A stall that only looks good in photos wastes the whole show. Drawn for the venue, counted in buyer meetings.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
A trade fair is one of the few weeks when buyers walk up to you, and a stall that only looks good in photos wastes it. PromotEdge plans the stall, its graphics and your visitor records for B2B brands at Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi and India Expo Centre, aiming at more buyer meetings for the show money.
B2B means business to business: you sell to other firms or dealers, not shoppers. Space, build, travel and your team's time cost money, so every square metre has to earn meetings.
Our servicing team in Delhi works with you on calls and shared screens, visits regularly and, on show weeks, places our team at your stand. Fabrication and printed graphics are delivered through PEXORA, a joint venture of PromotEdge and Prodigy.
How we design stalls anywhere in India is on our exhibition stall design page. This page covers what is different here.
We start from your hall plan and the exhibitor manual, then show two or three 3D routes.

A shell scheme is the organiser's ready-made booth. We add panels, a counter and light.
A modular kit that resizes for each hall and keeps one look across Delhi fairs.
LED walls, backlit panels and large prints, with the power load planned.
06A short form at the counter, and messages sent while buyers still remember you.

They differ in size, in who visits and in how crowded the calendar gets. A stall drawn for one rarely fits another unchanged.
Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan. ITPO (India Trade Promotion Organisation) runs it. The campus covers 123 acres, with 1.5 lakh sq m of exhibition space in six halls. It hosts IITF (the India International Trade Fair), which ITPO says draws over 7,000 exhibitors from more than 30 countries. Its first job is to be seen from the aisle.
Yashobhoomi, Dwarka. Phase 1 was dedicated on 17 September 2023. Its exhibition halls cover over 1.07 lakh sq m, and it has its own Airport Express station. Visitors often fly in for a day or two, so say what you sell in seconds.
India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. It sits on 57 acres with 17 exhibition halls and about 88,509 sq m indoors. It holds 1,800 permanent showrooms run by 774 exporters (31 July 2026). Back-to-back shows mean short build-up windows.
One show can use all three. Bharat Mobility Global Expo runs 4 to 9 February 2027 across all three venues, and its organisers say the 2025 edition had more than 1,500 exhibitors. A brand in two venues needs two stalls that look like one family.
Who exhibits from Delhi itself. Manufacturing is about 13% of Delhi's economy, services about 86% (2025-26). Industrial manufacturers from Okhla, Bawana, Narela and Kanjhawala often show. Machines mean we check power and floor load first.
The next big shows in the region, with what each one asks of the stall.
| Show | Dates | Venue | What it means for the stall |
|---|---|---|---|
| Renewable Energy India Expo, The Battery Show India, CORCON | 22-31 October 2026 | India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida | Heavy equipment and overlapping shows. Floor load, power and loading slots are checked early. |
| India International Trade Fair (IITF) | 14-27 November 2026 | Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan | Business visitors only for five days, then the public. The stall must hold up for two weeks. |
| Bharat Mobility Global Expo | 4-9 February 2027 | Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi and India Expo Centre | Ask which venue your category is in before you brief the design. |
| Convergence India | 23-25 March 2027 | Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan | Close to the year end, so lock design sign-off early. |
Dates and venues as published by ITPO, India Expo Centre & Mart and each show's website, checked on 4 October 2026. Shows and venues are events in the region, not PromotEdge projects. Each organiser's exhibitor manual sets height limits, materials and build-up hours, so we read it for every show.
Your space number, hall, products and the meetings you want. We can't do magic alone, so name one person on your side who can decide fast.
We read the exhibitor manual, mark deadlines for drawings and power, then show two or three routes and one costed design.
Drawings go to the organiser in its format. Text in Hindi, English or Urdu is agreed for each wall, written by our language partners.
Panels, counters and showcases are built and assembled once before dispatch, so the hall is only for assembly.
A handover walk the day before opening, support through the show, then dismantling and a sorted lead sheet.

Deeper reading if you want the research behind the plan.
A maker selling to dealers needs product walls and samples within reach. An exporter needs a hall near its buyers and English first. A machine seller needs floor load and power checked. A franchise needs a booth that turns a quick chat into an enquiry form.
Adobe Firefly lists Firefly Boards, a space for mood boards and storyboards, along with text-to-image tools. Adobe says its models are commercially safe. That helps at the first idea stage. A real stall still needs drawings, power loads and the organiser's approval.

Our view: early looks will be quicker to produce. The hall plan, the manual and the build still need people. Want us to review your next stand? Ask us.

No price list. These things move the number.
Space rent, power and the organiser's deposit go from you to the organiser, not through us.
Line up quotes item by item. Check that each includes dismantling, transport, GST, power, insurance and storage.

Priyam GhoseContent CreatorWe serve Delhi NCR through a servicing team based in cities across India. Your stall is designed and managed hybrid and remotely, on video calls. We meet you in Delhi NCR at least once every three months, and come for site visits and show days. When a build needs it, our team works at the hall.
We design for all three, and our in-house team of 65+ people does the work. Each venue has its own exhibitor manual, so we read the right one before the first drawing and plan power, height and build-up hours around it.
For a custom stall, start about eight weeks before the show. IITF 2026 runs from 14 to 27 November, and Bharat Mobility from 4 to 9 February 2027. Organisers fix deadlines for drawings and power well before opening day. Diwali on 8 November also falls in the run-up to IITF, so allow for slower weeks.
Yes. Hindi is Delhi's first official language, and Urdu is among its second ones. Our language partners write stall text in Hindi, Urdu and English. On public days at IITF, a Hindi headline helps passers-by stop. For trade buyers, English usually leads.
You see the first sign at the show itself: how many good buyer conversations your team logged each day. Orders take longer. In B2B, most show leads turn into quotes over the next one to three months. We track them with you, so the next show's budget rests on real numbers. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
Inside the hall, the organiser's rules apply. On Delhi's roads, the 2017 outdoor policy says no ad can go up without the Commissioner's prior written permission. So outdoor near the venue is planned and approved as a separate job. General guidance, not legal advice.
