Delhi scrolls fast.Give it a reason to stop.

Likes do not pay bills. What counts is the message, call or visit that follows a post.

PromotEdge plans, shoots and posts your content and runs your Meta ads, for brands, startups and fair exhibitors, so that followers turn into calls, chats and visits.

Our servicing team in Delhi works hybrid and remotely, on one shared calendar. We visit regularly, and when a shoot or fair needs it, we place our team at your venue.

Think creative, act on numbers. Each month you get a count of the direct messages (DMs), call taps, WhatsApp chats and forms your posts brought. We run the same service for brands in Mumbai and Chennai too.

/ 03 Social media in Delhi

Four things that shape a Delhi content plan.

Each one changes what we post, and when.

1. Five crowded weeks after Dussehra. Delhi's 2026 holiday list puts Dussehra on 20 October, Diwali on 8 November and Guru Nanak's Birthday on 24 November. IITF runs 14 to 27 November at Bharat Mandapam. We plan the stretch together.

2. Fairs where buyers stand in front of you. ITPO, which runs Bharat Mandapam, says IITF draws 7,000+ exhibitors from 30+ countries, and the first five days are for business visitors only. So a stall needs LinkedIn posts for trade buyers early, then Reels for families.

3. One telecom area across state lines. TRAI, the telecom regulator, counted 68.92 million internet subscribers in its Delhi service area in March 2026. It also covers Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, and one person may hold two connections, so we set ad areas by where you sell.

4. Three official languages, and a lot of English at work. Hindi is Delhi's first official language, with Punjabi and Urdu second (Delhi Official Languages Act, 2000). Services firms and startups mostly talk to buyers in English. A sweet shop in a Hindi-reading lane does not. The caption follows the buyer.

Our beliefWe look at your business first. Marketing comes second.

/ 05 How we start

From the first callto a season planned.

  1. 01

Week 1: an honest read of your feed

We study your pages, last quarter's enquiries and the accounts your buyers follow.

  2. 02

    Week 2: dates before ideas

We mark every festival, fair and launch for six months, then pick which get posts or ads.

  3. 03

    Week 3: one shoot day

A planned day at your shop or stall, with a shot list you approve. It gives a month of Reels.

  4. 04

Week 4: the first batch goes live

You approve two weeks of posts in one sitting. We answer DMs from day one.

  5. 05

After each big moment: a short review

After Diwali, IITF or a launch, we show what brought enquiries. Change is the only constant here.

Tell us what’s not working. We’ll send you an honest one-page growth plan, free.

How your business model changes the plan

A shop or restaurant posts for walk-ins and directions. A B2B firm at a fair posts on LinkedIn for trade buyers first. A D2C (direct-to-consumer) brand pairs Reels with Meta ads.

Delhi's economy and startups

Services made up about 86% of Delhi's economy in 2025-26, says PRS Legislative Research. Delhi state had more than 21,120 startups recognised by DPIIT on 31 March 2026, as reported by Inc42.

Who sets the rules

ASCI is an independent, voluntary self-regulatory organisation for advertising in India. Its site links guidelines on labelling AI-made content in advertising.

  1. Plan the season in one go. Four big moments in five weeks run out of time if planned one by one. One approved calendar.
  2. Shoot a month in a day. One planned day saves your team a week. A shot list you approve.
  3. Write for the reader's language. A caption translated word for word loses its joke. Captions per audience.
  4. Count what a follower does next. A message or a call pays; a like does not. A monthly count.

AI in social media: today and next

Meta said on 25 September 2024 that Meta AI can suggest captions for Stories on Facebook and Instagram. Google says Gemini's web app works in more than 70 languages, including Hindi, Bengali and Urdu. A native reader still checks every caption.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • Our servicing team is based in cities across India, and your social media runs hybrid and remotely. We stay in touch daily and meet you in Delhi at least once every three months. Our in-house team of 65+ does the shoots.

  • Yes, where your buyers read them. Through our language partners we create captions in Hindi, Urdu, English, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more. Add Urdu when your buyers truly use it. A native reader checks each caption before it goes live.

  • Start a week or two before 14 November with your hall and stall number. Use LinkedIn for trade buyers in the first five days, then Reels and Stories for families. Afterwards, post a recap and answer every message, since fair leads go cold fast.

  • Not if you decide this week. A few strong posts and a small ad budget can still go live before Diwali on 8 November. A new shoot is tight, so reuse photos you already have. For Diwali 2027, on 29 October, start planning in August.

  • Replies and profile visits move first, within six to eight weeks. Steady messages and calls take three to six months. Festival ads bring enquiries in days but stop with the spend. Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice.

  • We won't claim that, and we'd be careful with anyone who does. Delhi has hundreds of agencies and no fair ranking. Ask each for a real monthly report and whose name the ad account is in. Pick the plainest answers.

  • Only if you want them to. If you serve the whole region, one plan can cover it. If you have an outlet in each town, each gets its own ad area. A Noida buyer rarely drives to Gurugram for a sale.

  • We'd much rather use real photos and video of your shop, office or stall, because buyers spot stock images and scroll on. A shoot follows a shot list you approve and takes one day. We then cut that day into a month of posts.
