3D stall design
Two or three routes in 3D, showing your products, branding and visitor walk-in, sized to the hall's height limit.
Every square metre of a rented stall should bring buyer conversations your sales team can follow up. PromotEdge designs and fabricates the stall, and plans its graphics and visitor flow, for exporters and manufacturers showing at the city's trade fairs.
A trade show is often the costliest week of the marketing year. We'd rather show you results than a nice presentation, so we judge a stall on the leads written down at the counter and what they became three months later.
Fabrication, flooring, lighting, LED screens and the night build are delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy. Our Sector V team plans each stall, so one person answers for how it stands on opening morning.
Stalls are one part of how we handle shows in Kolkata. For the national approach, see exhibition stall design. Showing in the capital too? Our Delhi NCR stall page covers that.
Two or three routes in 3D, showing your products, branding and visitor walk-in, sized to the hall's height limit.
Ply, laminate, paint and acrylic builds, test-fitted before they leave. Fire-safe materials where the manual asks.
A system stall that packs flat and goes up again at the next show, so you pay for design once.
A small booth or tight budget? We dress the organiser's standard shell with graphics, light and a counter.
Large-format prints, backlit panels and LED walls.
Invitations before the show, a lead form your staff will fill, and follow-up while the show is fresh.
We believe in process. Good results should repeat, not happen by luck.
Booked space already? Send us the floor plan and the show dates, and we will draw the stall. Get a free growth plan
Most stall trouble comes from three places: the hall, the truck hours and who exhibits.
Three halls host most big shows. Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, run by the West Bengal Trade Promotion Organisation (WBTPO), has 31,894 sq m of exhibition space in two pavilions of over a lakh sq ft each. Biswa Bangla Convention Centre (BBCC) in New Town has a 3,000-seat Hall 1. Science City has a 20,000 sq m open-air ground. We walk the hall first.
Mela Prangan has its own fabricator rule. WBTPO's notice says only empanelled agencies may work there. We confirm the rule with your organiser before we draw anything.
Trucks reach the hall at night. Medium and heavy goods vehicles with non-essential goods face daytime limits in Kolkata outside the port area, and the Calcutta High Court declined to interfere (reported 7 February 2024). Material arrives the night before day one, so we test-fit in the workshop and load a spare kit.
Who exhibits here. Kolkata district's 2024-25 exports were led by gems and jewellery (58.8%) and iron and steel (17.5%). Jewellery needs lockable cases and good light. Machinery needs floor loading checked first.
| Show | Dates | Hall | What the stall needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eastern Signage and East India Print & Pack | 27-29 November 2026 | Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan | Machines on the stand: power and floor loading checked before design |
| Indian Houseware Show (17th edition) | 9-11 January 2027 | Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan | Product walls that retail buyers can scan quickly |
| India Energy Week | 28-31 January 2027 | BBCC, New Town | A large national show: book your fabricator once space is confirmed |
| MATECIA | 12-14 February 2027 | Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan | Confirm build-up and dismantling dates early |
Dates as listed by Global Trade Fairs and Construction World, read 11 October 2026. Shows are named as events in the city, not as our past work. We confirm build-up times with each organiser.
Space size, products to show, the leads you want and who will stand there.
We note height limits, power and build-up dates, then share 3D designs. Two rounds of changes are normal.
Drawings to the organiser where the manual asks, power booking, and your artwork signed off.
Made and put together once before they leave. Trucks run at night; you walk the stall the evening before opening.
A crew member stays on call. Then we dismantle to the organiser's schedule and send the lead sheet, sorted by warmth.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
An exporter of small, high-value goods needs lockable cases and warm, even light. A machinery maker needs floor loading and power first. A dealer-led B2B brand needs a counter and a lead form. A consumer fair stall must survive heavy footfall.
WBTPO's notice describes a 22-acre site with a car park for about 1,200 vehicles, space for 200 kiosks and a three-storey business block. It says only empanelled agencies may work there, so confirm with your organiser.

BBCC's Hall 1 has a stage of 100 x 65 ft and parking for 400 vehicles. Science City's main auditorium seats 2,232, and its open-air ground needs a stall built for sun, wind and rain.

The export plan names leather clusters at Topsia and Janbazar. A leather stand needs a counter where buyers can touch and turn the product, under warm, even light.

Adobe says Firefly can create images and vector graphics, and video clips from text or still images. We use that kind of tool for mood boards and first looks at stall graphics. It cannot tell you the hall's height limit, power load or truck access.

Our view: first sketches will keep getting faster. The hall check, the permissions and the night build stay with people. Want us to look at your next show? Ask us.
Exhibiting at several shows a year? Ask about a stall that packs flat and goes up again. Talk to us
We do not publish a price list, because a shell-scheme upgrade and a two-storey custom build are far apart in size. Space rent goes to the organiser, not into our quote. We send the quote within 2 working days.
Ask every fabricator whether the quote includes dismantling, transport, GST and the organiser's power charges.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupDesign and project management for Kolkata stalls sit with our team in Sector V, Salt Lake. Fabrication is done by our in-house team, with industry consultants and partner agencies where a job needs them. You can sit with the person who draws your exhibition stall, and we confirm each show's rules with its organiser.
Your organiser will confirm it, but most large trade shows here use Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan opposite Science City, BBCC in New Town, or the Science City grounds. The table above pairs upcoming shows with their halls, so you can plan the stall around the right space.
For a custom stall, start eight to ten weeks before the show: about two weeks for design, two for approvals and artwork, and the rest for building and test-fitting. A shell-scheme upgrade can take three to four weeks. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
A modular stall is designed for exactly that, and it costs less at every show after the first. Storage between shows and transport to other cities depend on the size of the stall and where it goes, so we agree both in the quote.
Yes. Our language partners write stall graphics and handouts in Bengali, Hindi and English, and our team checks each proof. At a Kolkata consumer fair, a Bengali headline helps people passing by stop. For trade buyers from across India or abroad, English usually leads.
By the leads, not the crowd. Before the show we agree how many buyer conversations you want and what counts as a good one. Your staff log them on a simple form. Afterwards we track which ones turned into quotes and orders, and what each one cost you.
