1. Bihar is online, on small screens. TRAI, the telecom regulator, counted 66.87 million internet subscribers in Bihar alone at the end of March 2026. Its bigger "Bihar circle" figure also counts Jharkhand, so we leave it out. A page slow on a cheap Android phone loses the buyer.
2. A city of students and parents. The district's own website calls Patna mainly an administrative and educational centre. 4. New landmarks that people search for. Patna airport's new terminal opened on 29 May 2025, built for 1 crore passengers a year. It handled 43,86,376 passengers in 2025-26, up 14.8%. STPI and investment promises
The state startup portal also lists 22 incubators and hubs and 47 startup cells, and its 2022 policy offers interest-free loans of up to ₹10 lakh. A news report says the IT Policy 2024 offers a 30% capital subsidy of up to ₹30 crore, and 10% extra outside Patna and Danapur. STPI (Software Technology Parks of India), a central body that helps IT firms export, has a centre at Patliputra Colony, with Bhagalpur, Deoghar, Dhanbad and Ranchi as sub-centres; a listing there helps Google link your name with Patna's IT firms. At Bihar Business Connect 2024, MoUs (signed letters of intent) for 423 units worth ₹1,80,899 crore were reported by PTI: promises, not money spent.

Today: Google's AI answers
Google says there is no special markup or file needed to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode; a page must be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. TechCrunch reported on 8 October 2025 that Google had added Hindi to AI Mode the month before. So a Patna buyer may now ask in Hindi and be shown your page. Clear, accurate pages in both languages are the base.
