Branding agencyin Rajkot
Rajkot's makers have a craft to show and a name to build. PromotEdge shapes names, marks, packs and boards that buyers can find, read and remember.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Your name should be asked forbefore your rate is.
A branding agency in Rajkot has done its job when buyers ask for your name before they ask for your rate. PromotEdge shapes names, logos, packs, catalogues and boards for Rajkot's workshops, jewellers and food makers to get you there.
What does a branding agency do? It agrees with you what buyers should think when they see your name. Then it makes every place they meet you say the same thing. That may be a tag on a part, a pouch for a silver chain, a catalogue cover or a board over a shop.
A name is read in two scripts here, so we check how yours looks and sounds in Gujarati and in English before anything is printed. We judge branding by business: more buyers asking for you, fewer price fights, more repeat orders.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We come to Rajkot at least once every three months. Our branding and identity page shows how we work anywhere. The Rajkot overview covers our other work in the city.

What we shape, from name to board.
Names for two scripts
A name that is easy to say, spell and read in Gujarati and in English. We test it aloud with a few of your buyers before anything is printed.
02A mark and a look
A logo, colours and lettering that still read on a small metal tag, a pouch for a silver chain or a phone screen.
03Catalogue covers and spec sheets
For makers who sell to other firms: a cover that looks cared for, part pages with the same grid, and a spec sheet a buyer can pass to a colleague.
04Packs and tags
For jewellers, craft sellers and food makers: a pack that says plainly what is inside, who made it and where.
05Boards for shops and workshops
A board a buyer can find from the road. Fitting is delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy.
06A short rulebook
Two pages on colours, lettering and wording, so the next printer, painter or agency gets it right without calling us.
Craft, language and folk music shape every brief here.
Each comes from a public source, checked on 4 October 2026. Two more are in the fold below.
A craft that already has a reputation. The district website says Rajkot is well known for textile printing, and lists embroidery, block printing, metal crafts, silver jewellery, stone work and wood carving. It says the Soni community's silversmiths and goldsmiths have long worked on fine jewellery designs. A brand's job is to carry that reputation to a stranger who has never seen the workshop.
Many makers, one list. Wikipedia names bearings, diesel engines, kitchen knives, watch parts and auto parts among Rajkot's products. It is a soft list, since no official page could be opened. Where several firms make the same thing, the buyer remembers a clear name, a clean mark and a catalogue that looks cared for.
Gujarati first. The district names Gujarati as the main language. It says Gujarati, English, Urdu and Sindhi are the most common. A name has to be easy to say and read in more than one script.
Two more facts: makers whose names travel, and the local feeling a brand can borrow.
The Rajkot market for branding
4. Some Rajkot names already travel. Atul Auto says it makes three-wheeled vehicles at its Shapar plant, in Rajkot. Jyoti CNC Automation calls itself "one of the largest CNC machine tool manufacturer of the nation". That is its own claim. Neither is our client. They show that a Rajkot plant can carry a name buyers elsewhere know.
5. Local feeling can help, or get in the way. The district calls Rajkot famous for Dayro, its own folk music, and names chania choli and kedia as festival dress. It also says the table is mostly vegetarian. A brand for Gujarati families can borrow these. A brand for buyers in other states should be careful, because they may not share the reference.
The public record, and what it means for your brand.
Rajkot's crafts are older than most logos, and its main language is Gujarati. Check a name in both scripts, show who made the work, and keep your wording plain for a buyer who has never visited.

