Be the page buyers trust when they search your project, and count the site visits it brings.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Portals own the broad property searches, but the searches that decide the site visit are about your project and your area, and your own website can win those. PromotEdge does SEO (search engine optimisation) for real estate developers and brokers.
SEO gets your pages found on Google Search and Maps, and in AI answers, without paying for each click. We build project pages and locality guides that buyers can trust, and set up Google listings for your sales offices. More of your site visits then come from search, and fewer from bought portal leads.
Buyers search in two steps. First they go broad, with searches like "3 BHK near the metro" (BHK means bedroom, hall, kitchen). Portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com usually own those results. Then they search the project's name, or the developer's name with "reviews" or "delivery". Your own pages can win those.
A project page counts as an advertisement under the RERA Act (India's real estate law), so it cannot go live before registration. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
The whole launch plan, from RERA registration to handover.

“Buyers search our project's name, and portal pages show above our own website.”
Give each project one clear page with a matching title. Our SEO work fixes what holds it back.
“Our last agency made a page for every nearby suburb. None of them rank.”
Replace them with fewer, real locality guides. Google's spam policies name "pages targeted at specific regions or cities that funnel users to one page".
“Our sample flat and site office don't show on Google Maps.”
List your staffed sales office under its real name. Google says model homes can't have a Business Profile, but sales offices can.
“Every lead from our website just says "website". We can't tell if SEO works.”
With tracking, we tag every enquiry by the page and the search that brought it. Your sales team marks which ones booked a site visit.
Portal pages showing above your own project name? Tell us which project, and we'll tell you where we'd start. Tell us the project
We read your Google Search Console, Google's free report of the searches that show your site. Tracking tags every call, form and WhatsApp chat from search.
Each delivered project gets a page with its handover year. Each registered phase gets its own section and RERA number, because the Act treats a phase as a stand-alone project. A 3D walkthrough fits there.
One guide for each area you build in, with commute times measured at peak hour. Our content team checks every fact.
We fix the Business Profile for each staffed sales office, named as on its signboard. We offer no gifts for reviews and don't ask only the happy buyers, as Google's review policy asks. Our reputation team drafts replies.
Pages open quickly on an ordinary phone. A monthly report, with your CRM (customer relationship management software), shows site visits from search.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
Property law sets when a project page can go live. Google's rules decide which pages and listings are allowed.
RERA says no promoter shall "advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale" a project before registering it, and each phase is registered separately. Google's spam policies name doorway pages aimed at regions or cities. Its Business Profile rules allow sales offices, not model homes.

Our view: buyers search the project name, then the developer with words like reviews or delivery, then ask about the area. They drop out when a portal page shows an old price, or when your page is a heavy brochure that will not open on a phone.
You can name one person who updates the facts, reply to every Google review and keep your sales-office hours true on Maps. You can ask portals to correct old listings. We cannot control Google's ranking, the portals or what an AI assistant says.
We read Search Console first, because it shows real searches. We build developer and phase pages next, because buyers check the developer before the project. We write few, true locality guides, because Google names doorway pages. We report site visits, because rankings alone do not book flats.

We don't publish a price list. We quote against a written scope. Paid shoots are billed at actuals.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupSEO for real estate gets your own website and Google listing found when buyers search, without paying per click or per lead. A portal listing rents you space on someone else's site, next to your competitors. SEO builds pages you own, so enquiries reach your sales team directly.
We won't claim to be right for everyone. Ask every agency, including us: Will they report site visits from search, not only rankings? Who checks the RERA details on every page? Will they refuse to build a page for every suburb? How are the locality facts checked?
We don't publish a price list. The cost depends on how many projects and phases you have, how many areas need a guide, the state of your website and your sales offices. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call.
SEO results usually come in 3 to 6 months. Searches for your developer and project names can improve sooner, once the pages and listings are fixed. Locality guides take longer to rank. So start the developer pages and area guides well before a launch.
No. The Act says no promoter shall "advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale" a project before it is registered. A web page that tells people about the project counts as an advertisement under the Act. Publish developer and locality pages early, and the project page once it is registered. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
Yes, on a smaller scale. Google treats real estate agents as individual practitioners. An agent who can be contacted at a verified office during stated hours can have a Business Profile. Lead generation agents for companies can't. See our page for real estate agents and brokers.
