What we believe
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.

Agra's shoe makers sell to buyers far away, while its hotels sell to visitors deciding on a phone. PromotEdge runs Google search, paid ads, websites, Hindi newspapers and radio for both, and for craft exporters and shopkeepers. Every month you see what each rupee brought back.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A shoe buyer in another city picks a maker from a catalogue at night, and a visitor near the Taj Mahal picks a hotel from a phone that afternoon. As a digital marketing agency for Agra, PromotEdge handles Google search, paid ads, websites, social media, Hindi papers and radio for shoe and craft makers, hotels and shopkeepers.
Each month you get a plain report on which rupee brought which enquiry.
Our first step is your own sales record: who bought last season, how they found you and what each sale cost. Next comes a small test, such as four weeks on one of Agra's four private FM stations or four in a Hindi daily. Then we scale what works. One team handles digital marketing, advertising and BTL (below the line, meaning stalls, events and shop boards). Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We are in touch every day, and we come to Agra at least once every three months.
Visitors search by the name of a sight, not by the name of your hotel.
02A shop owner comparing shoe makers has ten tabs open and has never met you.
03Monuments set the rules for outdoor ads, so every site must be cleared before it goes up.
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
Where should your first rupee go in Agra? Three facts help you decide. The first is here; two more are in the fold below.
1. Visitors who decide on a phone. The district names four main sights: the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri and Etmad-ud-daulah. Agra airport handled 2,57,031 passengers from April 2025 to March 2026, says the Airports Authority of India. That is up 52.7% from 1,68,362. It is a small airport, but its traffic is growing. A hotel, guide or restaurant near any of these sights competes with many others for the same search. So start with your Google listing: the sight you are nearest to, opening hours, photos and a phone that answers. Our hotels and resorts page says more.
Where Agra stands and what its record shows: shoe and craft makers, plus Hindi papers and internet use.
Agra stands on the Yamuna, 206 km south of New Delhi and 378 km west of Lucknow. The district's website gives 4,027 sq km and 44,18,797 people, which is the Census 2011 count. It lies in the Braj cultural region and on the Delhi, Agra and Jaipur circuit called the Golden Triangle. UNESCO lists three World Heritage Sites here: the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, both from 1983, and Fatehpur Sikri, from 1986. So your next customer may be a traveller on a phone that afternoon, or a shoe buyer reading your catalogue at night. They need different plans.
2. Makers who sell beyond the city. The district's economy page says Agra can make more than 1.5 lakh pairs of shoes a day. It says Agra supplies about 65% of India's domestic shoe need. That 65% is the district's own claim, with no year or source on the page. It counts about 60 organised shoe units, 3,000 tiny units and about 30,000 household artisan units. About 70 units export, and the page puts Agra's shoe export turnover at about Rs 450 crore, again with no year. Handicrafts add about 13,000 workers in zari-zardozi (gold-thread embroidery), marble and stone carving and carpets. There are 116 exporting units. A buyer who finds your catalogue at night should see sizes, materials, the smallest order you accept and a WhatsApp button. The factory and fashion pages say more. Our job is to impress your customers, not you.
3. Hindi at home, English for export buyers. The Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) audits newspaper sales. Its member list shows three papers with Agra editions: Dainik Jagran, Hindustan and Amar Ujala, all in Hindi. For the state, TRAI (the telecom regulator) put internet use at 62.82 subscribers per 100 people in March 2026, against 76.59 for India. That is a state figure, not Agra's. So a shop or clinic should speak Hindi first, while a shoe or craft exporter writes in English for the buyer abroad.

Agra has four private FM stations and three Hindi dailies. A 2010 law limits building near monuments, so ask the authority before booking a board near the Taj Mahal. Then test one medium for four weeks and count the calls.