| What we checked | What the public record says | What it means for your brand |
|---|---|---|
| Crafts | The district page lists embroidery, block printing, metal crafts, silver jewellery, stone work and wood carving, and calls Rajkot well known for textile printing. | Put the craft and the maker on the tag. A stranger trusts a named hand. |
| Silversmiths | The page says silver craftsmen and goldsmiths of the Soni community have long worked on "fascinating designs and intricate patterns". | Show close-ups of the pattern and the process. Let the work be the proof. |
| Engineering products | Wikipedia lists bearings, diesel engines, kitchen knives and other cutting tools, watch parts, auto parts, forgings, castings and machine tools. No official page was opened for this list. | Treat it as a lead. Ask your own buyers what they call you, then use that word. |
| Makers with national names | Atul Auto says it makes three-wheeled vehicles at its Shapar plant in Rajkot. Jyoti CNC Automation calls itself "one of the largest CNC machine tool manufacturer of the nation" (its own claim) and lists an office at GIDC Metoda, Lodhika, Rajkot. | A plant in Rajkot can carry a name buyers elsewhere know. Neither firm is our client; both are examples. |
| Language | Gujarati is the main language. Gujarati, English, Urdu and Sindhi are the most common. | Test a name's spelling and sound in Gujarati and English. Ask us about Urdu or Sindhi early. |
| Folk music and dress | The district calls Rajkot famous for Dayro, its own folk music, and also names Kathiyawadi folk music. It names chania choli and kedia as festival dress. | Use these only where a Gujarati family is the buyer, and ask them first. |
| Food habits | The district says the population is mostly vegetarian, and describes a thali of dal, rice, roti, vegetables, farsan (savoury snacks), a sweet and chaas (buttermilk). | A food pack should say in plain words what is inside. Show it on the front. |
Sources as cited in each row, checked between 4 and 10 October 2026. The engineering row is from Wikipedia and is a lead to confirm. The two companies are named as part of the city, not as clients or partners, and their claims are theirs.

How the work runs in Rajkot
Name and look
We offer a few names and a few looks, each with its reason. Gujarati and English spellings are shown together, so you judge both.
Test on real items
We mock up a tag, a pack, a catalogue cover and a board. You hold them at arm's length and ask two or three buyers what they see.
Rules and roll-out
The final files and a two-page rulebook go to your printer and painter. Boards and print are quoted at the supplier's price, and you approve each one.
What changes the cost of branding in Rajkot.
We do not publish a price list. After a first call we write the scope down, then quote against it. Printing and fitting are billed at the supplier's price, shown before you approve.
What affects the cost
- What needs a name: a new firm, a new product line, or a refresh of an old brand
- How many places carry it: tags, packs, catalogue pages, boards
- Scripts: Gujarati, English or both on each item
How we quote
- A first call about your buyers and what they call you now
- A look at your current name, mark, tags and catalogue
- A written scope that lists each item to be designed
- A written quote within 2 working days of that first call, with printing and fitting on their own lines
What you get in the quote
- Which item comes first: name, mark, catalogue, pack or board
- Gujarati and English versions, line by line
- Printing and fitting at the supplier's price
How it is billed
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Identity project | A name, a mark and a rulebook, or a refresh of one; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Monthly retainer | New packs, covers and boards as you grow; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |

Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We speak every day and share work on screen. We come to Rajkot at least once every three months, and a team member can work from your site when a job needs it.

It agrees with you what buyers should think when they see your name. Then it makes each place they meet you say the same thing: a tag on a part, a pack, a catalogue cover, a board. Good branding makes buyers ask for you, and makes a price fight less likely.
-
The district names Gujarati as the main language, with English, Urdu and Sindhi also common. Pick a name that is easy to say and spell in both scripts, and show it in both where buyers differ. We test the sound and spelling with a few of your buyers first.
-
Not always. First we ask your buyers what they trust about you, then check how your name, tags and catalogue look today. Often a tidy-up keeps the trust you have earned. We suggest a full change only when the old look hides what you do.
-
Yes, if it is true and you can show it. The district lists Rajkot's crafts and its Soni silversmiths. Use your own facts for the rest: who made the piece, how, and where. We do not invent a heritage for any client.
-
It depends on whether you need a name, a mark or the full set, and how many items carry it. We confirm the timeline in the written quote, which follows within 2 working days of the first call. Printing and fitting add their own time, which the supplier confirms.
