Fewer junk enquiries.More buyers who can sign.

A B2B buyer reads, compares and shortlists long before the first call. PromotEdge gets your website found by the engineers, purchase heads and owners who search before they call, so search brings enquiries your sales team wants.

We do B2B (business to business) SEO for industrial manufacturers, construction equipment, building materials and SaaS brands. Most grew through dealers, tenders and sales calls, and now want buyers to find them first. The same method suits healthcare suppliers such as device makers, and real estate firms that sell to builders and investors.

Choose B2B SEO over general SEO services when one order is large, the sale takes months and several people decide. We start with your sales team, not a keyword tool.

/ 03 What usually gets in the way

Where B2B searchgoes quiet, and the way through.

“We get enquiries from the website, but sales says most are junk.”

Your pages probably rank for broad searches that students and small buyers make. We target model numbers, specifications and "supplier for" searches, and ask the right questions on the form.

“Our buyers want specifications, and all we have is a PDF brochure.”

A PDF is hard to read on a phone and has no enquiry button. We turn each product into a page with specifications, approvals and a way to ask for a quote.

“Marketplaces and directories rank above our own site for our own products.”

Keep those listings; they bring enquiries too. But your own site should win your brand and main products,.

“Keyword tools show tiny numbers, so SEO won't work for us.”

Small numbers are normal in B2B. A made-up example: ten good enquiries a month give two quotes, and one quote a quarter becomes an order worth more than a hundred small enquiries.

“Our sales cycle runs for months, and nobody can tell which deals came from search.”

We track each enquiry into your CRM (the software that holds your leads), so you see which pages started real deals.

/ 04 How we work

First pages in weeks, qualified leads within months.

Planning ranges, not promises. Your market and approval speed set the real pace.

  1. 01

    Weeks 1 to 2: listen

Calls with you and your sales team. We read recent enquiries and learn which became orders.

  2. 02

Weeks 2 to 5: research and audit

The buying-group map, keyword map and a technical check. Your forecast comes at the end of this step.

  3. 03

Months 2 to 3: test small

We fix the base and build pages for one product line first, then read the results before spending more.

  4. 04

Months 3 to 6: scale what works

More product, application and comparison pages, and mentions in trade press and industry associations. New pages usually start bringing enquiries now.

  5. 05

    Every month: report and adjust

What can't be measured can't be achieved. You get qualified leads, quotes and pipeline first, then rankings. If something isn't moving, we change it.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A dealer-led maker needs pages that help buyers find the nearest dealer. An exporter adds standards, ports and shipping terms. A SaaS firm, which sells software by subscription, needs a page for each demo request. If several people decide, give each of them a page.

  1. Start from your sales team, not a keyword tool. They know the first-call questions, the rivals you lose to and the words dealers use. A one-page map of your buying group.
  2. Build for the few who can sign. When one order is large, ten right visitors beat a thousand wrong ones. Qualified leads, quotes and pipeline in the monthly report.
  3. Test one product line first. It shows what works before more of your money is spent. Results read at the end of month three.
  4. Fix the follow-up as well. Better leads will not become orders if enquiries wait three days for a call back. A call-back rule agreed with your sales team.

AI in B2B SEO: today and next

Today: AI search

Google says there are no additional requirements to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. A page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet, inclusion is not guaranteed, and no special schema or AI text files are needed. So clear specification pages are the work.

Next

Our view: more buyers will meet your brand inside an AI answer before they visit. Pages with real specifications and named proof are the ones worth quoting. Want us to check yours? Ask us.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of B2B SEO.

No price list. These things move the number.

Third-party costs, such as paid research tools or product photography, are charged at actuals and shown first.

What affects the cost

  • Product lines, models and pages the site needs
  • Buyer roles and industries you sell into
  • Site state: catalogue structure, PDFs, platform and speed
  • Who writes the technical content, and how much engineer time it needs
  • Tracking from search into your CRM
  • India only, or export buyers too

How we quote

  1. A 30-minute talk about your products, buyers and sales cycle
  2. A written scope: the pages, the tracking and what the monthly report shows
  3. A quote with each part on its own line, approved by you before anything starts

What you get in the quote

  • Buyer groups, product lines and pages, in order
  • Who writes the content, and review time from your team
  • CRM tracking, the monthly report and a quarterly re-forecast

Comparing quotes? Ask each agency what it counts as a lead. If the answer is form fills, ask how it will know which became quotes. That is the number that pays your bills.

/ 06 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

  1. 01

    A strategist calls you

In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.

  2. 02

    You get a 1-page plan

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

  3. 03

A quote, if you want one

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

SEO usually shows results in 3 to 6 months. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Straight answers.

  • It gets your website found by business buyers and turns their visits into enquiries your sales team wants. That means pages for each product and buyer, fixes so Google can read the site, and tracking that shows which enquiries became deals.

  • Pick the one that asks about your sales cycle before it talks about rankings. Ask how it counts a qualified lead, who checks the technical pages and how you will see results in your CRM. Ask us the same questions, and compare the answers before you decide.

  • By qualified leads, not traffic. Each month you see the enquiries that came from search, how many your sales team accepted, how many became quotes, and the cost of each qualified lead. Rankings are shown too, but they come second.

  • Usually three to six months for the first enquiries from new pages, and longer for crowded searches. Revenue takes longer, because B2B deals take months to close. So early on we track quotes and pipeline, and we read the first results together at the end of month three.

  • We learn your product from your engineers and sales team, not from the internet. Our nearest work is in construction equipment, where buyers check specifications before they call. Your team checks every technical page before it goes live, so nothing is published that an engineer would question.

  • Yes. SEO is done online, so your city doesn't change the work, and our servicing team is based in cities across India. We work hybrid and remotely and visit at least every three months. When a job needs it, our team works at your plant.

  • Often, yes, while SEO builds. LinkedIn reaches named companies and job titles. Google Ads brings enquiries in days and shows which searches turn into deals. We tell you which to lead with, even when the answer is less SEO, and we say it to your face.

  • A senior SEO lead owns your plan and numbers, with technical, content and outreach help as the work needs it, and your own team reviews every technical page before it goes live. Our in-house team does this work, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them.
