/ 01 Office branding agency

Your office isan ad people walk into.

A visiting client or dealer judges you in the first minute, and an unbranded office could be anyone's office. PromotEdge plans, designs and installs office branding for offices, plants and showrooms, so that minute works for your sales.

Office branding puts your brand on the space people walk through: reception, wall graphics, glass, guiding signs and story walls. In a plant it adds gate, bay and truck-route signs.

Choose this page when the brand exists and the job is the space: a new office, a move, a refit or a rebrand that has to reach the walls. If the brand is not settled, start with branding or brand strategy. Good walls can't fix a brand nobody has agreed on.

/ 03 What usually gets in the way

Where an office brandusually goes missing.

“Clients walk into our office and it could be anyone's office.”

One strong logo wall and a short line on what you do changes the first minute of every meeting.

“We rebranded last year, but the reception still shows the old logo.”

We list every old logo in the building and replace them all in one planned visit.

“Visitors get lost between the gate and the meeting room.”

We walk a first-time visitor's route and put a sign wherever they would stop and ask.

“The wall graphics started peeling within a few months.”

Usually the vinyl went onto fresh paint or a rough wall. We check the surface and painting date before we print.

“Each branch has done its own walls, and none of them match.”

One design system with fixed sizes and rules gives every new branch the same look.

“The fit-out is nearly done, and nobody planned the branding.”

Fixable. We can still survey, design and install quickly. Next time, bring us in when the floor plan is drawn.

/ 04 How we work

From floor planto finished walls.

One office floor usually takes four to seven weeks from first visit to handover. Plants and many branches take longer.

  1. 01

    Walk the site (week 1)

We measure and photograph every wall and door, and note the building's rules.

  2. 02

Plan wall by wall (weeks 1 to 3)

What goes where, then mock-ups on photos of your real walls.

  3. 03

Settle the words (weeks 2 to 3)

Your leaders sign off the values text. We can't do magic alone: the sooner the words arrive, the sooner walls go up.

  4. 04

Samples and drawings (weeks 3 to 4)

Material samples, a colour proof, exact drawings.

  5. 05

    Make (weeks 4 to 6)

Made within the PromotEdge group and checked against the drawings.

  6. 06

    Install with least disruption

A few days per floor, often at night or over a weekend, once walls are dry.

  7. 07

    Hand over

A walk-round, a snag list closed by an agreed date, photos, a care guide and all files.

Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A single head office leans on reception and values walls. A plant adds gate, bay and truck-route signs. A multi-branch or franchise network needs one rollout kit that each site type can follow.

  1. Answer the practical questions first. Will vinyl stick to fresh paint? Does the landlord allow drilling? A site note before anything is printed.
  2. Mock up on your real walls. People judge a plan better on their own reception than on a sketch. Photos with the design on them.
  3. Keep one design system. The next branch should not need a new design. Sizes and rules.
  4. Install around the fit-out. Wet paint and open ceilings spoil a clean job. A dated plan.

AI in office branding: today and next

Today

Adobe said on 12 February 2025 that Firefly is trained on content it has permission to use, and named Generative Fill in Photoshop as a Firefly-powered editing feature. We may use such tools for rough picture options before drawings.

Our view: mock-ups will get quicker. Measuring the wall, reading the lease and sign-off by your leaders stay human work. Want us to look at your space? Ask us.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of office branding.

After a site visit, or photos and a floor plan, we send a written scope. Design, production and installation are shown line by line.

What affects the cost

  • Sites, floors and cities
  • Wall area, glass panels and signs
  • Materials: printed vinyl, 3D letters or lit letters
  • Lighting and electrical work for lit logos
  • Working hours and access: nights, a live office
  • Removing old graphics and making good the wall

How we quote

  1. You tell us about the office, the look and your date.
  2. We see the space, or study your photos and floor plan.
  3. We write a scope: each wall, panel and sign, with materials named.
  4. Within 2 working days you get a quote with design, production and installation on separate lines.

What you get in the quote

  • Walls, panels and signs covered, with sizes
  • Design drawings, materials and finish named
  • Installation, hours and access
  • Removal of old graphics; third-party costs such as building access at actuals

Check that each quote names the material and grade, the sizes, and whether removal and repainting are included.

Our beliefWhat can't be measured can't be achieved.

/ 06 What happens next

What happensafter you ask.

For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Straight answers.

  • It can include a reception logo wall, wall graphics, glass frosting, wayfinding signs, room names and a values wall. In a plant it adds gate, shed and bay signs. Most offices need only some, and we tell you which, so you do not pay for walls that add nothing.

  • Cost depends on sites, wall area, materials and working hours. Printed vinyl on one wall costs far less than lit 3D letters across three floors. One floor usually takes four to seven weeks, and slow approval of the words is the common delay.

  • Yes. Removable vinyl, film on glass and boards on light fixings can come off when you leave. We check the lease and the building's rules on drilling and outside signs before we design. That keeps your deposit safe and the move-out simple.

  • Distance does not matter. Our servicing team is based in cities across India and plans the work with you hybrid and remotely. Our in-house team of 65+ people, with partner agencies, installs it and sends photos of every wall for your sign-off.

  • No. Workplace branding is the physical space: walls, glass and signs. Employer branding is your reputation as a place to work. They help each other, because candidates who visit judge the office too. Many companies plan both together, so their walls and their hiring story match.

  • An office is not an ad, so it has no click numbers. Judge it on a handover checklist: every wall as drawn, a snag list closed on time, one look across branches. Then ask your sales and HR heads what visitors say.

  • We make brand-matched boards and frames around them. The list of signs your site must show comes from your fire consultant or safety officer, and we never restyle a set safety colour or symbol. This is general guidance, not legal advice, so confirm the final list with them.

  • We share relevant work when we talk, and in a first meeting we can look at photos of your space and show which walls matter most. Plant signage is part of what we plan. See also manufacturing, real estate and healthcare offices.
