics City dates from 1978; its industries group claims over 140 members. Whitefield's tech park opened in 1994. One page per client type beats one long list.

4. Always online. TRAI counted 101.72 internet subscribers per 100 people in Karnataka in March 2026, against 76.59 for India, and 150.41 in towns and cities. Of 70.18 million, 64.20 million were on broadband.

City bodiesThe Greater Bengaluru Authority replaced BBMP from 2 September 2025; five corporations were notified that day.We fix old "BBMP" wording.

/ 05 How a Bangalore project runs

Six stages, with a preview link at each.

  1. 01

    One call, one goal

We ask what a good enquiry is: a demo, a pilot, a site visit or a CV. Your business first, the website second.

  2. 02

    Look at five rivals

We open the sites your buyers see, on a phone, and write pages to fill the gaps. Our job is to impress your buyers, not you.

  3. 03

    Words first, then looks

Each page gets its reader and next step in writing. You approve words before design starts.

  4. 04

    Your own photos

Your team and product, not stock suits. Our in-house team shoots, with partner agencies where needed.

  5. 05

    Build, test, break

We test on mid-range Android phones and slow networks, and try to break every form.

  6. 06

    Go live and count

Launch avoids festival weeks. Old addresses are forwarded; a monthly report counts enquiries by source.

Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A startup needs a short site it can edit weekly. A firm selling to GCCs needs proof pages and a named contact. A school or clinic serving local families may need Kannada pages. A builder needs one page per project.

  1. Start from the enquiry you want. A demo booking and a CV need different pages. One goal per page, in writing.
  2. Write before designing. Changing words costs minutes, changing a finished design costs days. A page plan you approve.
  3. Test on slow phones. Many Bangalore buyers open a site on a phone first, then judge it fast. Load times on a mid-range Android phone.
  4. Count where each enquiry came from. So you cut what brings none. A monthly count by source.

AI in website design: today and next

Today: AI search

Google says there are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. A page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet, and inclusion is not guaranteed. So clear, fast pages with real facts are the work.

Source: Google Search Central, AI features and your website, read 10 October 2026

Today: Kannada drafts

Google Cloud Translation lists Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi among its supported languages. We treat machine output as a draft and ask a native reader to check every line.

Our view: more buyers will meet your brand inside an AI answer first, so your pages need specific proof. Want us to check yours? Ask us.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of a website for a Bangalore firm.

Cost follows a written scope of every page and feature. Domain, hosting, plugins, stock images and travel are charged at actuals.

What affects the cost

  • Products, services or projects needing a page each
  • Links to a CRM (software that keeps your leads) or hiring tool
  • Kannada or other language pages
  • A sign-up, demo or login area
  • Moving an older site without losing Google visits

How we quote

  1. A call on buyers, launch date and sign-off
  2. A written scope, page by page
  3. Your edits, until it matches
  4. A quote with outside costs listed

What you get in the quote

  • Every page and feature, named
  • Change rounds at each stage
  • Tools it connects to
  • Help after launch

How it is billed

Way of workingWhen it fits

Not sure your site holds up?

Straight answers.

  • Your site is built by our servicing team in Bangalore. We work hybrid and remotely, talk daily and visit at least every three months. For some jobs one of our team works at your office, so approvals and fixes do not wait for a flight.

  • We won't call ourselves that. Open three sites each firm built, on your phone. Ask who writes the words, whose name holds the domain and code, what changes will cost later, and whether the firm can show you the enquiries a site brought.

  • Yes, and we prefer it. One team plans the site and the SEO (search engine optimisation) or ads, so every page suits the searches that feed it. You get one monthly report on enquiries, and one team to call when something needs fixing.

  • No law we know of requires it. Karnataka's 2024 rule covers signboards, not websites. English usually suits business and overseas buyers; Kannada helps local families trust you. Our language partners write Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, and we test whether a page earns enquiries.

  • For one event page, usually yes. The summit runs 17 to 19 November 2026 at BIEC on Tumakuru Road. A page can be ready within days of a clear brief. Mysuru Dasara (11 to 21 October), Kannada Rajyotsava (1 November) and Deepavali (8 November) slow approvals.

  • Often not yet. A few clear pages are enough: what you make, who it is for, proof and a demo button. We build on a system that grows, so you add pages later without starting again, and you pay for the size you need today.

  • A company website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to build. Visitors you send by ads, email or a QR code can enquire the week it goes live. Google visits take months, because new pages need time to be found and trusted.
