Website, search, ads, WhatsApp, reviews and the booking desk, planned as one system and counted in appointments booked and kept.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
In healthcare, the money leaks in the gaps between channels, and each vendor's report still looks fine. PromotEdge plans the website, search, ads, social media, WhatsApp and reviews of diagnostic centres, clinics, dental clinics and wellness businesses together, from the first search to the kept appointment.
It also sets up the CRM and automation behind them. That way, more enquiries turn into appointments that are booked and kept. We have worked across India since 2015.
This page is for diagnostic centres and labs, clinics run as a business, dental clinics, wellness centres or multi-branch groups. See our healthcare marketing page for how patients choose.
We do not run promotion or lead generation for hospitals or individual doctors, because a patient who chooses a doctor on promotion rather than skill may be at risk. We do website design and systems work for them: see our hospitals page and doctors page.
The services that make up one plan, counted in appointments booked and kept.
Test and service pages with a short booking form, fast on basic phones.
A complete profile for every branch, and pages patients find.

WhatsAppA polite request after the visit, and a reply to every review.

“Home-collection requests pile up in the morning, and the collector reaches late.”
Show free slots on the booking form, send the collector's arrival window, and run ads only where a route has room. Tracking shows each booking's source.
“Our branches differ. One answers WhatsApp in minutes, one never does.”
Set one reply rule and one report line for every branch, so you see which one slips. We plan all your digital marketing together.
“Patients come once for a check-up and never come back.”
Let a CRM (customer relationship management: software that keeps every enquiry and follow-up) remind patients when a repeat test is due, if they agreed.
“Our booking form asks eleven questions, including the illness, and breaks on phones.”
Cut the form to name, phone, service, branch and time, because a diagnosis has no place in a marketing form. Conversion rate optimisation then tests it on phones.
Which leak sounds like your centre? Tell us, and we'll tell you where the appointments go missing. Tell us which leak
We start small: one or two branches, a month of numbers, then more money where patients book.
We search, call or WhatsApp your branches as a patient would. With mystery shopping, we log each reply time.
Each test or service gets a fast page with a short booking form, built by our website team.
Every branch gets a Google Business Profile, and service pages get search engine optimisation (SEO). Google search ads or Meta ads come in only where slots stay empty.
Plain posts and video never promise a cure. Every missed call gets a call-back. WhatsApp is only for patients who agreed. Reputation management answers reviews without patient details.
Every enquiry carries a source tag, and the CRM sits in accounts you own. AI tools that sort enquiries are checked by a person first. Each month you see booked and kept appointments, and the cost per kept appointment (spend divided by patients who came).
Our beliefWe believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
Want to see where your appointments leak? A free 30-minute strategist call and a one-page plan. We take on a limited number and will tell you honestly if it is a fit. We can't do magic alone. The more involved you are, the faster you see results.
Families still pay much of the bill themselves, so price, trust and speed decide. The leaks sit between the channels.
In 2022-23, households paid 43.4% of India's health spending out of their own pockets, down from 64.2% in 2013-14. The government's share rose from 28.6% to 43.7%. Many families still pay the bill themselves, so price, trust and speed decide where they go.

Our view: for a routine test, a patient asks a doctor or family and finds a lab near them on Google Maps. They compare price, timing and reviews, often on an app. For a scan or a package, they compare for longer. They drop out when the price is unclear, the slot is late or nobody picks up.
You can keep one phone number on every listing, answer calls and reviews within a day, and ask patients before you message them. Medical wording, licences and accreditation are not ours. They come from your doctors, your lawyer and the accreditation board. We cannot promise bookings.
We follow the patient first, because the leaks sit between channels. We fix the front door before ads, because ads sent to a weak page waste money. We start with one or two branches for a month, then move budget to where patients book and turn up.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupWe won't claim to be right for everyone. Ask each agency, including us, for a sample monthly report showing booked and kept appointments by branch, not only clicks. Ask them to test-call your booking desk first. Check that your site and accounts stay in your name.
Split it by how patients decide, not in equal shares. Routine tests are booked close to home, so local search and Google Maps do most of the work. Home collection needs ads only where routes have free slots. Bigger scans and wellness packages need reviews and clear explainers.
Yes, if you track sources, not illnesses. Give each campaign its own number and link, and keep names and conditions in your own CRM. The Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 needs free, specific, informed consent that is as easy to withdraw as to give. General guidance, not legal advice.
Fixing leaks is the quickest win: faster call-backs and shorter forms can lift bookings within weeks. Search ads add calls soon after launch, once tracking is in place. Reviews and content build over months, and SEO takes 3 to 6 months. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
We don't publish a price list, because a single dental clinic and a multi-branch chain need very different plans. Cost depends on branches and services, your booking flow and the channels you need. A written quote follows within 2 working days of a 30-minute call.
