SEO (search engine optimisation) is the work of showing up on Google without paying for each click. Your buyers may search by landmark, such as a clinic near AIIMS or a hostel near IISER.

Bhopal has big institutions, Hindi dailies, four FM stations and a lakeside calendar, so no single channel does the whole job. PromotEdge runs search, ads, websites, Hindi dailies and FM for clinics, colleges, tourism firms and plant suppliers. Every month you see what your money brought back.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Bhopal is a lake city and also the state capital, so its buyers include families and institutions, and each decides in a different way. As a digital marketing agency for Bhopal, PromotEdge plans search, ads, websites, social media, Hindi dailies and FM for clinics, colleges, tourism firms and plant suppliers here.
Every month we show you which channel brought the enquiries.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We are in touch every day, and we visit you in Bhopal at least once every three months.

The Upper Lake, Van Vihar and Bharat Bhavan give you pictures that could only be Bhopal. The district says Begums (queens) ruled the city from 1819 to 1926, so heritage stories are there too.
Clinics and colleges here need sites that open fast on a phone. A tour operator selling Sanchi and Bhimbetka needs a page for each day trip.
Three facts decide where your first rupee goes. One is below, and two more are in the fold.
1. A calendar of fairs and visiting months. The district website says the Bhopal Utsav Mela is held in January at Dussehra Maidan. The Manua Bhan Ki Tekri fair falls on Kartik Purnima, the full moon of the Hindu month Kartik. MP Tourism says the best time to visit Bhopal is August to February. That is the window for a hotel, a travel desk or a guide selling day trips to Sanchi, Bhimbetka and Bhojpur.
Why Bhopal sells to families and institutions, and the papers, radio and phones they use, with sources.
Bhopal is the capital of Madhya Pradesh (MP), and the district website says two lakes dominate the city. MP Tourism calls it the city of lakes and keeps its head office here. The metro company, MPMRCL (Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation), has its depot at Subhash Nagar. So you may sell to a family near the Upper Lake, or to a team that buys for an institution, and each needs a different plan. We know digital inside out, and we think like an Indian business.
2. Big institutions, and the people around them. Bhopal is the state capital, and its district held 23,68,145 people in Census 2011. AIIMS Bhopal (the All India Institute of Medical Sciences) at Saket Nagar runs a medical college, a nursing college and emergency care. That matters to healthcare brands. IISER Bhopal (the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research) has a campus at Bhauri with ten departments, which matters to education brands. BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, a maker of power equipment) lists its Heavy Electrical Plant at Bhopal among its manufacturing units. That matters to industrial manufacturing suppliers. In February 2025 Bhopal hosted the state's Global Investors Summit. Union Home Minister Amit Shah said it produced MoUs (written promises to invest, not money spent) worth ₹30.77 lakh crore. Those are promises, not orders.
3. A Hindi paper that began here, and phones below the India average. DB Corp says Dainik Bhaskar started in Bhopal on 13 August 1956. ABC (the Audit Bureau of Circulations, which audits newspaper sales) lists three papers with a Bhopal edition. Two are Hindi: Dainik Bhaskar and Patrika. One is English: The Times of India. Four private FM stations and two Akashvani channels serve the city. TRAI, the telecom regulator, counted 62.13 internet subscribers for every 100 people in Madhya Pradesh in March 2026, against 76.59 for India. That is a state figure, not Bhopal alone.
Our beliefWe can't do magic alone. The more involved you are, the faster you see results.

