Parents choose a school once and stay for years. We help them choose yours, from nursery to class 11.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A school choice can last ten years, so parents rarely decide from an ad. PromotEdge runs digital marketing for school owners and admissions teams, together with open houses and school tours, plus neighbourhood outdoor.
You and we judge it on two things: more parents visit, and more entry-class seats fill. We have worked with schools across India since 2015.
The buyer of a school is a parent. Parents ask neighbours, read the society WhatsApp group, walk around the campus and check the bus route. Your marketing has to pass each small test.
A school has three front doors: nursery and class 1, mid-school transfers, and class 11 after class 10 results. Each needs its own message and follow-up.

| When | What we do | Why it works for a school |
|---|---|---|
| After results | Collect real photos, video and results with evidence, and parent consent. Fix one admission page per entry class. | Proof gathered now is current. |
| Before forms open | Open-house invitations, ads along your bus routes, newspaper and outdoor near housing societies. | Most school choices are local. |
| The admission window | Small-group tours, same-day call-backs, fee answers on WhatsApp, class 11 stream sessions. Every enquiry sits in one CRM (customer relationship management) list. | Class 11 students have a say, so we reach them through parents. |
A monthly report shows enquiries, tours, forms and admissions by entry class.
Parents judge a school on small, visible things. Say only what a parent can check, and get consent for every child's photo.
India's schools had 1,02,73,020 teachers in 2025-26, 8.3 percent more than in 2022-23. The pupil-teacher ratio was 10 in foundational classes, 12 in preparatory, 17 in middle and 21 at secondary. A parent may ask your class size, so know your own number.

Our view: parents ask neighbours, read the society WhatsApp group, then walk the campus and check the bus route. They drop out at a vague fee answer, a crowded tour with no teacher to talk to, or a call that never comes.
You can write one fee sheet, name who answers each question and collect parent consent for every photo. You can show real classrooms and results with evidence. We cannot promise admissions, marks or results, set your fees or decide who gets a seat. Your principal and adviser decide those.
We start with last year's enquiries by entry class, because one weak step usually hides in the numbers. We plan the tour around what parents check, because families decide on the walk. We gather proof early, with consent, because true claims take time to collect. We report tours, forms and admissions.
ASCI: the Advertising Standards Council of India. It calls itself an independent self-regulatory organisation for fair and honest advertising, and its education guidelines name schools.

“Nursery fills. Classes 6 to 9 stay empty.”
Give mid-school families their own search ads and a transfer page with seats by class and documents.
“Parents ask about fees on WhatsApp. Staff aren't sure.”
Write one fee sheet with each charge on its own line, and send the same answer on WhatsApp every time.
“Our open house was crowded, but few filled the form.”
Plan the tour around what parents check, such as toilets, the infirmary and the bus bay.
“One angry parent post undid a month of ads.”
Reply with a private call and a fix, then a calm public answer. Reputation work also asks happy families for honest reviews.
“Parents ask about the bus. Our ads talk about smart classes.”
Lead with bus routes, the gate, CCTV and staff checks, on one clear website page.
“We're a new school with no results yet.”
Show what exists today, and shoot the real campus with our video team. ASCI (the Advertising Standards Council of India) expects campus visuals in ads to be real.
“Some enquiries never get a call back.”
Put every enquiry in one list with one owner, and reply with the fee sheet at once.

Ask each agency how it counts admissions, not only enquiries.
School ads speak to parents about children. Your adviser signs off every claim.
Results and toppers. ASCI's education guidelines name schools. Marks, rankings and toppers must be from the latest completed year, with evidence.
How students are shown. No students giving up sleep or meals, no low scorer shown as a failure, no false urgency such as "last few seats".
Admission without screening. Section 13 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009 bars capitation fees and screening. The Ministry says no tests or interviews, and a public admission policy. Private unaided schools admit at least 25% of class I or pre-primary children from disadvantaged groups.
Children's data. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, under 18 is a child. A photo with a name or marks needs a parent's verifiable consent. No tracking or targeted ads aimed at children.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.
The expertise that fits your business, and the places we work.
It makes your school easy for nearby parents to find, online and on the street. It turns interest into tour visits, with clear answers on fees and safety. It helps staff follow up every enquiry and keeps result claims honest.
Start with last year's numbers, class by class: where families came from, how many toured, how many joined. Most schools find one weak step, such as slow call-backs. Fix that first, then add ads. We test one entry class on a small budget, then scale.
Yes, when it shows real school life to parents. Short videos of classrooms and the bus routine do more than posters of toppers. Aim ads at parents along your bus routes, not at students, and get a parent's consent before any child appears. Our social media work runs both.
It depends on how many entry classes and branches you market, the media you use and how much real content you have. We don't publish a price list. We quote after a free 30-minute strategist call. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call.
Yes, if the claims are true and current. ASCI's guidelines mean the latest completed academic year, with evidence, and only students who completed that exam with you. A student's photo, name and marks need a parent's consent. Never show a lower scorer as a failure. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
