“Our offer changes every week, and printing new flex each time makes no sense.”
New creative goes live once the network approves it, with no printing or mounting.

A screen that can change by the hour should carry an offer that does.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
DOOH earns its price only when the message changes as often as your offer does. PromotEdge plans and books digital out-of-home screens, so the right offer reaches shoppers near your stores when they are ready to buy.
A static hoarding carries one advertiser for a month. A digital screen shows several in a loop, so you buy a share. Some networks can be bought programmatically, through software.
DOOH has limits: the screen is shared, silent and seen less often than a board you hold all month. We plan it with static sites in outdoor advertising, and say plainly when a static board does more for the money. For your own LED screen on a showroom, see signage and retail branding. Common buyers are retail chains, housing projects, healthcare brands such as pharmacies and wellness labels, and industrial makers with dealer offers.
Our beliefWe look at your business first. Marketing comes second.
| Screen type | Where | How it is sold | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Roadside digital billboards | Junctions, main roads, flyovers | Share of a loop, by day, week or month | City launches, offers |
| Mall and multiplex | Atriums, food courts, cinema lobbies | Plays a day, or screen packages | Retail, food, store openings |
| Airport | Departure halls, queues, lounges | By screen or package, often monthly | Premium and business buyers |
| Metro and railway | Concourses, platforms, coaches | Station or line packages | Daily commuters |
| Office and residential | Lift lobbies in towers and societies | Network packages by city or area | Home services, finance, education |
| Programmatic DOOH | Screens from several networks | Per play or per thousand impressions | Testing cities, short bursts |
Screen counts, loop lengths and booking units differ by network and city, and we confirm them for each plan. Networks are booked through our media partners.
“Our offer changes every week, and printing new flex each time makes no sense.”
New creative goes live once the network approves it, with no printing or mounting.
“We want to be seen near our stores at the hours people shop.”
We pick screens and hours by location and time of day, so the ad runs near your outlets when footfall peaks.
“We need a launch in five cities on the same morning.”
DOOH networks can switch on many screens on one date, with one creative and one schedule.
“The agency says the ad ran, but we have no proof it played.”
Every booking comes with the network's play logs by screen and day. We add photos or video of the ad on screen.
“A static hoarding at the main junction costs too much for a short campaign.”
A share of a digital screen at a similar junction can often be bought for days or weeks.

A typical timeline for a campaign on booked networks. Programmatic buys can start sooner once the creative is approved.
What the screens must do, in which cities, at which hours and for how long.
Networks shortlisted with locations, loop length, plays a day and rates. You approve plan and budget.
Your ad cut to each network's sizes and lengths, usually 10 or 15 seconds, silent, with large text.
Files go to each network for its content check, then are scheduled by day and hour.
Photos or video of the ad on screen in the first days, and creative or hour changes where allowed.
Play logs by screen, plays delivered against plays booked, and any response tracked by area.

A retail chain runs offers near each store, switched by day. A launch brand runs many cities on one morning. A premium brand or housing project picks airport and office screens. A franchise can vary the message by city.
The FICCI-EY 2026 report says digital OOH made up 18% of out-of-home revenue in 2025, up from 7% in 2023. ASCI, formed in 1985, keeps Indian ads decent, fair and honest, and its code applies to screen ads too.

Moving Walls says it runs a real-time programmatic marketplace for out-of-home and can link exposure to outcomes such as store visits. Google says Veo 3.1 makes video from text, with clips of about 8 seconds, close to a 10-second screen spot.
We would use it for mood tests only. The offer, price and logo on a screen must be exact, so a person builds the final file.

DOOH is sold by plays, by share of loop or, for programmatic buys, per thousand impressions. You see the screens, plays booked and rate before you approve. Delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy.
Cost per thousand impressions (CPM) is what you pay for 1,000 estimated views. Each network estimates views its own way, so we ask how before comparing.

GibaBrazilian Former Volleyball PlayerIt depends on the network, city, share of the loop, hours and length of the campaign. A week on a few mall screens costs far less than a month on premium metro roadside screens. We do not publish a price list; network rates are at actuals.
DOOH, or digital out-of-home, is advertising on digital screens outside the home. A digital billboard is one kind: a large LED screen by the road. DOOH also covers screens in malls, airports, metros, offices and housing societies. The word digital means the ad can be changed without printing.
It is the network's log of when and where your ad played, by screen and day, with the number of plays. We check it against the booking and add photos or video of the ad on screen. Ask for it in the plan, because some networks share logs only on request.
Buying screen time through software instead of a fixed booking. You set places, times and budget, and the system buys plays on matching screens. Not every network in India can be bought this way, and we tell you which ones can before you decide.
Usually a 10- or 15-second video or a still, silent, in the exact pixel size of each screen. Text must be large and short. Each network checks the creative before it goes live, so send files a few days before the start date.
Yes, within each network's rules. You can run morning and evening versions, change the offer for the weekend or vary it by city. Each new file goes through the network's check first, so changes are planned a day or two ahead, not at the last minute.
Plays alone don't prove sales, so we add a QR code, short web address or campaign-only phone number. We also compare enquiries and store visits in areas with and without screens, and report them with the play logs, so you see both plays and results.
The metros have the widest choice across roads, malls, airports and offices. Smaller cities have fewer networks, often in malls or at a few junctions. We check availability city by city and tell you honestly when a city has too few screens. For Kolkata, see outdoor advertising in Kolkata.
