Find the overseas buyers who match your product, reach the right people, and answer every enquiry fast.
A strategist calls you in one working day.
PromotEdge helps Indian exporters find overseas buyers and turn them into export leads. We build a target list, reach the right people on LinkedIn, follow up after trade fairs and set up one clear enquiry flow, all from our Kolkata headquarters.
We do not promise orders. Buyers decide on your product, price, samples and trust.
An export lead is a real person at a company abroad who has shown interest in what you make. A name on a list is only a prospect (someone who might buy one day). It becomes a lead when the person asks for a price, a sample or a catalogue.
This page is for Indian companies selling abroad. For the wider picture, see our export marketing for Indian exporters page.
The work is led by Saurav Agarwal, with Sanjiv Kumar Yadav on market research and buyer lists.

“We sent hundreds of emails and nobody replied.”
Fewer, better messages do more. We write on LinkedIn to chosen people at chosen companies, each with one clear reason to talk.
“We met many buyers at the fair, then it all went quiet.”
The first week after the fair decides it. Every card goes into one list on day one, and each buyer gets a message about what they asked for.
“Enquiries reach three phones and an old email address.”
Give buyers one number, one WhatsApp link and one form, and keep every enquiry in one list. Reply the same working day.
“How do I know a new buyer will pay?”
Check before you ship. Ask your bank about payment terms and ECGC about export credit insurance. We find buyers. The checking stays with you and your bank.
“An agency promised me buyers. Can you?”
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We do not charge a fee to win an order or guarantee buyers. We build the list, the outreach and the follow-up, and report honestly each month.

With you, we pick one product line and two or three countries. Then we build the list from company websites, buyer directories, B2B (business to business) portals, and the fairs and buyer-seller meets run by export promotion councils. For example, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council lists its own buyer-seller meets, and each council has its own. We check each company: is it real, does it buy your product, and who decides? Our guide to finding export buyers has the steps, and the channel comparison weighs the B2B portals.
Account-based marketing (ABM) means you pick the companies first, then reach the people inside them. For each company we find two to four people, such as the sourcing head. They get a short note, then one useful message with your catalogue. A person reads every message first. See account-based marketing and LinkedIn B2B lead generation.
Before the fair, we book buyer meetings and set up a lead card asking country, product and quantity. On day one every card goes into one list. By day three each buyer gets a message about what they asked for. By day seven they have a quote or sample offer. Your stall is designed for this week.
One number, one WhatsApp link, one form and one list. The form asks country, product and quantity. Every enquiry gets a reply the same working day. All of them sit in a CRM (the software that holds every lead and follow-up), and a monthly report shows the leads by country.
A stall, a LinkedIn campaign and a search page should tell the same story. We plan the fair calendar and the LinkedIn work together. B2B SEO (search engine optimisation) puts your product pages where an importer searches Google. SEO usually shows results in 3 to 6 months. We confirm other timelines in the quote.
Our beliefWe'd rather show you results than a nice presentation.
No price list. These things move the number.
We don't publish a price list. After a 30-minute strategist call, a written quote follows within 2 working days. Our fee is for the work, never a cut of an order.
| Way of working | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Monthly programme | Outreach, follow-up and the monthly report. Minimum 3 months, 30 days' notice to stop |
| One-time project | A buyer list, an enquiry flow or the follow-up after one fair. We confirm the timeline in the quote |
Stall builds go through the PromotEdge group.
For projects we think we can help, this is how it goes.
In one working day: a 30-minute call with one of our strategists about your business and what is not working.
A short, honest plan: what to fix first and what we would do. It is free.
If you want to go ahead, we send a quote within 2 working days.
We confirm the timeline in the quote. Contracts start at 3 months, with 30 days' notice to stop.
The expertise that fits your business, and the places we work.
An export lead is a person at a company abroad who has asked about your product, for a price, a sample or a catalogue. A name on a list is only a prospect. A good lead also gives the country, the product and the quantity wanted.
Pick one product line and two or three countries. Then find named companies through buyer directories, B2B portals, fairs and the export promotion council for your product. Check each one before you write. We build and check this list for you.
It can, if you aim carefully. Choose 30 to 50 target companies, then reach two to four people in each, such as the sourcing head. Send a short note and one useful message. Mass messages to strangers usually get ignored.
Act in the first week. On day one, put every visiting card into one list, with what the buyer asked for. By day three, message each buyer about it. By day seven, send a quote or a sample offer, so no buyer waits.
No. Orders depend on your product, price, samples and shipping, as well as our marketing, so no honest agency can promise them. Your own website, catalogue and samples count as much as our outreach. We promise a clear plan, honest monthly reports and work aimed at the right buyers.
Ask your bank about payment terms before the first order. Ask ECGC, a Government of India enterprise, about export credit insurance, which covers you if a foreign buyer does not pay. RBI wants payment for goods back within nine months of shipment. General guidance, not legal advice.
We don't publish a price list, because plans differ. The cost depends on the countries, the size of the target list, the months of LinkedIn work and the fair follow-up. A written quote follows within 2 working days of a 30-minute strategist call.
