What we believe
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.

Three Gujarati dailies, five radio frequencies and no published hoarding rule that we could find: a Vadodara media plan needs care. PromotEdge books nothing until the media and the site are checked.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
An advertising agency in Vadodara earns its fee by matching each message to the paper or station its buyer already uses, in the language that buyer reads. PromotEdge plans and books press, radio and outdoor ads for the city, then counts the enquiries each one brings.
Mainline media means paid space in newspapers and on radio. Outdoor, or OOH (out of home), means hoardings and boards that people pass in the street. This page covers only what is different about Vadodara. Our advertising service page explains how we plan media anywhere.
A plant buyer and a student's parent seldom read the same paper. We plan by buyer and language first, and by medium second. The Vadodara overview covers our online work.
We match each paper to the buyer who reads it and ask the paper for its own figures in writing. Our language partners write Gujarati, Hindi and English ads, and our team checks them.
02Which of the four private stations, whether to add Vividh Bharati, and which hours. Each script is written to the length of its spot.
03We book a site only when its owner shows the permission and the terms in writing. Mounting is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy.
04Before we suggest a station, bus or airport ad, we find out what space is for sale and who sells it.
05The same offer, cut to fit a paper ad, a 10-second spot and a board, in the language each buyer reads.
06Rates in writing before you agree. After release you get tear sheets, station logs and dated site photos, with enquiries counted by medium.
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
Each comes from a public source, checked on 4 October 2026. Two are here and three more are in the fold below.
1. Three Gujarati dailies, and one is audited. The Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) checks newspaper sales. Among Gujarati dailies, only Divya Bhaskar shows a Vadodara edition on its member list. Gujarat Samachar and Sandesh are not on that list, so for them we ask for figures in writing before any booking. The table below names the sources.
2. Radio has five frequencies and one price card. The ministry's list of 30 March 2026 shows four private FM stations, at 91.1, 92.7, 93.5 and 98.3 MHz. Vividh Bharati is on 93.9 MHz. A government card dated 1 June 2017 lists a 10-second spot there at ₹390, ₹330 or ₹280, by time band. Those are old rates from the government card, not ours.
The other three facts: the rail and road corridor, the airport and the missing hoarding rule.
3. The railway and the highway both pass through the city. The district says the Delhi-Mumbai railway line and national highway pass through Vadodara. It calls the city a major junction on Western Railway. The National High Speed Rail Corporation lists Vadodara as one of 12 stations on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet-train line. Its homepage showed no opening date on 4 October 2026. So station and highway sites reach people who do not live here. We ask who sells the space and on what terms. See transit advertising.
4. The airport is busy and mostly domestic. Vadodara airport handled 12,98,410 passengers in 2025-26, which is 2.7% more than the 12,64,148 of the year before. Almost all of them flew on domestic routes. We have not seen a published rate list for airport space, so we ask the operator what is for sale. Our airport advertising page explains the usual formats.
5. No hoarding rule has been found. On 4 October 2026 the city corporation's tender list showed no tender for advertisements, hoardings, bus shelters, unipoles or advertisement rights. Its building rulebook, dated 12 October 2017, is a PDF over 10 MB that we could not open. That is not permission to put up a board. We ask the corporation and the owner in writing before one is booked. See hoarding advertising.
Vadodara has one audited Gujarati daily, four private FM stations and Vividh Bharati. We found no hoarding rule, so we ask each site's owner for terms in writing. Ask for Navratri and Diwali slots early.
