What we believe
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.

Tamil dailies, three private FM stations and roads full of pilgrims call for a media plan made for Trichy. PromotEdge books nothing until the site, the rate and the Tamil script are checked.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
An advertising agency in Trichy is judged on two things: whether the Tamil reads naturally, and whether the board or spot sits where people actually walk, wait or queue. PromotEdge plans and books press, radio and outdoor ads for Trichy's shops, institutes and firms, then counts the enquiries each medium brought.
Trichy is also written Tiruchirappalli. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, so most of the work runs online in hybrid mode. We talk every day and visit you in Trichy at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your shop or plant.
This page covers only what is different about media in Trichy. How we plan mainline media anywhere is on our advertising service page. Outdoor, or OOH (out of home), means boards and screens people pass in the street. The rest of the city is on the Trichy overview.
Daily Thanthi for Tamil readers, whose own site lists a Trichy edition. The Hindu for English readers. Our language partners write the Tamil ad in Tamil from the start, and our team checks it.
02Which of the three private stations, whether to add Akashvani, and which hours. Scripts are timed so a 20-second idea is never squeezed into 10.
03Only sites whose owner can show written permission. Mounting is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy, with partner agencies where a job needs them. Printing is handled through the same partner.
04Before we suggest an airport or station ad, we check what space is really for sale and on what rules. Then we set it beside a press ad on the same budget.
05One idea written for the weeks that matter, planned back from the date, such as Pongal or Vaikunta Ekadasi. Every message about a temple stays respectful.
06A Tamil daily ad or a radio spot makes people search. TRAI counted 87.33 internet subscribers per 100 people in Tamil Nadu in March 2026. Google ads and Meta ads put your name there.
07Rates in writing before you agree. After release you get a copy of each ad, station logs and dated site photos, with enquiries counted by medium.
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
Each comes from a public source, checked on 4 October 2026. The first two are here and two more are in the fold below.
1. Few stations, so each one counts. The government's list of 30 March 2026 shows three private FM channels in Trichy. Akashvani adds a primary channel and FM Rainbow. With a list this short, we test one station at a time, each with its own phone number.
2. Crowds gather at places, so we plan by place. The district website names Srirangam, Rockfort, Jambukeswarar and Samayapuram as its pilgrim sites. It gives no visitor counts for any of them. So we use place names and distances as a guide, and ask each site's owner for proof of traffic.
Two more facts: no hoarding rule page on the corporation's site, and travellers by air and rail.
3. The corporation's website is silent on hoardings. On 4 October 2026 the Tiruchirappalli corporation's home page showed property tax, water charges and a list of top defaulters. We found no advertisement or hoarding page, and its "about us" address returned an error. That does not mean there is no rule. So we ask the corporation in writing for each site and keep the reply. Where a site lies near a temple, we ask first and accept a no.
4. Travellers come by air and by rail. The district says the airport is about 5 km from the city, is international and has a cargo terminal. The Airports Authority of India counted 22,21,024 passengers in 2025-26, and more than half flew international. The city is also a Southern Railway division. We found no airport or station ad rate, so we ask the operator what is on sale before we suggest either.
Trichy has three private FM stations and two papers with a local edition. Crowds gather at the temples, the bus stands, the airport and the railway. The corporation's website shows no hoarding rule page, so every board needs written permission first.
