“People search for apps like ours, but we never show up.”
Your title and short text don't use the words people type. We find those words and place them where each store reads them.
Your store page is the most-seen ad your app has, and a download deleted within a week is not a win. PromotEdge manages your store listings with app store optimisation (ASO), so more people find your app, install it and keep it.
ASO means making your app easier to find inside the app stores, and more likely to be installed once found. It covers the words, pictures, video and ratings on your listing.
SEO (search engine optimisation) works on your website and Google results. App stores have their own search, rules and tests. If your business lives in an app, choose this over our wider SEO services.
| Part | What you receive |
|---|---|
| Keyword research | The words people type in store search, ranked by volume and difficulty |
| Title, subtitle, short text | New text for each store within its limits |
| Full description | Written for readers first, features near the top, no stuffed keywords |
| Screenshots, icon, video | Plans or finished designs, sized for each store |
| Ratings and reviews | A rating-prompt plan and a reply guide in your brand's voice |
| Store A/B tests | One change at a time on both stores, with a test log |
| Localised listings | Listings and screenshots in your users' languages |
| Pages for ad traffic | Extra store pages linked to campaigns |
| Monthly report | Store visitors, install rate, installs kept, ratings and keyword positions |
Your team can make designs from our briefs, or we do.
“People search for apps like ours, but we never show up.”
Your title and short text don't use the words people type. We find those words and place them where each store reads them.
“Many visit our store page, few install.”
Usually the first screenshots don't explain the app. We redesign them, then test.
“Our rating fell after one bad update.”
Fix the bug first. Then we reply to angry reviews and ask happy users to rate, using the stores' own prompt.
“Installs rose, but most people deleted the app within a week.”
The listing may promise what the app doesn't do. We match promise to first day, and judge our work on installs that stay. If the app itself crashes, we fix that first (see app development).
“Our listing is English only, and ads send everyone to one page.”
Both stores allow other languages and extra page versions, so a visitor from a cricket ad sees a cricket page.

Planning ranges, not promises. Store reviews set the real pace.
We read your listings, ratings, store reports and top rivals, then build the keyword list.
New text per store and a screenshot and video plan. You approve before it goes live.
We note where each number starts.
One store A/B test at a time, each running until the store shows a clear winner.
Review replies, rating prompts, new languages when worth it, and a report.

ASO matters most for apps that win users from store search, such as fintech, edtech and gaming apps, and booking apps in healthcare. Dealer and field apps for industrial or real estate teams are installed by invitation, so ASO matters less.
Say 20,000 people a month open your store page and 25% install: 5,000 installs. Better screenshots lift it to 30%: 6,000. If an install from ads costs ₹40, the extra 1,000 are worth ₹40,000 a month.
Google says you can review the keywords people use to find your app and deploy listings created with Gemini for those searches. Gemini also powers localisation uploads. Custom store listings go up to 50.

Our view: drafting and translating listings will keep getting faster. A person still checks every claim against the real app, and the stores' own tests still decide what wins.
Not sure whether the listing or the app is the problem? Ask us. Talk to us
We don't publish a price list. Paid keyword tools or voice-over are third-party costs, shown before you approve.
When you compare quotes, ask how each agency judges success. If it is downloads alone, ask how many users kept the app.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

Rahul MishraAssistant Manager Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Magik LightingWe won't claim to be the best; nobody can honestly say that. Ask each company how it measures installs that stay, not just downloads, who writes and tests your listing, and whether you can see the store reports. Avoid bought reviews or fake installs.
Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India and stays in touch daily. We meet you at least every three months. ASO is done online from your store accounts, with you added as a user, so distance changes nothing.
On Google Play, the app name can be 30 characters, the short description 80 and the full description 4,000. On the App Store, name and subtitle can each be 30, promotional text 170, description 4,000 and the keyword field 100 bytes. Checked on Google's and Apple's help pages in October 2026.
Yes, on both stores. Google Play's store listing experiments test the icon, feature graphic and screenshots, or localised descriptions, in up to five languages at once. Apple's product page optimization tests up to three versions of icon, screenshots and previews against your page, for up to 90 days.
We help you ask the right people at the right time, never by buying reviews. Apple allows its rating prompt up to three times in 365 days. Google Play limits how often it shows, and says not to ask "Do you like the app?" first. Ask after a happy moment.
From the stores' own reports, which you can check. Google Play Console shows retained installers: people who kept the app for the days you pick, up to 30. App Store Connect shows page views, conversion rate and retention. We add your app's own data on sign-ups or orders.
One ASO lead owns your listing and your numbers, with writing and design support as the work needs it, and you can see every store report yourself. Our in-house team of 65+ people does this work, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them.
Ask for examples in your category when we meet. We share relevant work when we talk, and show the store reports behind it where the client allows. No published case study of ours covers app stores, so we quote no results here.
