Checked pages that patients find on Google, counted in booking requests, not rankings.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
In health search, who wrote and checked a page matters as much as its words. PromotEdge does SEO (search engine optimisation) for diagnostic centres, clinics, dental clinics and wellness and healthcare businesses.
We build the test, treatment and branch pages patients find on Google and in AI answers. Your medical team checks them, and we count the booking requests they bring.
This page covers search only. For the wider plan, see healthcare marketing, diagnostic centres and dentists. Our method is on our SEO services page.
We do not run promotion or lead generation for hospitals or individual doctors, because a patient who chooses a doctor on promotion rather than skill may be at risk. We do design, websites and systems for them.
Our beliefWe believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.

“Home collection is our selling point, but patients can't tell where we cover.”
Write one page per area you really serve, with hours and how to book. Leave out areas you can't reach in time.
“Each branch tells a different story: different timings, phone and test list.”
Keep one fact sheet for the group. Each branch then gets its own page and Google profile, with a plain name: extra words can get a profile suspended.
“Nobody replies to our reviews, and the counter asks only happy patients.”
Ask every patient by message after the visit, and reply to every review. Google bars asking only happy patients or pressing people to review on the premises.
“Bookings sit on one staff phone, and nobody knows which came from search.”
Set up a CRM (one place for every enquiry and booking), and tag each call, form and WhatsApp click from search to match your booking records.
Which of these sounds like your centre? Tell us, and we'll tell you which page we'd fix first. Tell us which page
List the tests and treatments you want to grow and what patients type for each. Then we run an SEO audit on a phone, as health sites often hide the test list from Google or load slowly. Your developers or our website team fix it.
Each test or treatment gets a page: what it is for, how to prepare and when the report comes. A reviewer's name and the date go on it. A page that names a medicine must not suggest it treats a disease on the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act list. General guidance, not legal advice.
Each branch gets one profile, with its own timings, phone and a plain name. Ask every patient for an honest review. Google bars rewards and asking only happy patients. Replies carry no patient details.
Tag every call, form and WhatsApp click from search. Google Analytics bars sending email addresses or personal mobile numbers, so names stay in your booking system.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
Google asks for more proof on health pages. Patients check the basics before they call, so facts, profiles and reviews decide who gets the booking.
Google says that for topics that could affect health, money or safety, its systems give even more weight to strong E-E-A-T, and that trust is most important. Its rater guide of 11 September 2025 names "symptoms of a heart attack" as a topic where small mistakes could harm. Raters do not set rankings.

Our view: a patient types a symptom, a test name, "scan centre near me", or your centre's name after a tip. They open two or three results, check price, timings and reviews, and call. They drop out at old timings, a missing price or a page that opens badly on a phone.
You can finish your Google profile, ask every patient for an honest review and keep one fact sheet for timings and tests. Your medical team writes and checks the facts. We cannot rank a page or promise bookings, because Google decides rankings.
We fix the site first, because Google must read a page before it can rank it. Then we build pages on plain facts that your medical team checks, because health pages need a named reviewer. Then profiles and reviews. Each month we count booking requests by branch.

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorGoogle treats health as a high-stakes topic and gives more weight to pages that show real expertise. Rules on drug and cure claims also limit what an advertiser may say. So every page is plain, factual and checked by your medical team.
Yes, and it starts small: a complete Google Business Profile, one clear page for each main service and genuine reviews. Small centres compete on location, so a correct profile, honest reviews and a clear phone number matter most. Our diagnostics page covers more.
We won't claim to be right for everyone. Ask each healthcare SEO agency, us included, three things. Who checks the medical facts on your pages? Will you report booking requests, not just rankings? What will you refuse to write? A good agency answers the last one quickly.
It depends on your branches, tests and treatments, your website and how fast your medical team reviews pages. A single clinic needs far less work than a chain. We don't publish a price list. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call.
Results usually come in 3 to 6 months. Profile and service-page fixes can show within weeks, because patients already search for your centre by name. New test and treatment pages take the longer end. If you need bookings this month, search ads can run meanwhile.
Yes, to explain the condition and the care you offer. The Drugs and Magic Remedies Act, 1954 bars ads that suggest a drug treats or cures a listed disease, such as diabetes, cancer or heart disease. So no page promises a result. General guidance, not legal advice.
