A launch can win the room and still leave sales with nobody to call. Safe entry first. Then the names your sales team will call.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
In a city that launches products every week, an event is judged by the buyers you can call the next day. PromotEdge runs stalls, launches and office events for tech firms and brands, so each ends with real buyers to call.
Our servicing team in Bangalore plans on calls, and our people come to the venue for build and event days. We plan first for what sinks a tech launch: a frozen demo, dropped Wi-Fi, the wrong guests.
The PromotEdge group makes the stalls, stages and branding. Delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. See our events and exhibitions page and the Bangalore page.
Stalls for BIEC and KTPO shows, drawn to the organiser's manual, with a demo corner.
02We test the demo on the venue's own network and keep a recorded backup.
03A day for resellers or dealers, built around one ask, with a sign-up desk.
04Town halls and award nights for offices in Manyata, Whitefield or Electronics City.
05Mall counters and sampling in festival weeks, reporting sign-ups and samples given.
Gate counts, queue lines, exits and a named safety lead for every public event.
Four facts shape our plans.
The audience is mostly tech. Karnataka had over 22,600 startups recognised by the central industry department on 31 March 2026, second only to Maharashtra. A crisp demo stands out.
Two big venues. BIEC, the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, is on Tumakuru Road, with 77,200 sq m of covered space in five pillar-free halls. The KTPO Trade Centre sits among the Whitefield tech parks.
Crowd safety is a public issue. On 4 June 2025, 11 people died in a crowd crush near M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, and the state drafted a Crowd Control Bill, still a bill in March 2026. We plan entry and exits for every public event.
Autumn is crowded. Mysuru Dasara runs 11 to 21 October 2026, Kannada Rajyotsava is Sunday 1 November, Deepavali is 8 November, and the Bengaluru Tech Summit follows at BIEC. We book hotels and builders early.
Our beliefWe're professionals. We'd rather be blunt than pleasing.

| Venue or date | What the source says | How it changes your plan |
|---|---|---|
| BIEC halls, Tumakuru Road | Five halls, each 6,000 to 17,500 sq m, on one level. Floors take up to 30 tonnes per sq m. The roof is 15 m high at the centre and 9 m at the sides. | Heavy machines and tall stalls fit. We confirm your hall's height limit first. |
| Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 | The 29th edition runs 17 to 19 November 2026 at BIEC. The site expects over 1,600 exhibitors and 1,000 startups. | If you exhibit, book now. If not, plan a side meeting that week. |

We fix what success means (demos, sign-ups, meetings) and who calls the leads.
We check your date against show and festival weeks, and get set-up hours and rules in writing.
For public events: a crowd limit, gates, exits, a named safety lead and the permissions needed.
You approve the design, then the organiser does. For launches, we rehearse the demo on site.
Invites by LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp to the right job titles, in Kannada where guests prefer it. Leads reach your team with notes in two working days.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

A SaaS or IT firm leans on launches and partner meets. A consumer brand leans on mall activations in festival weeks. A dealer-led maker, which sells through resellers, leans on dealer meets and trade shows.
The KTPO Trade Centre in Whitefield covers about 50 acres, with 11 open halls. BIEC says the metro's Green Line runs from BIEC. Aero India 2025 had 931 exhibitors from 90 countries. Bengaluru's airport handled 4,44,70,035 passengers in 2025-26.

The Greater Bengaluru Authority replaced BBMP on 2 September 2025, with five city corporations. New advertisement rules were notified on 13 January 2026, so road banners need the right corporation's permit.

Gemini can generate slides and write or rewrite text. Google says it may suggest inaccurate information. Our view: good for a first draft of a launch deck, never for capacity or safety numbers.

Our view: invites and run sheets will get quicker to draft. A named person still owns the crowd plan.
Not sure which Bangalore venue suits your buyers? Ask us before you book a hall. Talk to us
No price list. These things move the number.
Hall hire, stall build, sound, catering, hotels and flights are billed at cost, each with your yes first.
Two event quotes rarely cover the same things. Ask about GST, venue charges, safety staff, travel and who chases the leads.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorBangalore events are run by our servicing team, backed by our wider team across India, hybrid and remote, with daily calls. We visit Bengaluru at least once every three months, and when an event needs hands on site, we deploy our team at your venue.
It takes the whole event off your hands: venue, stall or stage, sound, guests, food, staff, permits and safety. A useful one also passes visitor names and notes to your sales team, so the event ends with people to call.
We won't call ourselves that, and a ranking can't decide it for you. Three questions help: show us a BIEC or KTPO stall you made, who will be on site, and how you manage crowds. Choose the firm that answers plainly.
Yes. We plan the guest list by job title, test the demo on the venue's network and keep a recorded backup. After the launch, your team gets each guest's interest level. See how we work with SaaS and IT services firms.
The state's Crowd Control Bill was still a bill in March 2026. Its June 2025 draft asked organisers to get police permission first, stating the expected crowd. We plan as if that applies and check current rules for your date. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
Now, for both. The Bengaluru Tech Summit runs 17 to 19 November 2026 at BIEC, and Aero India is 8 to 12 February 2027 at Yelahanka. Allow six to eight weeks for stall design, approval and build, and book your slot with the organiser early.
Yes, where your guests prefer it. Our language partners write in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and more. Tech audiences mostly read English, while consumer events, mall counters and dealer meets often do better with Kannada next to English in a city of many languages.
The lead list is with your team, with notes, within two working days of the event. Meetings usually follow within a month, and company deals can take a few months. We keep tracking every lead until it closes or drops, and confirm the timeline in the quote.
