Many Rajkot brands post in the nine nights of Navratri. Fewer show up in the quiet weeks. PromotEdge plans both, and each month you see which post brought a call.

/ 01 Social media marketing agency in Rajkot

Anyone can post in Navratri. The quiet weeks decide.

A social media marketing agency in Rajkot earns its fee in the weeks between the big dates, when a steady page still brings customers. PromotEdge plans, writes, shoots and posts for Rajkot's food brands, jewellers, colleges and shops, then reads which post brought a call.

What does a social media marketing agency do? It picks the platforms your buyers use, plans what goes on them, makes it, posts it, answers the replies and reports what came back. The posts are the visible part. The reading and the replies are where the sales are.

Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We come to Rajkot at least once every three months. Our social media marketing page shows how we work anywhere. The Rajkot overview covers search, ads and the rest.

/ 03 Social media in Rajkot

Dates, food and folk music give you the content.

Each comes from a public source, checked on 4 October 2026. Two more are in the fold below.

1. Three dates the whole city posts about. The district names Uttarayan, the kite festival, as falling in mid-January every year. It names Navratri, nine days of Garba, and Janmashtami. A Hindu calendar website puts the start of Navratri 2026 on 11 October. Feeds are crowded on these dates, so one true detail beats a stock greeting.

2. A fair that feeds a feed. The Janmashtami fair runs five days at the race course, with over 150 stores, rides and merry-go-rounds. The district says over ten lakh people come each year. That is its claim, not a count. A stall that films its own queue has clips to post for weeks.

3. Food and folk stories. The district describes a mostly vegetarian table with a thali of dal, rice, roti, vegetables, farsan (savoury snacks), a sweet and chaas (buttermilk). It calls Rajkot famous for Dayro, its own folk music. Food brands and sweet shops have real material here.

Two more things a Rajkot plan can use: a cricket ground, and places and stories worth a tag.

Social media in Rajkot in depth

4. A cricket ground that holds a crowd. Wikipedia says Niranjan Shah Stadium, at Khandheri, seats 28,000, and that the Saurashtra Cricket Association owns and runs it. Whether a brand can use the ground is the association's call, so we ask before any plan.

5. Places and stories worth a tag. The district lists the Watson Museum, Pradyuman Park, the Rotary Dolls Museum and Ishwariya Park among places to visit. Wikipedia says Kaba Gandhi no Delo is a house-museum and that Alfred High School became the Mahatma Gandhi Museum in 2018. Travel, school and food accounts can tag these. We check hours and tickets first, because the pages we read did not give them.

What we checkedThe public recordHow it shapes your social plan
Navratri and Dussehra, 2026A Hindu calendar website puts the start of Navratri 2026 on 11 October. A news report of Gujarat's 2026 holiday list puts Dussehra on 20 October.Posts for the nine nights are made before the first night. Shoot at the event, post that night.
UttarayanThe district calls it the kite festival, held in mid-January every year.Plan it in November. A kite-day offer needs its stock and its creative ready by December.
Janmashtami fairA five-day mela at the race course with over 150 stores, rides and merry-go-rounds. The district says over ten lakh people come each year. Held in August or September. The district page gives no organiser or dates. If you plan a stall, ask first, then plan the posts.
FoodA mostly vegetarian table. A thali has dal, rice, roti, vegetables, farsan, a sweet and chaas. Evening meals are often khichdi-kadhi or bhakri-shak.Show the plate, the hands and the kitchen. Name each dish as families here would.
Folk music and dressThe district names Dayro and Kathiyawadi folk music, and chania choli and kedia as festival dress.Ask a performer before using their music or face. Tag the tradition, not only the brand.
Cricket groundWikipedia says Niranjan Shah Stadium, at Khandheri, seats 28,000. It opened in 2008, held its first international match on 11 January 2013 and was renamed on 14 February 2024. The Saurashtra Cricket Association runs it.Match days bring a crowd, but branding there is the association's call. Ask before any plan.
Places to tagThe district lists the Watson Museum, Pradyuman Park (a zoo), the Rotary Dolls Museum, Ishwariya Park, Shri Ramakrishna Ashram, Ghela Somnath Temple and Hingolgadh Nature Education Sanctuary.A location tag helps local search. Tag the place, then check its hours before you invite anyone.
Gandhi sitesWikipedia says Kaba Gandhi no Delo is a house-museum, and that Alfred High School became the Mahatma Gandhi Museum, inaugurated on 30 September 2018.Good for a travel or school account. We did not check opening hours or tickets, so we check first.
LanguageThe district names Gujarati as the main language, with Gujarati, English, Urdu and Sindhi the most common.Captions in Gujarati for families. Add English where buyers are elsewhere.