Bhopal has four private FM stations and three dailies, two in Hindi and one in English. Run two stations for a month and ask every caller which one they heard. Tour desks can sell day trips to Sanchi, with the distance on the page.
| What | In Bhopal | What it means for your plan |
|---|---|---|
| Private FM radio | The broadcasting ministry's list of 30 March 2026 shows four stations: 92.7, 93.5, 94.3 and 98.3 MHz. | With only four stations, run two for a month and ask every caller which one they heard. |
| Akashvani (All India Radio) | Primary Channel on 1593 kHz and Vividh Bharati on 103.5 MHz. The June 2017 government rate card gives Primary Channel Bhopal ₹660 gross per 10-second spot for film and music and ₹440 for spoken word. These are the station's rates, not ours. | A public rate to hold any radio quote against, though the card is old. |
| Dailies | Dainik Bhaskar and Patrika in Hindi, The Times of India in English. | Hindi for Bhopal's families and shops, English for institution buyers. |
| Metro | The 7.2 km Priority Corridor has run commercially since 20 December 2025, and MPMRCL publishes a bus connectivity map. | Add your nearest Priority Corridor stop and bus stop to your Google listing. |
| Airport | 15,81,305 passengers in 2025-26, down 1.4% from 16,03,251, says the Airports Authority of India. | With air arrivals down 1.4%, ask your guests how they came before you plan a tourism push. |
| Bharat Bhavan | Opened on 13 February 1982 by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and designed by Charles Correa, with wings for fine arts, theatre, poetry, music and cinema. An autonomous trust runs it. | Ask the trust about filming or stalls before you promise a client a shoot. |
| Upper Lake and Van Vihar | MP Tourism gives the Upper Lake as 36.1 sq km and calls it "the largest man-made lake in india", its own claim. The Van Vihar park beside it covers 445 hectares. | Both give a family brand a background only Bhopal has, but check each site's photography rules first. |
| Day trips | MP Tourism gives Sanchi as 49 km from the city, Bhimbetka rock shelters 45 km, Bhojpur Temple 29 km and Jagdishpur 15 km. | Tour desks can sell each as a day trip, with the distance on the page. |
Checked 4 October 2026; the Akashvani rates are from the 2017 card.

Our servicing team is based in cities across India. We have worked since 2015, mostly online and in hybrid mode.
Meeting you, and running the work. We start with a video call, speak every day and come to you in Bhopal at least once every three months. For some clients, a team member works from the client's office or plant. For some jobs we add industry consultants or a partner agency. Search, ads, the website and social posts are run online, and the ad accounts stay in your name. Buyers in Delhi, 741 km away by the district's count, or in Mumbai, 789 km away, will meet your website before they meet your shop. We book the four FM stations, Akashvani and the Hindi and English dailies for you.
How we plan, test and run each kind of work in Bhopal, and what else can change your quote.
Our first call is about your numbers. Then we test small, such as two weeks of Google search against two weeks on one of Bhopal's four FM stations, and back the winner. We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck. One team plans your digital marketing, advertising and BTL work. BTL (below the line) means meeting buyers in person, at stalls, events and shop displays.
Stalls, events and signage. A stand at a fair such as the Bhopal Utsav Mela, or a shop-front sign on a Bhopal road, is planned with you. It is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy, with partner agencies where a job needs them. Printing is handled through the same partner.
Hindi and other languages. Through our language partners we create content in English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more. Two of the three papers on Bhopal's ABC list are Hindi, so we would start most plans here in Hindi. If your buyers need another language, tell us early and we confirm whether a partner can take it on.
What else changes the cost. Season: tourism work peaks between August and February, and the January mela books early.
Boards and venues. We ask the municipal corporation, and venues such as Bharat Bhavan, what they allow, and any charge goes on its own line.
The expertise that fits your business, and the places we work.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupOur servicing team is based in cities across India, and an in-house team of 65+ backs your plan. Most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We talk every day and visit you in Bhopal at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.
Nobody can honestly name one for you, and we won't try. Ask every agency, us included, who writes your Hindi copy, who owns the ad accounts and how a lead is counted. Then ask which of Bhopal's four FM stations and three ABC-listed papers they would test first, and why. Pick the answers you can check.
Two of the three papers on the ABC list for Bhopal are Hindi, and Dainik Bhaskar began here. For shops, clinics and tour sellers that serve families, we would start in Hindi. A college or clinic that wants students and patients from other states should add English.
On 4 October 2026 we could not find a published hoarding rule or rate card for the Bhopal Municipal Corporation, so we quote none. Before any board is booked, we ask the corporation in writing and show you its reply. The district website gives average rainfall as 992 mm, so boards and stalls must stand the monsoon. Not legal advice.
The district website says the Bhopal Utsav Mela is held in January at Dussehra Maidan, so plan stalls and ads before each January. MP Tourism puts the best time to visit at August to February, so start tourism ads by July. The Manua Bhan Ki Tekri fair follows the Hindu calendar, so check its date each year.
Yes, from one plan. The district website puts Indore about 200 km from Bhopal and lists Sehore, Raisen, Vidisha, Guna and Rajgarh as nearby districts. It counts 614 villages in the district, so radio and the Hindi dailies matter beyond the city. Each town needs its own look at papers, radio and cost line. See our Indore page.
