Outdoor advertising for developers, clinics, industrial makers and brands launching in a city. An outdoor site is worth what your buyers see of it, so each one is chosen and proved.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Outdoor money is wasted when the site is picked from a rate card instead of from where buyers actually pass. Outdoor advertising, also called OOH (out-of-home), is any advertising people see outside their homes: hoardings, transit, airports, malls and digital screens.
PromotEdge plans, books and proves such campaigns for Indian brands, so your money goes to sites your buyers pass.
Outdoor suits the business that grew by selling and now wants to be wanted in a place: a premium range launched in a city, a plant known along a highway, a developer's new project.
It works for construction-equipment and industrial makers on routes into industrial belts, real-estate launches and clinic and diagnostic branches opening nearby.
Here is what we usually see: money lost to boards hidden behind trees, unlit after dark or never put up. We believe in process, so every shortlisted site is inspected and photographed before you approve it.
If your budget buys only two or three average sites, we'll say so. The money may do more in search or in a few strong sites near the point of sale.
Junctions, highways, flyovers and city entry points, rented by the site, usually by the month. Common sizes include 20 × 10 ft, 30 × 15 ft and 40 × 20 ft; every site differs.
Bus shelters, bus panels, stations, platforms and trains, sold by panel, wrap or station package. Repeated reach among commuters and office-goers.
Arrivals, belts, atriums, lifts and screens, sold by unit by the week or month. Business travellers, premium buyers, shoppers and launches.
Roads, malls, airports and office parks. Screens rotate several advertisers, change the message by time of day, and can be bought for short bursts, some programmatically.
Where your buyers live, travel and shop, plotted against available sites. Each shortlisted site is checked and photographed for angle, lighting, traffic and clutter.
Current rates for every site, booked for your dates through our media partners. Artwork adapted to each size with short copy that reads at speed.
Flex, vinyl and lit-board production and mounting, plus active LED displays, handled within the PromotEdge group.
Dated, geotagged photographs at mounting, night photographs for lit sites, spot checks during the run, and QR codes or campaign numbers where the aim is action.
“We paid for a hoarding and never saw it up.”
You get dated, geotagged photographs of every site at mounting, night photographs for lit sites, and spot checks. A damaged or dark site is reported and taken up with the media owner.
“The site looked great in the photo, but it faces away from the traffic.”
We inspect viewing angle, distance, obstructions, lighting and clutter before booking. A site that fails doesn't go on your plan.
“We have no idea whether outdoor brought a single enquiry.”
Outdoor can't count who looked, but it can be read. QR codes or a campaign-only number, and enquiries and branded search in areas with sites against areas without.
“Our dealers want boards in their towns, and we can't manage forty vendors.”
One plan covers every town, one team books the sites, and printing and mounting sit within the group. You get one report, site by site.
“By the time we decide, the good festive-season sites are gone.”
We start shortlisting several weeks before the sites must be live, and hold the best options while you decide.
“Every vendor quotes a different rate for the same junction.”
You see the current rate for every shortlisted site, in writing, before you approve anything.
“All our best sites sit with one media owner, so he sets the price and the dates.”
We compare owners and sites for the same junction or highway, so you always have a second option.
“The hoarding brought calls, but they all went to one phone and nobody wrote them down.”
We help set up a CRM (one place where every enquiry is kept and followed up), a campaign-only number for each area, and a rule for who calls back.

What the campaign must do (be seen, launch, drive footfall, back up dealers), where, for how long and on what budget.
Your market mapped against available sites, with photographs, rates and why each site is there.
Every shortlisted site checked on the ground before you approve. Weak sites are dropped, not padded.
Sites booked for your dates, artwork adapted to every size, then printed and mounted on the media owner's schedule.
Dated, geotagged photographs at mounting, night photographs for lit sites, and spot checks during the run.
A site-by-site report at the end, with whatever response the campaign was set up to track.
A dealer-led maker needs boards in dealer towns and on highways into industrial belts. A D2C (direct-to-consumer) brand launching in a city adds a QR code or campaign number to count response. A franchise puts sites near each outlet.
In India, hoarding and billboard usually mean the same thing: a large board on a frame beside a road. Unipoles and gantries are the same idea on a pole or a bridge across the road. DOOH is the digital-screen part of OOH.
ASCI, the Advertising Standards Council of India, describes itself as an independent, voluntary self-regulatory organisation that keeps Indian ads fair and honest under its code. Claims on any ad, boards included, are worth checking against that code before print.

Google's help page says the Gemini web app works in more than 70 languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and Marathi. That helps with first draft lines for boards in a local language. A native reader still checks every line.

Our view: mock-ups and copy options will get faster. Standing at the site, checking the angle at night and getting the licence stay human work. Want us to look at your plan? Ask us.

Contractors trust the machine their peers run on site more than any brochure.
02The person who pays for the cement is rarely the one who picks the brand.
03Procurement checks you out long before your sales team is invited to talk.
04A buyer's interest fades fast when the enquiry reaches the right showroom late.
05Enquiries are easy to buy, but the sale is won or lost at the site visit.
06Your ad works for a rival if your product is missing from the shelf.
We can't do magic alone. The more involved you are, the faster you see results.
Media is rented site by site, and printing and mounting are charged separately. You see the rate for every site before you approve. Delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy.
When you compare outdoor quotes, check that every site is named, the booking length is the same and printing and mounting are included or priced. For public media rates, read our cost guides.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.
The same work in your city and your industry, and the services that go with it.
Outdoor advertising, also called OOH (out-of-home), is any advertising people see outside their homes: hoardings, unipoles, bus shelters and station or airport panels. DOOH is the digital-screen part, where screens rotate several advertisers, while a static hoarding runs one message for the whole booking.
Hoardings are rented by the month. The rate depends on the city, location, size, lighting and booking length: a large lit site at a busy metro junction costs many times more than one on a district highway. Printing and mounting are extra.
Long enough for the same people to see it again and again. A month is the usual unit for static sites, launches often run longer, and digital screens can be bought for shorter periods or specific hours. We confirm the plan in your written quote, with sites and dates.
Ask for proof. You get dated, geotagged photographs of every site at mounting, night photographs for lit sites, and spot checks during the campaign. Damaged, blocked or dark sites are reported to you and taken up with the media owner at once.
Partly. Outdoor can't count who looked, so we measure what can be counted: site quality, proof of display, and response through QR codes, campaign numbers, branded search and enquiries in areas with sites compared with areas without. You get a site-by-site report.
Good sites in busy locations are often taken well ahead, especially before festive seasons and elections, so start shortlisting several weeks before launch. Media owners hold the permissions for their sites, and we confirm that before booking. New structures need local approvals.
Yes, when it is targeted. B2B means selling to other businesses. Good sites are highways into industrial belts, trade-show venues and dealer towns, such as the grounds of a construction-equipment show. We shortlist sites from the routes your buyers and dealers actually travel.
