A Goa event that ends with a beach photo has not done its job. PromotEdge agrees what the event must bring back before it books a venue.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
An event management company in Goa should be judged by the meetings and orders an event hands your sales team, not by the view from the venue. PromotEdge plans launches and dealer meets in Panaji and across the state for hotels and makers.
Guests say yes to Goa fast. The danger is a holiday with a dinner attached. We plan the business part first. What must each guest agree to before flying home?
This page covers what changes when the event is in Goa. Our general way of running events is on the events and exhibitions page. Search and social media are on the Goa overview.
A stall built to the organiser's rules, with buyer meetings booked before the first morning.
02Dealers brought to Goa for the scheme talk and the order desk. The free evening comes after the business, not before it.
03A product or showroom launch with a guest list and a run sheet, the minute-by-minute plan for the day.
04Seated sessions at a hall or a hotel, with registration and breakout rooms, and a plan for guests who fly into either airport.
05Stalls and stages, delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. For beach work, we read the state's policies with you first.

We start with logic and your numbers, not with ideas we happen to like.
A film festival, a tentative calendar and venues with no published seat counts. Two things are below, and three more are in the fold after them.
November belongs to IFFI. The 57th International Film Festival of India runs from 20 to 28 November 2026, with Panaji as the venue city. Its film market, WAVES Film Bazaar, runs from 20 to 24 November. The site list, headed 2024, names venues from Panaji to Margao. Rooms and cars need early plans.
The festival calendar is tentative. The Department of Tourism lists Deepotsav in October 2026, and the Sea Food Festival and Ramponkaranche Fest in December 2026. Carnaval is in February 2027 and Shigmo in March 2027. The Heritage Festival and the Spirit of Goa Festival follow in April 2027. The calendar marks every date as tentative, and gives only a month for Carnaval and Shigmo. We confirm each date before we book.
Three more things we check, on beach rules, on Kala Academy and on the public bodies that run big events.
3. Beaches have rules before they have stalls. The Department of Tourism publishes a Goa State Shack Policy 2023-2026 and a policy to regulate water sports. Anyone planning a branded beach activation, which is a brand stall or promotion on a beach, should read both first. We read them with you, and we check whether a newer shack policy has replaced the 2023 one.
4. Kala Academy is the cultural hall. Wikipedia says the Government of Goa set up Kala Academy at Campal, Panjim, on 28 February 1970, to a design by the architect Charles Correa. It has an auditorium called Dinanath Mangeshkar Kala Mandir, an amphitheatre, a black box theatre, an art gallery and a library. We found no seat counts, so we ask the Academy for capacity and house rules before a plan names it.
5. Public bodies run the biggest events. IFFI is organised by the National Film Development Corporation under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in association with the Government of Goa and the Entertainment Society of Goa. The Directorate of Art and Culture lists its own festivals at Kala Academy. So a private event must fit around them, and we check what is already booked.
IFFI takes over Panaji and nearby towns from 20 to 28 November 2026. The state calendar is tentative. We found no published seat counts, so we ask each venue in writing. Goa has two airports, so we plan guest transfers from the one they use.
