/ 02 What we do for Mumbai brands

Eight jobs,one person accountable.

01

A Mumbai posting calendar

Dussehra, Diwali, the marathon, Kala Ghoda, Gudi Padwa and your launches, booked ahead.

02

Content people save

Reels, carousels and photos made from your shop, product or team, not stock.

03

Captions for each reader

English, with Marathi, Hindi or Gujarati where your buyers read it. Each is written fresh.

04

Ads mapped to the region

Meta ads split by Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, or pin code, so a Borivali shop doesn't pay to reach Colaba.

05

Creator tie-ups, labelled

Mumbai creators chosen for who follows them, every paid post marked as an ad.

06

LinkedIn for B2B firms

Company page and founder posts for finance, logistics and industrial firms (B2B, selling to businesses).

07

Replies handed to sales

Messages answered on working days; real buyers reach your team on WhatsApp the same day.

08

Numbers that matter

Each month: chats, calls, bookings and form fills from social, beside what you spent.

Our beliefWe start with logic and your numbers, not with ideas we happen to like.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A D2C or marketplace brand leans on creators and festival offers. A local shop or franchise needs pin-code ads and quick replies. A B2B firm in BKC or Thane uses LinkedIn and founder posts.

  1. A first call and a look at your accounts. We would rather be blunt than pleasing, so you hear straight if social is the right place to spend. Three changes we would make first, in writing.
  2. A 90-day calendar. Dates drive Mumbai attention, and the more involved you are, the faster you see results. Posts, Reels and ads mapped from, say, Dussehra to Diwali.
  3. Shoot and make. Real video of your shop or site beats stock. Public places need ward permission first. A shot list you sign off, then edits by our in-house team.
  4. Post, reply and boost. Posts that already do well earn the ad budget. Messages answered on working days.
  5. A monthly count. Chats and bookings matter more than likes. Chats, calls, bookings and spend side by side.

AI in social media: today and next

Today: Meta

Meta says Advantage+ uses AI to optimise campaigns in real time and match ads to people most likely to act, with end-to-end campaigns for sales, app and leads. We still choose the offer, the area and the language.

Rules and next

ASCI published a report on AI in advertising in March 2025, so we check the rules before AI-made content goes live. Our view: drafts will keep getting faster, but Mumbai's languages and moments need a person. Want us to look at yours? Ask us.

/ 03 Social media marketing in Mumbai

What gets in the way in Mumbai, and the way through.

Three facts decide what we post, and for whom.

Your followers read in more than one language. In Census 2011, about 35% of Greater Mumbai named Marathi as their mother tongue, about 29% a Hindi-group language, about 12% Urdu and about 11% Gujarati. When Apple opened its BKC store on 18 April 2023, it said its team of over 100 spoke more than 20 languages. We add a second caption in Marathi, Hindi or Gujarati where your buyers truly read one. Our language partners write it.

Almost everyone you sell to is online, so reach is not the hard part. TRAI counted 37.11 million internet subscribers in its Mumbai service area in March 2026, 36.38 million on broadband. Being worth a follow is.

Navi Mumbai and Thane are separate audiences. Census 2011 counted 11,20,547 people in Navi Mumbai and 18,41,488 in Thane, about half of each naming Marathi as their mother tongue. Thane district lists chemicals, medicines and plastics among its main industries. We give each its own ad area and some posts, because a buyer in Vashi and one in Thane West rarely want the same offer.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of social media marketing in Mumbai.

Ad spend is paid to Meta from an ad account in your company's name, at actuals, and you approve it before it is spent.

What affects the cost

  • Platforms, and posts and Reels a month on each
  • Caption languages beyond English
  • Shoot days, travel and any ward permission
  • Festival weeks that need extra posts
  • Ad areas, and the number of creator tie-ups

How we quote

  1. A first call about your buyers, areas and key dates
  2. A short written review of your pages, before any price
  3. A written scope and quote you can approve or cut down

What you get in the quote

  • Posts and Reels a month on each platform
  • Caption languages and reply hours
  • Shoot days and who handles permission
  • Ad spend as a separate line

Compare the same work in every quote: Reels a month, who shoots and where, languages, GST and whether ad spend is inside the fee.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and posting, ads and replies are online work, so distance does not slow them. We visit Mumbai regularly. When a shoot needs it, we place our team at your shop or site, and confirm who is coming first.

  • Yes, where your buyers read them. About 35% of Greater Mumbai named Marathi as their mother tongue in Census 2011, and about half of Thane and Navi Mumbai did. Our language partners write each caption fresh, and we add a second language only where your buyers truly read it.

  • Yes, if you decide this week. Dussehra is on 20 October and the Diwali holidays on 8, 10 and 11 November 2026. A short plan with a few strong posts and a small ad budget can still go live. We would start with a short calendar and boost only the posts that do well.

  • Yes. ASCI published its Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in 2021, and a paid or gifted post should be clearly marked as an ad. We put the label into every creator brief and check each post before it goes live. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

  • We would much rather use real video of your shop, site or team than stock clips. Under BMC's 2019 policy, shooting ads in the city needs its permission, which the ward can give in 48 hours if no set is built.

  • Saves, replies and profile visits usually rise within six to eight weeks. A steady flow of chats and calls takes three to six months of regular posting. We tell you plainly when a month was weak. Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.

  • We won't claim that title, and there is no fair ranking. Ask each agency for a real monthly report with the client's name hidden, who writes your captions, and whose name the ad account is in. Ask us the same three questions, and compare the answers.

  • Yes. We review your accounts and write a 90-day plan with dates, formats and caption rules, and can check in monthly. Your team keeps posting. You get the Mumbai dates, a caption guide for each language and a short list of changes to make first.
