A click is not a sale, and a crowded Delhi auction punishes the difference. You see what each rupee brought back, checked against your own sales record.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
Delhi ad auctions are crowded, so a rupee spent without tracking is a rupee guessed. PromotEdge plans and runs your Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads and sets up the tracking behind them, so every rupee is judged on the leads and sales it brings.
Performance marketing is paid advertising where you count the result of each rupee: a form, a call, a WhatsApp chat or an order. If Instagram brings orders cheaper than Google this month, more money goes there next month.
Our servicing team in Delhi runs your campaigns and reviews results with you on video calls. We aim ads at each NCR town on its own: see Noida and Gurugram. The full method is on the national performance marketing page.
Selling in more than one metro? Compare Mumbai and Ahmedabad, where buyers and auctions differ.

Each one shapes which ads we run, where we aim them and when we spend.
1. Nearly every connection is a fast one. At the end of March 2026, TRAI, the telecom regulator, counted 68.92 million internet subscribers in its Delhi telecom area, which also covers Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Adding up TRAI's tables, 63.49 million were broadband. Video ads load for most people.
2. Three states, a lot of startups. On 31 March 2026, DPIIT, the department behind Startup India, counted more than 21,120 recognised startups in Delhi, 21,960 in Uttar Pradesh and 11,620 in Haryana (state totals). Funded startups bid up the same auctions, so a small brand wins by aiming narrow, not by bidding highest.
3. Buyers with money, and many sellers. About 86% of Delhi's economy is services (PRS Legislative Research). Clinics, coaching classes and lawyers bid for the same searches, so we judge every campaign on cost per lead (CPL): what you pay for one enquiry.
4. A packed season. Dussehra falls on 20 October 2026 and Diwali on 8 November. IITF runs 14 to 27 November, with business visitors only in the first five days. Direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands face crowded auctions before Diwali, while business-to-business (B2B) firms can aim at trade-day visitors.
Three facts we use when we set a Delhi budget, with what each one changes.
| Fact | What the source says | What we do with it |
|---|---|---|
| Online, on fast lines | TRAI, March 2026: 68.92 million internet subscribers in the Delhi telecom area. | Test short video ads, keep landing pages light. |
| Startups in three states | DPIIT via Inc42, 31 March 2026: Delhi 21,120+, Uttar Pradesh 21,960+, Haryana 11,620+. | Narrow areas and sharp offers beat higher bids. |
| Festival dates | Delhi gazette: Dussehra 20 October, Diwali 8 November 2026. | Test offers three to four weeks before each date. |
Sources as cited in each row, checked 4 October 2026. TRAI's Delhi area also takes in four towns in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. Fair dates are the organisers' own; check them before you book ads.

A video call about your margins and how many leads become sales. We start with logic and your numbers, not ideas we happen to like.
A dummy lead goes through every form, call button and WhatsApp link. Anything not recorded is fixed before we spend.
We pick the NCR areas and the searches that show a buyer is ready, block job seekers and students, and test two or three channels on small budgets.
Budget shifts weekly towards the lowest cost per sale. Ads that don't pay back are paused, and we tell you why.
Spend, leads, sales and cost per sale, matched to your CRM (the system where your team logs each lead). We can't do magic alone: the more your sales team tells us which leads were real buyers, the faster ads improve.
Deeper reading if you want the research behind the plan.
A D2C brand tracks orders and repeat buyers. A B2B seller tracks qualified enquiries and the sales call that follows. A local shop or franchise aims at a few kilometres around each door. A startup watches cost per customer across all channels together.
Google's Performance Max runs one campaign across YouTube, Display, Search, Discover, Gmail and Maps. You give it conversion goals, text, images and videos, and it finds where to show them. Google says exact-match Search keywords take priority, and the advertiser stays responsible for reviewing the landing page.

Our view: automation will take over more of the bidding. The work that stays human is the tracking, the offer and the decision on what a lead is worth. Want us to check your set-up? Ask us.

No price list. These things move the number.
Your ad money is separate. Google, Meta and LinkedIn bill it at actuals, and you approve each month's budget before it is spent.
When you compare quotes, ask how each agency counts a lead, and whether GST and ad spend are inside the number.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.

A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.

We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

The expertise that fits your business, and the places we work.
Our servicing team is based in cities across India, so Delhi is served without a branch next door. The work happens inside the ad platforms, so we share dashboards and meet on video. We meet you in Delhi at least once every three months, and place our team at your office when a job needs it.
It runs your paid ads and is judged on results you can count: leads, sales and cost per sale. A good one fixes the tracking first, because without it nobody knows which ad worked. It also tells you honestly when a channel isn't paying back, even if that means spending less.
Test before you decide. Office buyers and startups often respond to English, and many families respond better to Hindi. Urdu is an official language in Delhi too. Our language partners write ad copy in all three, and we run the versions side by side and keep the lower cost per sale.
No, but keep it simple. Diwali falls on 8 November 2026, so there are about four weeks. Ads can go live within days, unlike search engine optimisation (SEO), which takes months. Start with your proven offer, test two or three ads now, and put most of the money behind the winner.
First leads usually arrive within the first week or two once ads are live. Cost per lead tends to settle over two to three months, as campaigns learn and budget moves to what works. B2B deals close weeks after the first enquiry. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
Ongoing monthly work has a 3-month minimum. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice. Your ad spend is separate: Google, Meta and LinkedIn bill it at actuals, and you approve each month's budget before it is spent. A fair-season burst is quoted as a short project.
