What we believe
We know digital inside out, and we think like an Indian business.

In Nagpur, a hoarding needs the municipal corporation's permission before it needs a clever idea. PromotEdge books boards, radio and papers only after the permit, the rate and the script are checked.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Buyers pick an advertising agency in Nagpur for the boards it keeps legal and the Marathi and Hindi copy it gets right. One board without permission can draw a fine of ₹500 for every day it stays up after notice.
PromotEdge plans and books press, radio and outdoor ads for Nagpur's shops, clinics, colleges and firms, then counts the enquiries each medium brought.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, so most of the work runs online in hybrid mode. We talk every day and visit you in Nagpur at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.
This page covers only what is different about media in Nagpur. How we plan mainline media anywhere is on our advertising service page. Outdoor, or OOH (out of home), means boards and screens people pass in the street. The rest of the city is on the Nagpur overview.
We prepare the NMC application, keep the renewal dates in one sheet and book only sites whose owner can show the permission. Mounting is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy, with partner agencies where a job needs them. Printing is handled through the same partner.
02Lokmat, Loksatta or Daily Sakal for Marathi readers. Dainik Bhaskar or Lokmat Samachar for Hindi. The Hitavada for English. Our language partners write the Marathi and Hindi ads and our team checks them.
03Which of the six private stations, whether to add Akashvani, and which hours. Every station gets its own phone number, so the calls tell you which one worked.
04One idea written for the weeks that matter. Lokmat's Diwali annual, Deepotsav, is on the ABC list, so we ask early for its pages.
05A paper ad makes people search. TRAI counted 98.23 internet subscribers per 100 people in Maharashtra in March 2026. Google ads and Meta ads put your name there.
06Rates in writing before you agree. After release you get a copy of each ad, station logs and dated site photos, with enquiries counted by medium.