| What | In Goa (as published) | What it means for your event |
|---|---|---|
| IFFI 2026 | 57th edition, 20 to 28 November 2026. The National Film Development Corporation organises it, in association with the Government of Goa. Press accreditation closes 15 October 2026. The 56th edition ended on 28 November 2025 with over 240 films from 81 countries, says IFFI. | A busy fortnight. We keep dealer meets clear of it, or book early. |
| IFFI sites | The list, headed 2024: ceremonies at the Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium. Screenings at INOX Panjim and Maquinez Palace, and at venues in Porvorim and Ponda. Talks at Kala Academy. | Check the 2026 list. Plan shuttles for sites that sit far apart. |
| Open-air screenings | The same list names Miramar Beach, Anjuna Beach, Vagator Beach (Helipad) and the open space at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao. | Outdoor crowds. Any brand presence there needs the organiser's yes. |
| Kala Academy | At Campal, Panjim. The Government of Goa set it up on 28 February 1970, and Charles Correa designed it. It has an auditorium, an amphitheatre, a black box theatre, an art gallery and a library (as reported on Wikipedia). We found no seat counts. | A cultural venue for talks and shows. We ask the Academy for capacity and rules in writing. |
| Art and culture | The Directorate of Art and Culture lists the 14th DD Kosambi Festival of Ideas, 2025, at Kala Academy. | Talks and book events use the same hall. Check what is already booked. |
| State calendar | The Department of Tourism's Calendar of Events 2026-2027 has three lists: Goa State Festivals, Domestic Events (travel fairs it attends) and International Events and Roadshows. All are tentative. | We test your date against the lists, then confirm it with the organiser. |
| Festival months | Deepotsav, October 2026. Sea Food Festival and Ramponkaranche Fest, December 2026. Food and Cultural Festival, January 2027. Carnaval, February 2027. Shigmo, March 2027. | Good dates for a staff day or a visitor activation, once confirmed. |
| Beach rules | The Department of Tourism publishes a Goa State Shack Policy 2023-2026 and a policy to regulate water sports. | Read both before a branded beach set-up. We go through them with you. |
| Two airports | Dabolim: 61,26,944 passengers in 2025-26, down 15.4%. Mopa, in Pernem taluka: 53,76,516, up 15.8% (AAI). | We ask each guest's flight, then plan transfers from that airport. |
Rows checked against their sources on 4 October 2026. The IFFI site list is headed 2024, so 2026 may differ. Venues and events are facts about Goa, not our clients or past work. The Wikipedia row is a lead to confirm. General guidance, not legal advice.
The full steps are in the fold below. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
One video call to agree the number that matters: dealer orders, buyer meetings or press stories.
A stall, a hotel hall, a cultural venue or your own premises, chosen by who must attend.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
How we work with you, and all six steps from the goal to the lead list.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, so planning and design, and supplier work, mostly run online, in hybrid mode. We travel to Goa for the venue visit and the event days. Stage, sound, screens, branding and stall builds are delivered with partner agencies where a job needs them. When the job needs it, a team member works from your site.
No price list. These things move the number.
We don't publish a price list. After a 30-minute call with a strategist, we send a written scope and a quote. Venue, food, travel and production are billed at actual cost, and you approve each rate first.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Single event | One meet, launch or conference, with our fee and production on separate lines; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Show package | A stall, pre-booked buyer meetings and follow-up for one fair; timeline confirmed in the quote |
| Season plan | For example, a November launch and a later dealer meet, planned in one go; timeline confirmed in the quote |
Three more things that can change your quote, and a tip for comparing quotes.
Stage size, screens, sound and stall size.
Written approvals for any branding outside the venue, and for any beach set-up.
Our team's travel to Goa for the venue visit and the event days.
Comparing quotes? Look for airport transfers, night build hours and taxes in each one. A quote that leaves them out only looks cheaper.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorOur servicing team is based in cities across India, and most of the work runs online, in hybrid mode. While we plan, we talk every day. We travel to Goa for the venue visit and the event, and meet you there at least once every three months. When a job needs it, a team member works from your site.
Ask what each company will hand your sales team after the event, not only what it will build. Ask who runs the floor on the day, and what the quote leaves out, such as transfers and taxes. Ask for the venue's written terms before any deposit.
We found no published seat counts for the Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium or the halls at Kala Academy, so we quote none. Before a plan names a venue, we ask it for capacity and layout in writing. We then size your guest list to that, not to a guess.
Often not. IFFI runs from 20 to 28 November 2026, and its site list names venues from Panaji to Ponda and Margao. Rooms and halls near them can fill early. Pick a quieter week, or book early and keep the plan simple. We check each date against the state's tentative calendar.
From the one your group flies into. Goa has two: Dabolim, and Mopa in Pernem taluka in the north. The AAI table shows Mopa growing and Dabolim falling in 2025-26. We ask for each guest's flight, then plan shuttles and timings from that airport.
We send the leads to your sales team within days, with a note on how each guest behaved. You also get the run sheet, the costs against the quote and what we would change next time. We're professionals, so we'd rather be blunt than pleasing. An event that ends with a photo has not done its job.
