Dealers come to Lucknow from towns across Uttar Pradesh, so the date and the hall matter as much as the stage. PromotEdge plans meets, launches, seminars and stalls with that in mind. First the sales goal, then the stage.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A dealer meet that ends at dinner, with no order booked, has only cost the brand a hall and a night. As an event management company for Lucknow, PromotEdge plans dealer meets, launches and stalls for brands selling across Uttar Pradesh, and agrees the sales goal before it books the stage.
An event management company runs an event from start to end. We start earlier. What should your sales team hold the morning after? We agree that number, then plan back from it. We start with logic and your numbers, not with ideas we happen to like.
Planning, design and supplier briefs run online, in hybrid mode, with a servicing team based in cities across India. We come to Lucknow for the venue visit and the event days. Our in-house team of 65+ people does the work, and brings in industry consultants or a partner agency where a job needs one. Stage, sound, screens and stall building are delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy.
How we run events anywhere in India is on our events and exhibitions page. The wider city picture is on our Lucknow page.
Dealers from across UP in one hall, with travel, rooms, awards and a counter where orders get booked that evening.
02A reveal for the trade and the press, with Hindi, English and Urdu papers on the invite list.
03Seminars for doctors, engineers or officials, run to a run sheet: the minute-by-minute plan for the day.
04A stall you approve in 3D, then built for a fair in the city, with a counter that records each visitor.
05Demos and sampling where Lucknow shops, such as Lulu Mall, booked with the mall's own team first.

Our beliefChange is the only constant.
Four facts change the date, the venue or the cost of most events we plan here. Two are here; two more are in the fold below.
State events set the business diary. The UP Global Investors Summit was held in Lucknow in February 2023. It brought about Rs 33 lakh crore of investment promises, called MoUs (memorandums of understanding). In February 2024, again in Lucknow, the Prime Minister launched projects worth more than Rs 10 lakh crore across UP, as reported. The BrahMos missile testing unit opened here on 11 May 2025, and its first missiles were flagged off on 18 October 2025. Weeks like these can fill hotels, so we check the state's diary before we hold your date.
Banners outside the venue have firm limits. Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) gazetted its advertising bylaw on 23 January 2021. Under it, a cloth banner for an event can be at most 10 sq m, and it must come down within 14 days. In January 2025 the Mayor told officials to act strictly against unauthorised posters and banners. So we keep the big branding inside the venue.
Why Lucknow suits a dealer meet, plus two more facts: winter festival time and guests who fly in.
Lucknow is the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Invest UP, the state's investment agency, calls UP's 25 crore people the "Largest Consumer Market in India". That is the state's own claim. For a brand with dealers in many districts, the capital is an easy place to gather them.
Winter is festival time. Lucknow Mahotsav, the city's art and culture festival, is held every year in late November to December. In 2025, UNESCO named Lucknow a Creative City of Gastronomy for its Awadhi food. Guests from other cities will look forward to dinner, so the menu deserves thought. For a winter event, we check the festival's dates before fixing yours.
Plan for guests who fly in. Lucknow's airport handled 60,65,957 passengers in 2025-26, 5.8% fewer than the year before (Airports Authority of India). Terminal 3 opened on 10 March 2024, with chikankari embroidery patterns lit up at check-in. In October 2026 the metro had one line, the Red Line, running 22.87 km from the airport to Munshi Pulia. An east-west line from Charbagh to Vasant Kunj was approved in August 2025, but it was still only planned in October 2026. So we prefer venues near the Red Line.
