/ 01 Advertising agency in Jaipur

Hindi papers, radio and outdoor, checked before they run.

An advertising agency in Jaipur earns its fee by choosing the right Hindi paper, station and licensed site, then proving which one made your phone ring. PromotEdge plans and books press, radio and outdoor ads for Jaipur's jewellers, hotels and traders, and counts the enquiries from each.

Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We come to Jaipur for planning days and launches, and to review with you at least every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.

This page covers only what is different about Jaipur. Our advertising service page explains how we plan mainline media anywhere. Outdoor, or OOH (out of home), here means hoardings, boards and screens people pass in the street. The Jaipur overview covers search and social media.

/ 03 Why Jaipur needs its own plan

Five facts that shape a Jaipur media plan.

Each comes from a public source, checked on 4 October 2026. The first two are here; three more are in the fold below.

Hindi print does the heavy lifting. Three Hindi dailies with Jaipur editions belong to the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), which audits paper sales. They are Rajasthan Patrika, Dainik Bhaskar and Punjab Kesari. Patrika dates from 1956 and runs 38 editions in eight states. Bhaskar's Jaipur edition began on 19 December 1996. So a plan for family buyers usually starts with a Hindi paper.

The walled city is a World Heritage Site. UNESCO listed it in 2019. Byelaws from 1970 and a 2009 change to the Municipalities Act control how its building fronts look. On 7 August 2026, the Rajasthan High Court ordered a stop to unapproved building work there. It asked the authorities to "restore the heritage look of the Pink City", starting with four market roads. The order is about building work, not ads. Still, in our view any board on a walled-city shop front needs written approval first.

What the three buyers want, plus three more public facts: radio ownership, Akashvani rates and the metro.

The Jaipur market for advertising

Businesses that look for an advertising agency in Jaipur tend to want one of three things. A jeweller wants a new collection noticed, in a city that GJEPC, the gem and jewellery export council, calls "the global centre for coloured gemstones". A hotel wants rooms filled before the season. A new showroom wants people through the door in its first month. Our jewellery and travel and tourism pages show how those buyers decide.

Two paper groups also own radio stations. Jaipur has six private FM stations on the ministry's list of 30 March 2026. The ones at 94.3 and 95.0 MHz belong to the groups behind Dainik Bhaskar and Rajasthan Patrika. So we ask each group for a joint paper-and-station quote, then compare it with buying the two apart.

Akashvani publishes its rates. Its Primary channel in Jaipur is on 101.2 MHz. The government card dated 1 June 2017 lists a 10-second spot there at ₹660 in film-music shows and ₹440 in talk shows. These are government rates, not ours. We confirm the current rate before booking.

Shoppers come by metro, and visitors by air. The metro's first phase runs about 12 km, with 11 stations and about 60,000 riders a day. Its underground stations at Chhoti Chaupar and Badi Chaupar serve the walled city's main market squares. Jaipur airport handled 56,27,147 passengers in 2025-26, and its international traffic rose 9.2%. For a jeweller or a hotel, that traveller is often the buyer.

/ 04 Jaipur's media, rules and dates

What is on offer, and what needs care.

Jaipur has Hindi dailies and six private FM stations. The walled city is a heritage zone. A High Court order of 7 August 2026 deals with unapproved building work on four market roads. So take extra care with shop-front boards there. Book January press and radio early.

Hindi dailiesRajasthan Patrika, Dainik Bhaskar and Punjab Kesari: ABC members with a Jaipur edition.First choice for family buyers. We ask each paper for its own reach data.
English dailiesThe Times of India and The Economic Times are ABC members with a Jaipur edition. First India calls itself "Rajasthan's own English Newspaper".For office buyers, exporters and B2B (business-to-business) offers.
Private FM91.1, 93.5, 94.3, 95.0, 98.3 and 104.0 MHz. Jaipur is category A on the ministry's list of 30 March 2026.Choose by listener and hour, then compare each station's written rate.

/ 05 How a Jaipur campaign runs

From first callto counted enquiries.

More steps are in the fold below.

  1. 01

    Start with the buyer

Who buys from you, where they live or stay, which paper they read, and your key date.

  2. 02

    Choose the media

Hindi or English press, which stations and hours, and outdoor only on licensed sites along your buyers' routes.

Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

The rest of the steps, from clearing each site to counting what came back.

How the work runs in Jaipur

Clear each site

The city's permission for every outdoor site, a heritage check inside the walled city, and printing handled through the same partner.

Write, then book

One idea, written fresh in Hindi and English by our language partners, and sized for each paper, spot and board. Think creative. Act on numbers. Nothing is booked before your yes.

Count what came back

A campaign-only phone number, QR code or offer code for each medium. Your report shows the cost per enquiry from each.

/ 06 Cost

What affects the cost of advertising in Jaipur.

We keep our rates off this page by choice. After one conversation we write the scope and quote against it. Space, airtime, sites, printing and mounting are billed at the owner's or supplier's price, shown before you approve.

What affects the cost

  • Language: Hindi, English or both; each adds a script and often a paper
  • Papers and radio: which dailies, ad size and day; how many of the six private stations, and whether Akashvani is added
  • Outdoor: walled-city sites need more checks, and some can't be used
  • Season: January's festival weeks and Gangaur in April fill early

How we quote

  1. A first call and a written media plan naming each paper, station and site, with reasons
  2. City permission for each outdoor site, checked before it enters the quote
  3. A written line-by-line quote within 2 working days of that first call, which you can approve, trim or turn down

What you get in the quote

  • Each paper, edition, ad size, language and date
  • Each station, time band, spot length and spot count
  • Each outdoor site, its size, months and permission on file

How it is billed

Way of workingWhen it fits
Season burstOne push, such as January's festival weeks or a showroom opening; timeline confirmed in the quote
Monthly retainerReleases through the year, with a monthly enquiry report; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop

Straight answers.

  • Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. Calls and shared reports keep us in touch every day, and we meet you in Jaipur at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.

  • Often both. Hindi is the main language, with Rajasthani, Dhundhari and Marwari also spoken. Start in Hindi for families and shop customers. English papers suit office buyers, exporters and many visitors. Through our language partners we write in Hindi, English and more, plus French or Spanish for foreign tourists.

  • Only with written approval, and we would check twice. Byelaws control how the walled city's building fronts look. In August 2026, the High Court ordered a stop to unapproved building work there, starting with four market roads. Outside the walled city, we book licensed sites only. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

  • It depends on the station, the hour, the spot length and the weeks on air. The government card of 1 June 2017 lists Akashvani's Jaipur Primary channel at ₹660 per 10-second spot in film-music shows. The six private stations quote their own rates. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call.

  • Press and radio can usually be booked within days. Outdoor takes longer, because each site's permission is checked first. Teej 2026 fell on 15 and 16 August. The Kite Festival is on 14 January 2027. The Jaipur Literature Festival runs from 14 to 18 January. Gangaur follows on 9 and 10 April 2027. Start planning January by early November.

  • We won't claim that, and nobody can prove it. Ask every agency, including us, three things. Which Hindi paper suits my buyer, and why? Can you show the city's permission for each outdoor site? Will my report count enquiries by medium? Pick the one with plain answers.