/ 05 How a Rajkot social plan runs

From your buyers' feedsto a monthly count.

The full steps are in the fold below.

  1. 01

    Pick the platforms by buyer

Ask ten of your buyers where they look first. We start there, not with the newest app.

  2. 02

    Plan the calendar

The big dates first, then the quiet weeks. You approve the plan before anything is posted.

Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

The rest of the steps, from making the posts to counting what they brought.

How the work runs in Rajkot

Make it

We write in Gujarati, Hindi or English through our language partners, and shoot on a phone or with a crew. You check every fact before it goes out.

Post and reply

A buyer who writes to you should hear back. Replies to comments and messages are part of the job, and hard questions come to you.

Count and review

A monthly report counts calls, messages and form fills by platform and by post. Each quarter we move effort to what worked and stop what did not.

/ 06 Cost

What changes the cost of social media in Rajkot.

We do not publish a price list. After a first call we write down the scope, then quote against it. Ad money and creators' fees are billed at actuals, shown before you agree.

What affects the cost

  • How many platforms, and how many posts and videos a month
  • Video: clips on your phone, or planned shoots by a crew
  • Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English or a mix
  • Creators and paid posts, which are their own lines

How we quote

  1. A video call about your buyers and the dates that matter to you
  2. A look at your current pages and the pages of two rivals
  3. A written scope: platforms, posts, video, replies and reports
  4. A written quote within 2 working days of the first call

What you get in the quote

  • The platforms and the number of posts and videos each month
  • Who answers comments and messages, and in which language
  • Ad money and creators' fees, kept apart

How it is billed

Way of workingWhen it fits
Monthly retainerPosts, replies and a report every month; minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop
Festival pushA Navratri or Uttarayan campaign with an end date; timeline confirmed in the quote
/ 07 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

  1. 01

    A strategist calls you

In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.

  2. 02

    You get a 1-page plan

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

  3. 03

A quote, if you want one

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

What can't be measured can't be achieved.

Tell us your buyers and your dates. We'll plan the posts around them.

Or leave your number. A strategist calls you in one working day.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. We are in touch every day and share one report a month. We come to Rajkot at least once every three months, and a team member can work from your site when a job needs it.

  • Ask each agency for a monthly report with the client's name covered. Does it count enquiries or only likes? Ask who writes the Gujarati captions, who answers comments, and whose name the accounts are in. It should be yours. Pick the plainest answers.

  • Start where your buyers already look, not where it is fashionable. Families and food buyers are often on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Firms selling to other firms may add LinkedIn. Ask ten buyers, and we will start with the two or three they name.

  • Post one true detail: your own dish, your own craftsman, your own queue. Start planning before the first night, and film on the day. Then keep posting in the weeks after, when fewer brands do. A stock greeting looks like every other one.

  • Yes. We shortlist creators whose followers are your buyers, read their past posts, and agree the rate and rules in writing. We label paid posts as ads and do not buy followers. A creator's fee is its own line in your quote, shown before you agree.

  • No. A plan you can keep is better than a burst that stops. Many small firms do well with a few strong posts a week and quick replies. We set the number from your buyers and your capacity, then read what each post brought.