| Item | What the public record says | How we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Private FM | Three channels at 93.5, 95.0 and 106.4 MHz. Trichy is category C on the ministry's list of 30 March 2026. | Choose by listener and hour, then compare each station's written rate. |
| Akashvani | Primary Channel, 936 kHz: ₹500 in film and music shows, ₹300 in spoken-word shows, per 10 seconds. FM Rainbow, 102.1 MHz: ₹440, ₹330 and ₹220 by time band. | Gross rates on the government card of 1 June 2017, not our prices. |
| Papers | The Hindu, daily and weekly, is an Audit Bureau of Circulations member with a Trichy edition. Daily Thanthi's own site lists a Trichy edition. | Tamil daily for families and shops. English daily for company buyers. We ask each for its own reach data. |
| Pilgrim sites | Srirangam, Rockfort, Jambukeswarar and Samayapuram are the district's own list. It shows no visitor counts. | We plan by place name, and ask each site owner for proof of traffic. |
| Distances | Srirangam temple is 12 km from the Central Bus Stand and 5 km from Chathiram. Rockfort is 5 km from Central and 1 km from Chathiram. Mukkombu is on Tiruchi-Karur Road. | These work as place names on a site list. They are not traffic counts. |
| The corporation | On 4 October 2026 its home page showed property tax, water charges and a defaulters list. We found no hoarding or advertisement page, and its "about us" address returned an error. | We ask the corporation in writing for every site, and keep the reply on file. |
| Tamil in government offices | The Tamil Development Department began in 1971. An Assistant Director at the Collectorate inspects government offices for Tamil on name boards, notice boards and rubber stamps. | This covers government offices only. We still write the first line of any ad in Tamil. |
| Airport | 22,21,024 passengers in 2025-26, up 13.5%. Of these, 13,92,659 flew international. The district says the airport is "just 5 Kms from the city" and has a cargo terminal. | More than half of all passengers fly abroad, so we check what space is for sale first. |
| Railway | A Southern Railway division, with direct trains to Chennai, Ernakulam, Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi. | Station ads are checked the same way as airport ads. |
| Markets | Wikipedia names Gandhi Market, the Srirangam flower market and Mambazha Salai, known for mangoes. No footfall count was found. | A lead to confirm on the ground before we plan a site there. |
| Festival times | Vaikunta Ekadasi is held every year in December or January. Wikipedia also names Pongal, Jallikattu, Aadi Perukku and the Srirangam car festival. We give no dates or crowd counts. | We plan back from the date, and keep every message about a temple respectful. |
Rows checked against their sources on 4 October 2026. Rows citing Wikipedia are leads to confirm. Naming a paper or station does not make it our partner. The outdoor rows are not legal advice.
The full steps are in the fold below.
Who buys from you, in which language, in which part of the city, and your key date.
Tamil or English paper, which stations and hours, and outdoor only where written permission can be shown.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
The rest of the steps, from clearing each site to counting what came back.
Written permission for every outdoor site, a respectful check near temples, and printing handled through the same partner as mounting. A site without permission is dropped from the plan.
One idea, written fresh in Tamil and English by our language partners, then sized for each paper, spot and board. Nothing is booked before your written yes.
A phone number, QR code or offer code for each medium. Your monthly report shows the cost per enquiry from each.
We keep our rates off this page by choice. After one conversation we write the scope and quote against it. Space, airtime, sites, printing and mounting are billed at the owner's or supplier's price, shown before you approve.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Season burst | One push, such as a festival week or a shop opening; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Monthly retainer | Releases through the year, with a monthly enquiry report; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
Ask for a free growth plan: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists and a one-page plan. We take on a limited number, and tell you honestly if yours is a fit. What cannot be accounted for cannot be achieved, so every medium gets its own count.
Two more things that move the quote, and what to ask when quotes differ.
Distance from the city. A town outside Trichy needs its own media check, because papers and radio differ from one place to the next.
Comparing Trichy quotes? Ask each agency who writes the Tamil, whether the permission for each board is shown in writing, and whether the report counts enquiries for each medium.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupOur servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We speak every working day and come to Trichy at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your shop or plant.
It depends on the station, the hour, the spot length and the weeks on air. The government card of 1 June 2017 lists Akashvani's Trichy Primary Channel at ₹500 per 10-second spot in film and music shows. Private stations quote their own rates. A written quote follows within 2 working days.
Ask first. The corporation's website shows no hoarding rule page, so we write to the corporation for each site and keep the reply. Near a temple, we also check that the message is respectful. If permission is refused, we drop the site. General guidance, not legal advice.
The festival comes every year in December or January. Papers and radio can often be booked within days, but outdoor takes longer, because each site's permission is checked first. Start planning about two months ahead. We give no crowd figures, because we found no official count.
It can suit a business that serves travellers, such as a taxi, a stay or a gift shop. More than half of the airport's 22,21,024 passengers in 2025-26 flew international. We check what space is for sale and its rules first, then compare it with a press ad.
We won't claim that, and nobody can prove it. Ask every agency, including us, three things. Who writes the Tamil? Can you show written permission for each board? Will my report count enquiries for each medium? Pick the plainest answers.
