/ 01 PR agency in Delhi

A crowded news city.A story worth the space.

Reporters in Delhi NCR hear from a great many companies, so only a real story gets space. PromotEdge, a PR and marketing company, finds the real news in your business, writes it for English and Hindi desks and pitches the reporters who cover your field.

PR, or public relations, means getting other people to talk about you. An ad is space you pay for. A news story is space you earn, so nobody can promise it.

Our servicing team in Delhi works hybrid and remotely with our writers and pitch team, and comes to press meets, interviews and launches. PR in general is on our public relations services page, and the region on our Delhi NCR page. The same service in other metros: PR in Mumbai and PR in Bangalore.

  • 4pillars under one roof: strategy, advertising, digital, on-ground activation (BTL)

/ 02 What we do for Delhi NCR

From the first ideato the follow-up call.

01

Story finding and releases

We dig out what is truly new, then write a release only when there is news in it.

02

Hindi and English material

Each version is written by our language partners for its reader. A Hindi desk gets a Hindi release, not a rough translation.

03

Launches and press meets

A press meet only when the news is big enough. Otherwise one-to-one briefings do more for less.

04

Founder and expert voices

Interviews, bylined articles and quick comment, so your people become names reporters call.

05

Trade show PR

Stories and interview slots lined up before shows at Bharat Mandapam, Yashobhoomi and India Expo Centre.

06

Reputation and crisis

A holding statement, a trained speaker and a plan for what people find when they search your name.

How we deliver it, and why

How your business model changes the plan

A startup pitches funding and hiring news to business desks. A dealer-led B2B firm pitches trade titles around shows. A D2C brand pitches launches to lifestyle desks. A services firm builds founder voices.

Who sets the rules and keeps the standards

PRSI, the Public Relations Society of India, describes itself as a 60-year-old organisation of PR professionals, with a Delhi chapter. PRCAI, the Public Relations Consultants Association of India, formed over two decades ago and keeps a Code of Conduct.

Amar Ujala lists a Noida office at C-21, Sector 59. ABC also lists The Pioneer (Delhi), The Hindu (Noida) and Virat Vaibhav (Delhi), and The Tribune, Dainik Tribune and Punjabi Tribune for the Gurgaon edition. Yashobhoomi's plenary hall seats about 6,000, its Grand Ballroom about 2,500, and it has 13 meeting rooms.

  1. Look for the news (week 1). We are professionals and would rather be blunt than pleasing: if it isn't news, we say so. A video call with you and your sales team.
  2. Pick the desk and language (weeks 1-2). National, city or trade, English or Hindi: each answer changes the first line. A story list on paper.
  3. Write the press kit (week 2). Nobody should be caught out on a call. Release, fact sheet, photos and a one-page speaker brief.
  4. Pitch by beat, then report. We write to and call the reporters who cover your subject. No bought lists, no promised placements. Each story with outlet, date and language, then what moved.

AI in PR: today and next

Today: Google

Google says its AI Overviews and AI Mode link to supporting pages, and that a page needs to be indexed and eligible to show in Search with a snippet, with no additional technical requirements. A story on an indexed news page can be one of those links. Nobody can promise it.

Next

Our view: drafting and monitoring will keep getting faster. Judging what is news, and getting a reporter to call back, stay human. Want us to look at where AI could help your next release? Ask us.

/ 03 PR in Delhi NCR

What gets in the way in Delhi NCR, and the way through.

Three facts shape how we plan PR here.

Many national newsrooms are based in the region, and they hear from everyone. A strong story can reach national desks in a day, but it has to be national news, not a local notice. We look at your business first and the media second, then make your pitch the one worth reading.

Hindi papers outnumber English ones. The Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) checks how many copies member papers sell. Its New Delhi list has three English dailies and seven Hindi ones. A release sent only in English skips most of that list, so our language partners write the Hindi version from the first line.

Most firms here sell services or ideas. Services made up about 86% of Delhi's economy in 2025-26, says PRS Legislative Research. Delhi also had more than 21,120 startups recognised under the central government's Startup India scheme on 31 March 2026 (a state total, reported by Inc42). PR gets such firms known to investors and hires early.

/ 05 Cost

What affects the cost of PR in Delhi NCR.

No price list. These things move the number.

Earned coverage has no media bill. Costs such as a room, a photographer or travel are billed at actuals, and you see each one before you approve it.

What affects the cost

  • Stories per month, and whether they aim at national, city or trade desks
  • Languages: each Hindi or Urdu version is written fresh
  • Speaker preparation before TV and radio interviews
  • Press meets: a hotel room or a venue such as Bharat Mandapam
  • Team travel, and crisis cover outside office hours

How we quote

  1. A first talk on your launch, your founder and the reporters who matter
  2. A story list on paper: angles, desks and languages
  3. A written quote with hotel, hall and photo costs on separate lines

What you get in the quote

  • Story angles for each month, and the desks
  • Hindi and Urdu versions
  • Interview practice, in sessions
  • A coverage report that labels paid space as paid

When you compare quotes, ask whether any promised "coverage" is paid space, and who will pitch the reporters.

We use these details only to call you back. Privacy notice.

Straight answers.

  • Our servicing team is based in cities across India and serves Delhi, Noida and Gurugram. We visit you in Delhi at least once every three months and travel for press meets and launches. See PR in Noida and PR in Gurugram.

  • No, and no honest agency can. Editors decide what runs. We make the story worth running, send it to the right reporter on the right day and follow up. If someone promises a placement, ask if it is paid space.

  • Yes. Our language partners write releases in Hindi, Urdu, English and more. Delhi's press is mostly Hindi, so a Hindi desk gets a Hindi release from the start. Urdu suits community and public-interest stories. We check each version with a native reader before it goes out.

  • It depends on the turnout you can honestly expect. For most launches, a hotel meeting room or a one-to-one briefing works better than a big hall. Halls and show days are on our events in Delhi NCR page. We will suggest the smaller option when the news is small.

  • Start four to six weeks ahead. In 2026, IITF runs from 14 to 27 November and Diwali falls on 8 November. Trade reporters plan show coverage early, and news space is tight in festival weeks. Send us your show dates and we will plan backwards.

  • A story with real news can run within a week of the pitch. Being known in your field takes three to six months of steady stories. We judge it by enquiries and searches for your name, not clippings. We will agree the numbers to watch before work begins.

  • We won't claim that title, and nobody can prove it. Ask each agency who will pitch your story, whether it can show coverage it earned, how it reports, and whether it promises placements. Walk away from the last one. We will answer the same questions for you.

  • Ongoing work has a 3-month minimum, because stories take time to be pitched, followed up and judged. After that you can stop with 30 days' notice. You see both terms in the written quote before you sign, so you know what you agree to and when you can leave.
