“Marketing hit its MQL target. Sales says the pipeline is empty.”
Write the stage rules with your sales head before any campaign runs. Then report each move from MQL to SQL to opportunity.

Reach the companies you want to win, and follow every demo and trial through to a decision.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
In SaaS (software people use online and pay for monthly or yearly), a customer must stay long enough to pay back what it cost to win them. PromotEdge does lead generation for B2B (selling to other businesses) software companies.
We build your list of target companies, run LinkedIn, search and retargeting, and fix your demo and free-trial flow. Then each lead reaches your sales team fast. The result is pipeline (deals your sales team is working) that turns into paying customers.
SaaS buyers can try the product before talking to anyone. So a trial or demo sits mid-funnel, on the path from first visit to signed contract. We don't judge the work on form fills.
Your marketing and sales teams agree three terms in writing. An MQL (marketing-qualified lead) fits your target companies and has shown real interest. An SQL (sales-qualified lead) is one sales agreed to work. An opportunity is an SQL with a real deal in your CRM (customer relationship management software).
Positioning, public relations and events are on our SaaS marketing page.
Ads to named accounts, and founder posts we help draft.
LinkedInLists of target companies, with personal outreach for tier one.
LinkedInSearch ads on category and alternative searches.
Google AdsShorter demo forms, instant booking and tested trial steps.
Routing, response-time alerts and one pipeline report.
Follow-ups for people who agreed to hear from you.
Unpaid search pages for buyers close to a choice.

Tick what you already have. The rest is where we can help.
“Marketing hit its MQL target. Sales says the pipeline is empty.”

“Demo requests arrive on Friday night and get a call on Tuesday.”
Route each request to the right person and add a calendar link on the thank-you page. Our CRM set-up alerts a manager when a lead waits too long.
“Our LinkedIn ads reach "IT professionals" in general.”
Aim ads at named companies that fit your ideal customer, and at the roles that sign off software like yours.
“Sales doesn't update the CRM, so nobody knows which campaign brought a deal.”
Make it small: a lead enters the CRM with its source attached, and a stage changes with one tap. AI tools can draft the call note, and the rep only checks it.
“We can't say whether a customer paid back what we spent to win them.”
Work out CAC (customer acquisition cost: all you spend to win one customer) and its payback time by channel. Payback is the months of subscription profit that cover the cost.
Leads arriving but deals missing? Tell us where they stall, and we'll tell you where we'd start. Tell us where they stall
The ICP (ideal customer profile) comes from your won and lost deals, and from your SDRs (sales development representatives). The stage rules go on one page both teams sign.
We list matching companies in each country, in tiers. LinkedIn needs at least 300 rows for a company list, suggests 1,000 or more, and needs 300 matched members before ads run.
LinkedIn ads go to the account list, by job title. Your founder and SDRs message from their own profiles. No bots or scrapers: LinkedIn's User Agreement bans them.
Google Ads on category and "alternative" searches, each with its own landing page. LinkedIn's ad policy bans deceptive claims about rivals, so comparison ads stick to facts.
We cut the demo form to the fields sales needs, and let the buyer pick a slot at once. For trials we agree an activation step with your product team, like inviting a teammate.
We agree a response-time target with your sales head. Each month one report shows MQLs, SQLs, wins, CAC and payback by channel. Leads sales accepted go back to LinkedIn.
Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.
Collecting leads comes with consent rules. LinkedIn also sets rules for lead forms, bots and cookies.
India's DPDP Rules were notified on 14 November 2025, with an 18-month phased timeline. They ask for standalone, clear consent notices that state the purpose. LinkedIn requires a privacy policy link on lead forms, and its ad policy asks for full disclosure and consent for tracking cookies across sites.

Our view: a software buyer asks peers, reads review sites, tries a trial, then books demos with two or three vendors. They drop out when the demo form is long, the first reply comes days later or pricing is vague.
You can write the stage rules, reply to demo requests within the hour and keep the CRM current. Your product and your sales calls win the deal. We cannot make a buyer choose you, and no agency can promise leads or pipeline.
We write the stage rules first, because marketing and sales must count the same things. We test one segment at a time, because a small test is cheap to stop. We review stage-to-stage movement every month, because that shows where leads stall.
Not sure which channel to test first? Let's choose one segment together. Choose a first segment
We don't publish a price list. We quote against a written scope. Ad spend and any data tool sit on their own lines, at actuals.

Our beliefOur job is to impress your customers, not you.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Sharif Rezwan KabirBrand Manager at PRAN RFL GroupIt means finding companies that may buy your software and turning them into demos, trials and deals. Three things set it apart. A trial does part of the selling. Revenue comes monthly, so channels are judged on payback. And many Indian SaaS companies sell abroad, so time zones and data rules shape the hand-off.
Start narrow: a company list that matches your ICP, and the roles that sign off your product. Let your founder post about the problem you solve. Lead forms need a privacy policy link. Keep outreach human, because LinkedIn bans bots that send messages or add contacts. Then tell LinkedIn which leads sales accepted.
We don't publish a price list, because scope moves the cost a lot. The main drivers are your markets, the size of the account list, and the state of your demo and trial flow. Ad spend is paid to the platforms and shown on its own line. A written quote follows within 2 working days of the first call.
Plan for stages. The stage rules, account list, tracking and funnel fixes come first. Search and LinkedIn can bring first demos soon after going live, but we promise no number. Opportunities and wins take as long as your sales cycle, which can be months for larger deals. We confirm the timeline in the quote.
India's DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection) Rules, notified on 14 November 2025, phase in over 18 months and ask for standalone, clear consent notices that explain the purpose. Sales calls and SMS to Indian numbers also fall under TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) rules. For Europe, check GDPR with your counsel. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