| What | In Agra | What to do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Private FM radio | Four private FM stations on the government's list of 30 March 2026, at 91.9, 92.7, 93.7 and 94.5 MHz. | Book one station for four weeks, with a phone number used nowhere else, so its calls show what it earned. |
| Akashvani | Akashvani's primary channel for Agra is on 1530 kHz. Its June 2017 card lists Rs 500 for a 10-second spot in film and music shows and Rs 300 in spoken-word shows. That is the station's rate, not ours. | The card is old, so ask the station for today's rate. |
| Hindi dailies | ABC lists Dainik Jagran, Hindustan and Amar Ujala with Agra editions. | Print one offer in one paper, then count the calls and visits it brought. |
| Outdoor near monuments | A 2010 Act bars building within 100 m of a protected monument. Work in the next 200 m goes to the National Monuments Authority (NMA). Applications go through the NMA's online portal, NOAPS, from 1 July 2025. | The Act's text does not mention hoardings, so ask the competent authority before booking any site near the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort or Fatehpur Sikri. |
| Service: Advertising | Four private FM stations, Akashvani's 1530 kHz channel, three Hindi dailies and outdoor sites that may sit under the monument rule. | We pick the medium your buyer already uses, test it for four weeks and keep what brings enquiries. |
| Service: SEO | Hotels, guides, craft sellers and shoe makers all compete for searches from visitors and buyers. | SEO (search engine optimisation) means showing up on Google without paying for each click. It works well with one page for each product, room type or workshop. |
| Service: Website design and development | Export catalogues for the shoe and craft exporters the district counts, and booking-ready sites for hotels. | Pages built for phones, with a form plus call and WhatsApp buttons, tested month by month. |
Each row names its source, checked on 4 October 2026, and the service rows describe our plan, not a promise.
Prices are not listed on this site. First comes a 30-minute call with one of our strategists. Then we write what we would do for you in Agra and price each part on its own. Media space, permissions, printing and travel are billed as the owner charges them.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Monthly retainer | Steady work with a monthly review; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
| Fixed project | A catalogue site for exporters, or one season's push; timeline confirmed in the quote (a website is usually 4 to 6 weeks) |
Bring last season's sales record. We will read it with you and say plainly what is worth testing first in Agra. Get a growth plan
We have worked since 2015. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode.
Meeting you. We begin on a 30-minute video call with one of our strategists, so no one waits for a trip. A written quote follows within 2 working days. Once you approve, we speak every day. We come to Agra at least once every three months to see your shoe unit, craft workshop, hotel desk or shop. For some clients, a team member works from their office or plant.
Online work and media, boards and stalls, languages, and how boards near a monument are handled.
Online work and media. Google, Meta, website and social work is done online, and the ad accounts stay in your company's name. We book the three Hindi dailies, Agra's four private FM stations and Akashvani's 1530 kHz channel. We show you each rate first.
Boards, stalls and events. A shop sign, trade stall or event stand is planned with you. It is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. A board near a monument starts with the site owner and the competent authority, not with a quote. The competent authority is the officer the government names. Printing is handled through the same partner.
Boards near a monument, in detail. The National Monuments Authority (NMA) has 2 months to reply, and the competent authority then has 1 month to decide. Applications go through the NMA's online portal, NOAPS. The Act's text never uses the words hoarding or advertisement, so it does not settle whether a board frame counts as construction. As of 4 October 2026 we found no published Agra municipal hoarding rules, so we quote none.
Languages. Through our language partners we create content in many Indian languages. Hindi, the language of all three ABC papers for Agra, is one of them. For export buyers, the partners can also write foreign languages such as French or Spanish, so tell us your markets early.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupOur servicing team is based in cities across India, and an in-house team of 65+ people backs your account. Most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We speak to you daily and visit Agra at least once every three months. A team member works from your site when a job needs it.
An agency that praises itself above all others is not worth trusting, so we will not. Ask every agency you meet, us included, for work in your own trade: a shoe unit, a craft exporter or a hotel near the Taj Mahal. Then ask who owns the ad accounts and who writes your Hindi.
The district says Agra supplies about 65% of India's domestic shoe need, a claim with no year given. Buyers compare many Agra makers in one evening. So show what is yours: the range, the smallest order and a clear way to ask for prices. Start with an English catalogue site, then add Google search and LinkedIn outreach to business buyers.
Many visitors come on the Delhi, Agra and Jaipur circuit, so say how to reach you from the nearest sight. Name that sight in your Google listing and on your site, keep hours and phone right, and add a WhatsApp button. Then test one small Google ad before you spend more.
A 2010 Act bars building within 100 m of a protected monument, except by an archaeological officer. In the next 200 m, building work needs advice from the National Monuments Authority, and its advice is final. The Act never mentions hoardings, so ask the competent authority before you pay anyone. General guidance, not legal advice.
Yes, as a small test. The government's list of 30 March 2026 shows four private FM stations in Agra. Akashvani's primary channel is on 1530 kHz. Book four weeks on one, with a phone number or WhatsApp link used nowhere else. If no messages come, move the money to Google ads or one Hindi daily.
