What we believe
Change is the only constant.

A Ludhiana dealer searches on Google first and phones after, so the website has to work before the call comes. PromotEdge plans search, ads, websites, newspapers, Akashvani radio and fair stalls. You see what each rupee brought back.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Ludhiana is a factory city next to a farm university, and a plan built for only one of them wastes money on the other. PromotEdge plans search, ads, websites, social media, newspapers, radio and stalls for businesses selling across Punjab.
Then we judge the work by the enquiries and sales it brings.
A straight word on how we work: our servicing team is based in cities across India, most of the work runs online in hybrid mode, and we talk every day. We come to Ludhiana at least once every three months. We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
Before we suggest any media, we ask how many enquiries you get in a month, where they come from and how many end in a sale. A seed dealer at a Kisan Mela and a shop in Field Ganj will answer very differently. What can't be measured can't be achieved. So we test small, read the results and grow only what works.
One team can plan strategy, advertising, digital marketing and BTL (below the line: stalls, events and shop branding). Then a Kisan Mela stall, a Hindi newspaper ad and your Google listing carry one offer.
These facts would move money from one line of your plan to another.
1. A farm state with factories in it. PRS Legislative Research projects Punjab's GSDP (gross state domestic product, the value of all it makes in a year) at ₹9,80,635 crore for 2026-27. That is 10% more than the year before. The state's own site lists machine tools, textiles, sewing machines, scientific instruments and electrical goods among its main manufacturing sectors. Hero Cycles shows two plants in Ludhiana. So many of your buyers are other businesses: dealers and purchase managers who search on Google and then phone.
More on the city's size, the Punjabi and Hindi mix, the fairs in the fields and who this fits, with sources.
The 2011 Census counted 34,98,739 people in the district. Its own site calls Ludhiana “one of the fastest-growing cities in India”. Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) calls itself the “Mother of the Green Revolution”. That was the 1960s and 70s farm boom that lifted India's wheat and rice output. Hero Cycles, which calls itself “India's Largest Manufacturer of Bicycles”, lists its head office on G T Road. So your next buyer may be a farmer at a fair, a dealer on that road or a purchase manager in a plant.
2. Punjabi first, Hindi close behind, and phones everywhere. Punjabi is the state's official language, and the district site lists it as the district's language. At the 2011 Census, Wikipedia reports, 67.00% of people in the city gave Punjabi as their mother tongue. Another 29.24% gave Hindi. The Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) checks newspaper sales. It lists four papers with a Ludhiana edition: three in Hindi and one in Punjabi. TRAI, the telecom regulator, counted 95.30 internet subscribers per 100 people in Punjab in March 2026. The figure for India was 76.59. So a shop or a clinic selling to families usually needs Punjabi and Hindi, in print and on phones.
3. Fairs in the fields set the calendar. PAU says it began India's first Kisan Melas (farmers' fairs) in 1967 and holds the Kisan Mela twice every year. The Qila Raipur Rural Olympics runs every February. Dharti De Rang, a festival of Bhangra and Giddha (Punjabi folk dances) and Punjabi food, is listed for November 2026. The state names Lohri, Holla Mohalla, Diwali and Dussehra as its major festivals.
Who this fits. Makers of machine tools and electrical goods can start at industrial manufacturing. Dealers and parts sellers can start at automotive. Fashion and apparel brands can build on the state's textile base, and event companies can work to the fair list. For farm buyers there is rural marketing.
Farmers and villages around Ludhiana. We would start where your farm customers already go: the dealer, the market yard and the Kisan Mela. Then we add WhatsApp and search to follow up. The district has 916 villages and 13 Market Committees (the bodies that run farm produce markets), so the plan changes the media, the language and the budget.
Do your buyers work the farm, the factory floor or both? Tell us who buys, and we'll say where we would start. Tell us who buys
Ludhiana has no private FM station on the government's list. Pick one of its four listed papers by the language your buyers read, and ask for its reach. A stall plan for the Rural Olympics, held every February, should start in the autumn before each fair.