Lucknow has big venues, from a cricket stadium to a mall. But some roads allow no ads at all, and big roadside boards are banned on Ashok Marg. Match the venue to your guest list, then plan signs inside the city's rules.
| What | In Lucknow (as published) | What it means for your event |
|---|---|---|
| Ekana Cricket Stadium | Seats 50,000. The International Cricket Council (ICC) calls it "the fifth largest international cricket stadium of India". Home of the UP cricket team and Lucknow Super Giants. | Fan events and very large public shows. Far too big for a dealer meet. |
| Janeshwar Mishra Park, Gomti Nagar | About 376 acres, opened in August 2014. The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) calls it "one of the largest urban parks in Asia". | Open-air public events. We confirm permission and dates with the managing authority first. |
| Lulu Mall, Amar Shaheed Path | Opened on 10 July 2022. 2.2 million sq ft, parking for over 3,000 vehicles, and a food court with 1,600 seats (Lulu group). | Launches and demos for shoppers. Floor slots are booked through the mall. |
| Hazratganj | LDA calls it "over 200 years old". Its heritage upgrade added walkways and matching shopfronts. Hoardings are banned on Ashok Marg, Hazratganj to Sikandar Bagh. | Shop promotions should suit the heritage look. A big roadside hoarding is not an option. |
| No-ad roads (LMC bylaw) | No ads at all on Mahatma Gandhi Marg, Vidhan Sabha Marg, or around Raj Bhavan and the new High Court. No hoardings within 20 m of main crossings or 10 m of highways. LED screen ads pay 100% extra. | Direction signs are planned road by road, inside these limits. |
| Languages | Hindi and Urdu are spoken in the district (district website). | Stage scripts, signs and welcome kits in Hindi, Urdu or English, as your guests prefer, written by our language partners. |
| Media for announcements | 6 private FM stations (91.1 to 107.2 MHz) and Akashvani FM Rainbow on 100.7 MHz. Dainik Jagran, Hindustan and Amar Ujala have Lucknow editions in the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) list. | A public launch can be announced on radio and in Hindi papers the week before. |
Each row's source was checked on 4 October 2026. Naming a venue here does not mean we have worked there. Seat counts depend on the layout, so we check them with the venue before any deposit.
More steps are in the fold below.
One call on what the event must bring: orders, dealer sign-ups, leads or press stories. That decides the guest list and the budget.
We check Mahotsav weeks, match days at Ekana and big state events. Then we hold two or three venues for a realistic headcount.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
The rest of the steps, from the venue walk to the follow-up report.
We travel to Lucknow to check stage space, power, parking and the distance from the airport.
A banner plan inside LMC's limits, a stage script from our language partners in the language your guests use, and invites by WhatsApp and phone.
Build-up within the venue's hours, a full rehearsal, then one floor lead who takes your calls.
Leads reach sales within days. The report shows turn-out, orders and cost per lead (what each enquiry cost you).
There is no price list on this page. After a first call on your goal, guest count and date, we write the scope down and price it line by line. Venue, food, travel and hired production pass through at actuals.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| One event | Our planning cost, with venue and production at actuals; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Dealer-meet season | Several regional meets a year, with sets and branding reused; timeline confirmed in the quote |

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorOur servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online in hybrid mode. We talk daily, meet you in Lucknow at least once every three months, and come for venue visits and event days. A team member works from your venue when a job needs it.
Our in-house team, with an industry consultant or partner agency added only where the job needs one. Stage, sound, screens and stall building are delivered with the same partner. One planner holds the budget and the run sheet. Before you sign, we name who will be on the floor.
Yes, within LMC's bylaw. An event banner can be up to 10 sq m and must come down within 14 days. Some roads, like Mahatma Gandhi Marg, allow no ads at all. So we plan every sign before it is printed.
Yes. Our language partners write scripts and invites in Hindi, Urdu and English, and our planner checks them against the run sheet. They also create content in Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more. We pick the stage language by audience. A meet for dealers from across UP usually runs in Hindi.
Only for a very large crowd, since it seats 50,000. For a launch or dealer meet of a few hundred guests, a hotel ballroom is cheaper and easier to fill. A 30-minute strategist call helps you pick the venue that fits your guest list.
We won't claim that, and no firm can prove it. Ask three things of anyone you shortlist. Who will run the floor on the day? Can they show events that led to orders, not just photos? What does the quote leave out? Ask us too.
