A form fill is not a lead until sales wants to call it. Judge it on qualified leads and meetings.

/ 01 Lead generation services

Leads your sales teamactually wants.

Hundreds of form fills mean little when the sales head says most are junk. PromotEdge runs lead generation across India that hands your sales team enquiries it can turn into meetings: ads, landing pages, and tracking for every form, call and WhatsApp message.

A qualified lead is a person who needs what you sell, can afford it and is where you serve. Pick this over broader performance marketing when a sales team closes your business. Think of a real estate developer, a school, a diagnostic centre, a machine maker or a B2B (business-to-business) service firm.

/ 03 What usually gets in the way

What usually gets in the way,and the way through.

“Our agency reports hundreds of leads, but sales says they are useless.”

Campaigns are tuned for cheap form fills. We send lead quality back to Google and Meta, and report qualified leads next to raw ones.

“Half the phone numbers are wrong or switched off.”

Instant forms make junk easy. We add a question that takes a moment's thought, verify numbers where it helps and test a landing page against the form.

“Leads come in on Saturday and nobody calls until Tuesday.”

Interest cools fast. We route each lead to the right salesperson within minutes, by WhatsApp or the CRM, and show how long the first call takes.

“We can't tell which ad brought the customer who paid.”

Forms, calls and WhatsApp chats carry their source, and the tag stays with the lead in your CRM until the sale closes or is lost.

“We bought a lead list once. It went nowhere.”

We don't buy or sell lists. Every lead came on its own from your ads or pages, and agreed to be contacted.

“Cost per lead keeps rising, and we don't know why.”

Usually it is ad fatigue, a broad audience or a slow landing page. We check all three monthly and tell you which before changing anything.

Our beliefWe use AI to save your team's time. A person still makes the decision.

/ 04 How we start

First leads in weeks, steady costs in about three months.

  1. 01

    Week 1: sit with sales

We listen to recent sales calls, read your last 50 leads and agree the qualified-lead definition.

  2. 02

Weeks 1 to 2: tracking and pages

Tracking, CRM routing and the first landing pages, all checked before money goes into ads.

  3. 03

Weeks 2 to 3: launch and test

Campaigns go live, with two or three offers tested against each other.

  4. 04

Weeks 4 to 8: cut and move

We pause what brings junk, move budget to what brings qualified leads and send sales outcomes back to the platforms.

  5. 05

Month 3 onwards: steady and scale

Cost per qualified lead usually settles by month three. We raise budgets only where the next rupee still works.

More on this

How we deliver it, and why

Shivanand Mishra, our Digital Marketing Lead for B2B lead generation, leads the lead-generation plan and the reporting. Jhalak Agarwal, our Performance Marketing Lead for Meta, runs the Meta campaigns.

A made-up example

Say you spend ₹2 lakh and get 400 form fills: ₹500 each. Sales finds 40 worth a call, so each qualified lead cost ₹5,000. Cut the junk to 250 fills and 90 qualified leads, and it falls to about ₹2,222, though the cost per fill rose to ₹800.

How your business model changes the plan

A niche business buyer costs more to reach, so LinkedIn and Google search carry more of the budget. A clinic or school lives on calls and WhatsApp. A franchise routes each lead to the nearest outlet.

  1. Agree what a qualified lead is. Ad platforms chase whatever you count. A definition both teams sign.
  2. Check tracking before spending. A lead without a source cannot be judged. Forms, calls and chats tagged.
  3. Test two or three offers. The offer your team likes is rarely the one buyers answer. A winner in weeks.
  4. Send sales outcomes back. Platforms then find more people like your real buyers. Falling cost per qualified lead.

AI in lead generation: today and next

Today: Google

Google says Performance Max campaigns can be set for leads. They combine your assets and goals with Google AI to bid and place ads across Search, YouTube, Display, Discover, Gmail and Maps.

Today: lead quality

Offline conversion imports let Google see what happens after a click or call, such as a sale made by phone. Google's page sets 15 June 2026 for uploads to move to its Data Manager tool, so we check how your account sends them.

Our view: AI will keep taking over bidding and placement. It cannot invent your definition of a qualified lead. That stays with your sales team.

/ 05 Cost

What lead generation costs.

Ad spend is separate and always on its own line. We quote our fee after a first conversation about your market and sales team.

What affects the cost

  • Ad budget and the number of channels
  • Landing pages, offers and languages
  • Call and WhatsApp tracking, and CRM set-up or integration
  • How hard your buyer is to reach: a niche business buyer costs more than a local consumer
  • How much reporting and sales feedback work you need

How we quote

  1. We ask what a good lead looks like for your sales team, and what a sale is worth
  2. We look at your last leads, pages and tracking
  3. A plan with a test period and a target cost per qualified lead, and a quote within 2 working days

What you get in the quote

  • Channels and campaigns, with the offer and audience for each
  • Landing pages, forms and tracking, with the CRM link if you have one
  • A monthly report on qualified leads

Be careful with pure pay-per-lead deals from any agency, including us. When the agency is paid per form fill, cheap junk leads pay best. Tie money to qualified leads or meetings instead.

/ 06 What happens next

Straight answers.

  • Two costs add up: the ad spend, which you set, and our fee for running it. Cost per lead varies widely by industry and city, so we quote a target cost per qualified lead after looking at your market, with the two on separate lines.

  • No. Nobody honest can before testing your market, because results depend on your offer, price, buyers and sales follow-up. We can promise a clear target, a test period, and a monthly report that shows exactly what each rupee brought, good or bad.

  • No. Every lead comes from your own ads and pages, from a person who chose to contact you. Bought lists are usually old, shared with your competitors and risky under India's data protection law, and the people on them never asked to hear from you.

  • As general guidance, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects clear consent and a stated purpose, so our forms say who will contact the person and why. Promotional calls and SMS follow TRAI's rules. This is not legal advice; ask your legal team.

  • Choose the one that talks about qualified leads and sales, not form fills. It agrees with your sales head what a qualified lead is and tracks calls and WhatsApp as well as forms. Leads usually start within a week or two.

  • Yes. Our servicing team is based in cities across India, so we work for businesses anywhere and stay in touch every day. We target your cities and languages, and route leads to the right salesperson or dealer. We also meet you in your city at least once every three months.

  • It depends on your buyer. Google search catches people already looking, so leads are warmer and dearer. Meta finds people who were not looking yet, so leads are cheaper and need more follow-up. Most businesses need both, in a split that we test and adjust each month.

  • About an hour in the first week, then quick feedback: which leads were good, which were junk and which became sales. Without that feedback, nobody can improve lead quality, us included. A short weekly call or a shared sheet is enough.