Each comes from a public source, checked on 4 October 2026. The first two are here and two more are in the fold below.
1. Outdoor starts at the NMC portal. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has a Skysign Licence Department. Its portal lets an agency apply for hoarding, kiosk and shop-board permissions through an agency login, and its fees are charged per month by type of display. We read that rate card before we draw a plan, because both the fee and the fine depend on the board.
2. The state government visits every winter. The district's website says Nagpur is the seat of the assembly's annual winter session. Dates change each year, so we confirm them before we book anything near that time.
Two more facts: print in three languages, and radio with a public rate card.
3. Print runs in three languages. The Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) audits paper sales, and its member list shows Marathi, Hindi and English dailies with Nagpur editions. Lokmat also publishes a Diwali annual called Deepotsav. We never print readership numbers, because the list has none. We ask each paper for its own reach data, and compare that with the price.
4. Six private stations, and one public rate card. The ministry's list of 30 March 2026 shows six private FM channels in Nagpur. Akashvani publishes its gross rates by programme type and time band, and its card is dated 1 June 2017. Those are the government's rates and not ours, but they give you something to hold a private quote against. Our first plan is usually one paper and one station for a month, each with its own phone number.
Nagpur has dailies in three languages and six private FM stations. Boards, kiosks and shop boards go through the NMC portal, and a late or illegal board costs money every day. Keep one sheet per board with its form, deposit and renewal date.
| Item | What the public record says | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| The NMC portal | The Skysign Licence Department lets an agency apply for hoarding, kiosk and shop-board permissions. Its downloads include the 2022 sky-sign rules, Form A, a renewal Form B, a security deposit sheet, a kiosk list and a list of temporary board locations. | One sheet per board: the form, the deposit and the renewal date. |
| The rate card | The Schedule of Rate is headed "w.e.f. 01.04.2023" and cites a resolution dated 11.10.2024. Fees are listed per month by type of display, such as a hoarding, a vehicle board or an illuminated board. | We read the sheet with you before budgeting. We quote no per-item figure here. |
| Penalties and late payment | A fine of ₹500 for every day a breach continues after notice. A late fee adds 10% of the permit fee up to 3 months and 25% up to 6 months. After 6 months the NMC may end the permission. | A late renewal costs more each month, so each date has one named owner. |
| The city body | The NMC began in 1864 and now works through 10 zones: Lakshminagar, Dharampeth, Hanuman Nagar, Dhantoli, Nehru Nagar, Gandhi Mhal, Satranjipura, Lakadganj, Asinagar and Mangalwari. | Our site list names the zone of each board. |
| Private FM | Six channels at 91.1, 91.9, 92.7, 93.5, 94.3 and 98.3 MHz. Nagpur is category A on the ministry's list of 30 March 2026. | Choose by listener and hour, then compare each station's written rate. |
| Akashvani | Primary Channel, 585 kHz: ₹660 and ₹440 per 10 seconds by programme type. Vividh Bharati, 100.6 MHz: ₹500, ₹440 and ₹330 by time band. | Gross rates on the government card of 1 June 2017, not our prices. |
| Dailies | Audit Bureau of Circulations members with a Nagpur edition. Marathi: Lokmat, Loksatta, Daily Sakal. Hindi: Dainik Bhaskar, Lokmat Samachar. English: The Hitavada, The Times of India, The Economic Times. | Marathi for families, Hindi next, English for company buyers. |
| Roads and rails | Wikipedia says the Samruddhi Mahamarg runs 701 km from Nagpur to Thane, with its first stretch opened on 11 December 2022. It says the metro's two lines opened in full on the same day. | These are routes buyers travel. We found no site list or rate for them, so we check before we suggest any. |
| Airport | 30,07,734 passengers in 2025-26, up 3.9%. Of these, 96,174 flew international. | Most travellers are domestic, so plan for Indian visitors first. |
| 14 October | Wikipedia says Dr B. R. Ambedkar took up Buddhism at Deekshabhoomi on 14 October 1956, and that pilgrims gather around the anniversary. | Any offer near that date should be quiet and respectful. |
Rows checked against their sources on 4 October 2026. Rows citing Wikipedia are leads to confirm. Naming a paper or station does not make it our partner. The outdoor rows are not legal advice.
The full steps are in the fold below.
Who buys from you, in which language, near which part of the city, and your key date.
Marathi, Hindi or English paper, which stations and hours, and outdoor only where the permission can be shown.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
The rest of the steps, from clearing each board to counting what came back.
The NMC permission for every hoarding, kiosk or shop board, the renewal date, and the deposit line on our sheet. A site without a permission is dropped from the plan.
One idea, written fresh in Marathi, Hindi and English by our language partners, then sized for each paper, spot and board. Nothing is booked before your written yes.
A phone number, QR code or offer code for each medium. Your monthly report shows the cost per enquiry from each.
We keep our rates off this page by choice. After one conversation we write the scope and quote against it. Space, airtime, board fees, printing and mounting are billed at the owner's or supplier's price, shown before you approve.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Season burst | One push, such as the Diwali weeks or a showroom opening; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Monthly retainer | Releases through the year, with a monthly enquiry report; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
Ask for a free growth plan: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists and a one-page plan. We take on a limited number, and tell you honestly if yours is a fit. What cannot be accounted for cannot be achieved, so every medium gets its own count.
The deposit line, and what to ask when quotes differ.
Deposits. The NMC portal lists a security deposit sheet. We ask the NMC for the amount, show it on its own line and mark it separate from our fee. Comparing Nagpur quotes? Ask each agency who applies to the NMC, whether the Marathi copy is written or translated, and whether the report counts enquiries for each medium.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

It chooses where your ad runs, writes it in the right language, books the space and checks it ran. For a Nagpur board that also means the NMC permission. We then count the calls from each medium, so next month's money goes where the phone rang.
It depends on the paper, the language, the size, the page and the day. We ask each paper for its written rate for your date and size, so no price here would be honest. You see every price before you approve, and a written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call.
The NMC's portal takes applications from an agency through an agency login. We prepare the application with you, track the renewal date and book only sites whose owner can show the permission. If you already hold a permission, we check its end date. General guidance, not legal advice.
Each medium gets its own phone number, QR code or offer code, so a caller can be traced to the ad. Every month your report shows enquiries and cost per enquiry for each one. Money then moves from the weak medium to the strong one.
We won't claim that, and nobody can prove it. Ask every agency, including us, three things. Can you show the NMC permission for each board? Who writes the Marathi copy? Will my report count enquiries for each medium? Pick the plainest answers.
