One search planfor the whole group.

The hard part of group SEO is getting every brand and team to pull one way, not the fix itself. PromotEdge runs one search plan across your websites, brands and locations, so search brings enquiries to the right business and the board gets one report it can read.

Enterprise SEO is ordinary SEO at the size of a group. Think of a lab chain with a page per branch, a developer with a microsite per project, or an industrial maker with brands and dealers.

Google's crawl budget guide is meant for sites over a million pages, or 10,000 that change daily. Most groups are far smaller. Here your own sites compete, and releases go live unchecked. We pilot on one brand first.

/ 03 What usually gets in the way

What usually gets in the way,and the way through.

“Two of our own sites show up for the same search, and neither ranks well.”

Google picks one page per search, so your sites split the strength. We decide which site owns which search.

“Every brand has its own agency and its own report.”

We set one way to measure and one monthly view by brand, site and location, from your own Search Console.

“A release went live, and rankings fell a month before anyone noticed.”

We add a short SEO check to your release process and watch key pages after launch.

“We have dozens of branches or dealers, and map listings show the wrong number.”

Google lets a business with 10 or more locations verify profiles in bulk. We clean the data once and keep it right.

“Every page change needs legal and compliance sign-off, so fixes wait for months.”

We sort fixes by impact and risk, and send approvers short, clear requests.

“AI tools mix up our group companies.”

That happens when each site describes the group differently. We match company facts across sites and profiles.

/ 04 How we work

Pilot first,then roll out.

Typical timings, which your group's size and approval speed change. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.

  1. 01

Weeks 1 to 2: map and meet

We map every site and meet its owners. Sales tells us which enquiries turn into business.

  2. 02

Weeks 3 to 6: audit and ownership

An audit across the group, the ownership map and a ranked fix list.

  3. 03

Months 2 to 4: the pilot

One brand goes first. We fix, build and measure, so you see the plan work before it spreads.

  4. 04

Month 4 onwards: roll out in waves

What worked moves to other sites, one wave at a time.

  5. 05

    Every month and quarter: report

Enquiries by brand and location monthly, a re-forecast each quarter.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A dealer-led B2B group needs dealer and product pages that do not fight each other. A franchise needs one verified profile per outlet, the same local-trust job a clinic chain has (see healthcare). A holding group needs one owner per search. A listed group adds a compliance review.

  1. Map every site before changing one. Sites that compete are hard to see until they sit on one sheet. One sheet of sites and owners.
  2. Pilot on one brand. A plan proven on one brand is safer to roll out, and your team reads a result, not a promise. Before-and-after numbers for that brand.
  3. Put an SEO check inside the release process. Large sites change weekly, so a check at release costs less than a recovery. A checklist your IT team runs.
  4. Report from your own Search Console. Numbers you can open yourself end arguments between agencies. One view by brand and location.
  5. Sort fixes by risk. Approvers say yes faster to short, low-risk requests. Quick technical fixes in one lane, content for sign-off in another.

AI in enterprise SEO: today and next

Today: Google's AI answers

Google says a site can appear in AI Overviews and AI Mode if it is indexed and eligible to show with a snippet, with "no additional technical requirements". It asks for no special files or schema, and says structured data should match the visible text. Such visits are counted in the Search Console Web report.

Next

Our view: AI answers will keep quoting the page that states a fact most clearly. For a group, that means the same company facts on every site. Want us to check yours? Ask us.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of enterprise SEO.

Cost follows how many sites, brands and locations you have, and how many teams the work runs through.

What affects the cost

  • Sites and brands. Each adds research, fixes and reporting.
  • Locations. Each branch or dealer needs a correct listing.
  • Platforms. One CMS (content management system) is simpler than five.
  • Languages. Each version needs its own pages.
  • Who ships the fixes. Your developers, ours, or a mix.
  • Approval layers. More sign-offs, more time per change.

How we quote

  1. A call about your group, your sites and the enquiries that matter.
  2. If we can help, a free audit of your main site. We take on a limited number.
  3. A written scope: pilot, roll-out waves and monthly report.
  4. One quote, each part on its own line, for you to approve.

What you get in the quote

  • The sites and locations in scope, and which goes first
  • Fixes in order of impact, and who ships each
  • The monthly group report, with GST shown apart

Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. Compare quotes on coverage of every site and on whether the report shows enquiries by brand.

/ 06 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

  1. 01

    A strategist calls you

In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.

  2. 02

    You get a 1-page plan

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

  3. 03

A quote, if you want one

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

SEO usually shows results in 3 to 6 months. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Straight answers.

  • It makes search work across a whole group, not one website. It decides which site owns which search, sets shared rules, checks releases before launch, and reports enquiries by brand and location. The aim is one plan that every team and agency follows.

  • Technical SEO fixes how one site is crawled and loaded. B2B SEO plans pages for a business buyer with a long sales cycle. Enterprise SEO sits above both, deciding how sites, brands and teams work together, and we use the other two where a site needs them.

  • Ask how they will handle your IT team, approvers and other agencies. A good one maps every site first, pilots on one and reports from your own Search Console. Doubt a promise of rankings for every site in 90 days.

  • First results usually show in 3 to 6 months, and the pilot shows the first signs. Gains across a whole group can take up to 15 months. Approvals are the bigger delay, so we plan around them and show you pilot numbers before the roll-out begins.

  • Yes. We send short, clear change requests and keep a record of what was approved. We publish nothing about results without your sign-off. Compliance reviews add time, so we plan for them from the start. See how we work with listed companies.

  • Every month you see organic enquiries, calls and WhatsApp clicks by brand, site and location. The numbers come from your own Search Console and analytics, so you can check each one. We also note what changed that month, so you can link a gain to a fix.

  • Yes. SEO is done online, and our servicing team is based in cities across India. You get shared dashboards and regular calls, and we visit your cities at least once every three months. If a job needs it, we place a team member at your site.

  • A senior SEO lead owns your plan and numbers. Specialists join as the work needs. Our in-house team of 65+ people does the work, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them. You know who does what before work starts.