| What | In Ludhiana | What it means for your plan |
|---|---|---|
| Private FM radio | None. The government's list of private FM stations on 30 March 2026 has no entry for Ludhiana. It does list Amritsar and Chandigarh. | Radio money goes to Akashvani, print or search. |
| Akashvani (All India Radio) | Vividh Bharati Ludhiana at 100.1 MHz. The government's June 2017 card lists ₹280 gross for a 10-second spot in category I (6.30 to 10 am and 7 to 11 pm). That is the government's rate, not ours. | A public benchmark; we ask for the current card before you plan. |
| Newspapers | ABC lists Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar and Punjab Kesari in Hindi, and Jag Bani in Punjabi. | Pick by the language your buyers read, and ask each paper for its reach. See newspaper advertising. |
| G T Road and the vehicle claim | The Grand Trunk Road runs through the city, and the Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Museum sits on it at Bhattian. The district site says Ludhiana “has got the highest per capita vehicles in India”, with no figure or year. | A road-heavy city may suit roadside outdoor, once the Municipal Corporation confirms its site rules. |
| Qila Raipur Rural Olympics | Every February at Qila Raipur village, about 20 km from the city. The 2027 listing shows 2 to 10 February, with free entry. The tourism department claims over a million spectators, with no counting method. | The 2027 edition is in February, so its stall plan starts in autumn 2026. |
| Halwara airport | The terminal was inaugurated on 1 February 2026. All India Radio reported the first commercial flight, Air India from Delhi, on 15 May 2026. The older Ludhiana airport had just 628 passengers in 2025-26, by the Airports Authority of India's table. | Delhi flights have run since May 2026, so a visiting buyer can fly in for a dealer meet or a launch. |
| Service: SEO | Manufacturers that business buyers look for on Google, in a state with 95.30 internet subscribers per 100. | SEO (search engine optimisation: showing up on Google without paying per click) starts with product pages a buyer can find and call from. We begin with English and Hindi. Punjabi pages need a partner's yes first. |
| Service: Website design and development | Small and medium manufacturers that need a catalogue and dealer pages. Also farm-input or farm-equipment firms that meet farmers at PAU's Kisan Melas. | Fast pages on phones, a product catalogue, a dealer enquiry form and call and WhatsApp buttons. |
| Service: Stalls, events and rural marketing | Kisan Melas twice a year, the Rural Olympics every February and Dharti De Rang in November 2026. | Stalls and dealer meets timed to those dates. |
Facts checked on 4 October 2026 from the pages and reports named above. The service rows are our plan, not a promised result.
We do not publish a price list. After a first talk we write down the scope and quote against it. Media, printing, venues and travel are charged at actual cost.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Monthly retainer | Search, ads and social work, reviewed monthly. Minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
| Fixed project | A catalogue website or one fair campaign. A website usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, and we confirm other timelines in the quote |
| Media at cost | Paper space, airtime, sites, stalls and ad spend |
Compare quotes line by line. Ask what GST, ad spend and travel add, and who does the work.

Ludhiana clients are served by a servicing team based in cities across India, mostly online, in hybrid mode.
Meeting you. The first talk is a video call, so you do not wait for a trip. After that we visit Ludhiana at least once every three months, at your office, your plant or a fair. For some clients, a team member works from the client's office or plant.
Online, papers and radio. The servicing team runs your search, ad, website and social work online. The ad accounts are opened in your company's name, so you keep them. We book the papers your buyers read, and Vividh Bharati, since Ludhiana has no private FM. You see every rate before you say yes.
Stalls and events, languages, and what changes the cost.
Stalls and events. A stall at a Kisan Mela or a dealer meet is planned with you and delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. Printing is handled through the same partner.
Languages. Through our language partners we create content in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more. Our team checks it. Punjabi is Ludhiana's main language but is not on that confirmed list. If your buyers need it, tell us early and we confirm whether a partner can take it on.
What changes the cost:
The expertise that fits your business, and the places we work.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupOur servicing team is based in cities across India, and an in-house team of 65+ people runs your account. We talk every day, mostly online, and meet you in Ludhiana at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your office or plant.
No agency can answer that honestly, and one that says it can is guessing. Ask each agency four things. Who will write my Hindi copy, and who checks Punjabi? Which Ludhiana papers have you booked, and at what rate? Whose name are the ad accounts in? Can I read a monthly report from a current client, with the name hidden?
Punjabi is the city's largest mother tongue and Hindi the second, so many plans use both. Our language partners write the English and Hindi versions, and our team checks them. For Punjabi, tell us early and we confirm whether a partner can take it on.
Not on a private station. The government's list of private FM stations on 30 March 2026 has no entry for Ludhiana. Akashvani's Vividh Bharati is on air from Ludhiana at 100.1 MHz. So print, search and phones usually carry more of the plan.
Dharti De Rang is listed for November 2026, so plan its media well ahead. The Qila Raipur Rural Olympics is listed for 2 to 10 February 2027. PAU holds its Kisan Mela twice every year, so ask PAU for the next dates before you commit to a stall.
Maybe, but we could not find Ludhiana's rules online. On 4 October 2026 the Municipal Corporation's website was not loading. The Punjab Local Government site showed only building bye-laws. So before you pay for any site, we write to the Corporation's advertisement branch and wait for its answer. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