| Item | What the public record says | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Gujarati papers | Divya Bhaskar is an ABC member with a Vadodara edition. Gujarat Samachar's e-paper site says it is published from Vadodara. Sandesh listed a Vadodara edition in 2018. The last two are not ABC members. | Gujarati for family and shop buyers, English for course and B2B (business-to-business) offers. We ask for figures in writing. |
| Private FM | 91.1, 92.7, 93.5 and 98.3 MHz. Vadodara is category B on the ministry's list of 30 March 2026. | We choose by listener and hour, then compare each station's written rate. |
| Vividh Bharati | 93.9 MHz: ₹390, ₹330 and ₹280 per 10 seconds by time band. The first band runs 6:30 to 10 am and 7 to 11 pm. | Gross rates on the government card of 1 June 2017, not our prices. We ask for the current card. |
| Rail and highway | The district says the Delhi-Mumbai railway line and national highway both pass through the city. It calls Vadodara a major junction on Western Railway. | Travellers pass the station and the highway, so we ask who sells space at each. |
| Bullet-train station | The National High Speed Rail Corporation lists Vadodara as one of 12 stations on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad line. We saw no opening date on its homepage on 4 October 2026. | We do not plan around a date nobody has published. |
| Buses | The district page, which has no date, says intercity buses to Ahmedabad take 2 hours and run every 15 minutes. | Because the page is undated, we check the timings and who sells bus space before we plan. |
| Airport | 12,98,410 passengers in 2025-26, up 2.7%, almost all on domestic flights (AAI). The district page, undated, lists flights to Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Daman and Pune. | No rate list is published, so we ask the operator what is for sale. |
| Hoarding rules | Nothing found on 4 October 2026. The corporation's tender list had no advertisement or hoarding tender. Its building rulebook of 12 October 2017 is a PDF over 10 MB that we could not read. | That is a snapshot, not permission. We ask the corporation and the owner in writing first. |
| Dates ahead | Navratri's nine nights come before Dussehra on 20 October 2026. Diwali is on 8 November and Bestu Varas, the Gujarati New Year, on 10 November. Uttarayan is on 14 January every year. | We confirm each date before we book, and ask for these weeks early. |
Sources as cited in each row, checked 4 October 2026. Naming a paper or station does not make it our partner. The board row is general information, not legal advice.
The full steps are in the fold below.
Who buys from you, which language they read, whether they live in the city or the district, and the date that matters.
Papers by language. Then stations and hours. Rail, bus or board sites only where the owner's terms are clear.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
How we work with you, and the three steps after choosing the media.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We talk every day, and we meet you in Vadodara at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.
Our language partners write Gujarati, Hindi and English ads, and our team checks each one. Gujarati reaches families and shops. English reaches course seekers and trade buyers.
The owner's written terms for every outdoor site, checked before it goes into the quote. Printing is handled through the same partner as mounting.
One idea, sized for each paper and each spot. We believe in process. Nothing is booked before your yes.
A campaign-only phone number, QR code or offer code for each medium. Your report shows the cost per enquiry from each.
We keep our rates off this page by choice. After one conversation we write the scope and quote against it. Space, airtime, sites and printing are billed at the owner's or supplier's price, shown before you approve.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Festival burst | One push, such as the weeks before Navratri or Diwali; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Monthly retainer | Releases through the year with a monthly enquiry report; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
Two more things that move your quote, and a tip for comparing quotes.
How far you want to reach: the city alone, or the wider district as well.
How many languages the ad needs, since each language is its own line.
Comparing Vadodara quotes? Ask which edition each paper price covers, whether the radio rate is for the busy hours, and whether the report counts enquiries or only releases.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupYes, although we have no Vadodara office. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We talk every day and share one report a month. We visit Vadodara at least once every three months, and a team member can work from your site.
It chooses where your money goes, then shows that it got there. For a Vadodara coaching class that might be a Gujarati paper ad, a radio spot and a board, each with its own phone number. The agency books them at the written rate, then reports which one brought calls.
Pick by language and buyer. Divya Bhaskar is on the ABC list with a Vadodara edition. Gujarat Samachar and Sandesh are not, so ask each for its own sales figures in writing, with the date they cover. We compare all three on one budget before booking anything.
Rates differ by station, hour, spot length and weeks on air. The only published card is Akashvani's, dated 1 June 2017. It lists Vividh Bharati's Vadodara station at ₹390, ₹330 or ₹280 per 10 seconds, by time band. The four private stations quote their own. We show all of them in one written quote.
It can be, if the people passing are your buyers. The district says the Delhi-Mumbai railway and highway both pass through the city, and the airport had 12,98,410 passengers in 2025-26. We ask who sells each site, then test it with an offer code before you commit more.
We give each medium its own phone number, QR code or offer code. A Gujarati paper ad, a radio spot and a board then each leave a trace. Your monthly report counts enquiries by medium, so you can move money from the one that brought nothing to the one that did.
