Exporters, newsrooms and expo halls. Each needs its own plan.

Noida firms do not all buy alike, so one plan for the whole city wastes money. PromotEdge runs search, ads, websites, PR and social media for firms in Noida and Greater Noida, and judges the work by the leads and sales it brings in.

Here is what we usually see. A software firm wants clients abroad, a handicraft exporter wants buyers at a fair, and a mall brand wants people at its counter this weekend. We start with who buys from you.

Our Delhi team works with you by video call and shared screens. We meet you in Noida at least once every three months, and come in for workshops, shoots and show days.

One team plans your digital marketing and advertising: SEO (showing up on Google without paying per click), PR (getting your story into the news), website and exhibition stall, so they tell one story.

How we deliver it, and why

  1. Map who buys, and from where. A software exporter and a mall brand need different plans. A one-page buyer map.
  2. Fix the website and LinkedIn first for export buyers. They judge you there before they call. A site that answers a buyer's checklist.
  3. Book Delhi FM and papers only if you sell across NCR. Both are priced for the whole region. Every rate before you sign off.
  4. Work back from show dates. Stalls and landing pages need weeks, and October is crowded. A calendar with dates.
  5. Report every month. What can't be measured can't be achieved. Leads and cost per lead.

Go deeper: Noida's media, outdoor and local economy

Radio and papers

Akashvani's FM Gold 100.1 and FM Rainbow 102.6 list ₹1,100 per 10 seconds at the top rate (card from June 2017; not our price). The ABC list shows The Hindu with a Noida edition, and Hindi titles under New Delhi. Amar Ujala lists a Noida office at C-21, Sector 59.

Outdoor and metro

In August 2024, Greater Noida Authority planned to let ad rights on 76 unipole sites for 7 years; self-lit unipoles were not allowed and each was to carry a QR code. Delhi Metro's 2017 co-branding round covered 14 stations for 10 years each, including Golf Course, Noida Sector 16 and Noida Select City. Ask who holds a site now before you pay.

Local economy

The Uttar Pradesh government's One District One Product portal says the district "has emerged as a key centre for textile, apparel, electronics, and engineering industries", with readymade garments as its product. On 25 June 2025 the Centre approved a Rs 417 crore electronics cluster of about 200 acres, to be developed by YEIDA; the report expects Rs 2,500 crore of investment, a forecast and not a result.

Companies and bodies

Havells' own site lists its corporate office at QRG Towers, Sector 126, Noida (registered office New Delhi). Business Today reported in July 2018 that Samsung's Sector 81 plant, on 35 acres, was targeting nearly 120 million phones a year. Wikipedia lists Paytm and Dixon Technologies as based in Noida. The Cement Manufacturers' Association and the World Association for Small & Medium Enterprises are listed at Noida by government pages.

AI in marketing for Noida firms: today and next

Today: Google

Google says no special optimisation is needed for AI Overviews or AI Mode. A page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. For an exporter, that means a clear, crawlable site with product and certificate pages.

Next

Our view: buyers will ask AI tools for suppliers before they search, so plain, dated facts on your site matter more. See AI and systems, or ask us how it applies to your firm.

/ 03 The Noida market

Where Noida's buyers come from.

Three facts about Noida shape most of what we suggest here.

1. Software exports, and a new belt along the expressway. STPI (Software Technology Parks of India, which helps IT firms export) opened its Noida centre in 1993, the first in Delhi-NCR.

Its registered units exported ₹60,429.89 crore of software in 2024-25. That covers STPI Noida's whole area, with six sub-centres from Dehradun to Gorakhpur, so it is not Noida alone.

YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) looks after 2,689 sq km across six districts. Its projects include the new airport, Film City in Sector 21, a Medical Device Park and a Logistics Park.

Uttar Pradesh had 21,960+ recognised startups by 31 March 2026, a state total and not a Noida count. Many Noida buyers compare suppliers online before they call.

2. Hindi and English media, bought at Delhi scale. TRAI (the telecom regulator) counts Noida in the Delhi area, with Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad: 68.92 million internet subscribers in March 2026. One person can hold two connections.

The government's FM list (30 March 2026) has no Noida entry; the private FM city is Delhi, with 9 stations. Radio and big papers suit brands selling across NCR (Delhi and the cities around it).

3. A trade-fair rush that runs into the festivals. India Expo Centre & Mart is full in October 2026: IHGF Delhi Fair (Autumn) 13 to 17, Renewable Energy India Expo and The Battery Show India 22 to 24, CORCON 29 to 31, LOUPE India 29 October to 1 November.

Bharat Mobility Global Expo uses the same grounds, with two Delhi venues, from 4 to 9 February 2027. Delhi's 2026 holiday list puts Dussehra on 20 October and Diwali on 8 November. Exhibitors: have stall, brochures and landing page ready early. Shops: book festive media before Dussehra.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of marketing in Noida.

After a first call, we write down the scope and quote against it within 2 working days. Media, stall builds, venue fees and travel are billed at actual cost, and you approve each one first.

What affects the cost

  • Who you sell to: buyers abroad, shoppers across NCR, or both
  • Trade shows: stall size, hall and number of days
  • Channels: online only, or with Delhi FM, papers and outdoor
  • Ad spend on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, paid to them and not to us
  • Languages: English only, or Hindi versions too
  • Timing: October brings shows and festivals together, so book early

How we quote

  1. A first call about your buyers, at home and abroad, and your show dates
  2. A review of what you run today: site, ads and social media
  3. A written scope: monthly work and one-time projects apart
  4. A quote with media, stall and venue costs on their own lines

What you get in the quote

  • The monthly work for each channel, and what is a separate project
  • Who owns the ad accounts, written down
  • Show work: stall size, hall, days and lead follow-up
  • The monthly report and the review call

Putting two quotes side by side? Match them on scope, GST, who owns the ad accounts, and whether media is inside the number.

Selling from Noida or Greater Noida?

Tell us who you sell to.We'll show where to spend first.

Or leave your number. A strategist calls you in one working day.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • We serve Noida through our servicing team, based in cities across India. We work hybrid and remotely, talk daily and meet you in Noida at least every three months. When a job needs it, we place our team at your site.

  • Nobody can prove that, so we won't claim it. Judge agencies on proof: work in your sector with numbers you can check, who runs your account each week, and the scope in writing with media costs apart from fees. Ask to see a real monthly report.

  • Yes. Greater Noida and Jewar are in the same district as Noida, and YEIDA's area runs along a 165 km expressway across six districts. If your site or your buyers are there, the plan covers it. Send us your sector or site address and we will set the ad areas.

  • Yes. Most media around Noida works in Hindi or English, and our language partners write either, and other Indian languages. We often test both and keep the one that brings cheaper leads. Hindi often suits shoppers; English suits software and export buyers.

  • For 2026, time is tight: Dussehra is 20 October, Diwali 8 November, and India Expo Centre has four shows between 13 October and 1 November. Start stall and media work six weeks before. Diwali 2027 is 29 October (central government list): start by July.

  • Not directly. The Delhi Outdoor Advertising Policy 2017 covers Delhi's municipal corporations and the New Delhi Municipal Council; Noida is in Uttar Pradesh. We check permission for every site before you pay. General guidance, not legal advice. Ask any vendor to show the written permission for your site.

  • Yes. We plan the stall design, brochures, landing page and follow-up ads around a show. The on-site build is delivered within the PromotEdge group, with consultants and partner agencies where needed. One person leads for the whole show, from brief to follow-up.

  • A short monthly report shows leads, cost per lead (what one lead costs you on average) and the sales you share with us. It also says what failed and where we would move the money next. You get the same report whether the month was good or bad.
